I brought my car in for a simple third brake light to be changed out and a flap for the sunroof being changed on a 2004 SL 500. The roof going down worked fine but one of the flaps that need to be snug and wasn’t snug anymore so he changed both flaps and the third brake light. When I picked up car he told me not to lower roof on my convertible as it was too cold and the hydraulics would possibly not work right or get damaged. When I got home and put car in the garage I waited till the next morning when it was warmer to check if roof went up and down properly. It didn’t. It actually didn’t move at all. I call the mechanic and asked him about it. He didn’t return call. I texted mechanic four times. He didn’t return text. I had to call the number of the garage where he said he would look at it but not till the following week since he was too busy. Then that week I called to say I would bring it in at 1 pm rather than 9 am because of schedule conflict. He said he couldn’t see it and now one month later he hasn’t returned my calls or scheduled the car to check the roof which I believe he damaged the mechanics that lower the roof on my car and won’t admit it.Why else would you say don’t lower your convertible top when picking it up after you fixed something initially to help the roof open and close properly. You would think that you would show it works. But he said the hydraulics would get messed up since it was around 33 degrees that day.I am waiting for this mechanic Q to fix my roof that I believe he damaged and he has not done what’s right thus I’m leaving this review. Please be cautious as he does not stand by his work. At least he didn’t with my car. I am waiting for a call and he has my number.

Finding a trustworthy mechanic is a search of its own and finding one that is also competitively priced as well. Vehicles can get up in years and miles and they can be money pits especially if not properly maintained. These type of services can also be rife with less than honest/straightforward/misleading folks. I don’t think I had that experience with Q. I needed some suspension related work on my vehicle...Q (and/or his people) did the job, at an affordable rate, provided me with the old parts and the car was performing smoothly afterwards.

Q was great! He was recommended by a family member who has been using him for years on all of their cars and now I see why.He had our car done within hours of being dropped off, and was very fair with pricing. Would highly recommend 👌

This man really knows his stuff. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things relating to cars. He doesn’t just tell you what’s wrong with your car, he really shows you, so you can SEE the problem. Not like those regular, shady, overpriced dealerships or mechanics. He’s generous and well priced! 10/10 recommend!

Tucked away off a airport industrial road near dobbins, outside looks like regular mechanic shop but inside it looks very modern and stylish in the waiting area. Guy at desk was super helpful and explained a few things they found in the car for my niece who needed a water pump and etc. Super patient and through.
