I love East Cobb Auto! I always take my car there and Im always happy with their service. They are so respectful, they do their best to get me on my way, and I really trust them. Yesterday morning, I went in with a back right brake light that was out. I also let them know that I would just wait, and that I had my computer with me to do work remotely. I let them know that I was just going to run to McDonalds to get some breakfast and I would be right back. As I was walking back, I saw that they were already working on my car! I walked in and said, Wow! Thank you! Within 5 minutes, they were done! And they charged me so little, I said, Are you sure? Is that all?. I love that place!

Ive been using this company for years on my familys fleet of 5 vehicles and I have always found them to be a great value. They will not be the cheapest guys out there but they do the job right and they take pride in their work. Many of the people there have been there for years.

It is so refreshing to know that I can take my car or my daughters car to East Cobb Auto and not be worried about being taken advantage of. This team truly cares about their customers as a whole and by that that I mean they listen to your concerns, they evaluate your vehicle, they call you to discuss what they found and go over the options for repair. Finally, after a year and a half of issues with my truck following an accident these GUYS FIXED my problem. The difference between ECAC and the State Farm certified repair shops/dealer service centers was night and day. These guys test drove my car within 30 minutes and called me immediately with an initial diagnosis of the problem and what the next steps would be. Compare that to a month of my car being in the shop and no one calling me. They worked closely with my insurance to make sure the problem was actually RESOLVED rather than putting a band aid on the problem and sending my truck out the door. These guys will by my mechanic for as long as I am in the area.Cant recommend highly enough.

I am a new customer, referred to them by their Canton location. The price was fair as I priced with local mechanics in the area. I just go my car back and so far the repairs have corrected my issues. I liked Keven, Collin and Doug, all were very detailed in explaining the problem and Ill be back to update my review to a 5 after I drive it for about a week and it was recommended to bring it back to ensure everything is going well with my vehicle. Actually, I trust the work they have done after driving if for 2 days so I am changing my score to a 5. I have found a new home for all my car repairs.

Fast, efficient, and professional. Very informative. We were looking to buy a vehicle at Bob medlin auto sales on austell road and took it to be checked out. The car turned out to be a bad car but the mechanics were great. Ask for Gregg Robertson or Danny Gibboney.

One of the best auto shops I have ever been to! All of the guys are very honest and informative, and they call with updates along the way! brought my 2007 Honda Odyssey when my alternator and battery quit on me, and they did an excellent job repairing it. I had to have my car towed to their shop after they closed on Friday (I called them before they closed to let them know it was coming) and they called me first thing on Monday after they took a look at it. They let me know about a few things that may need repaired in the future (I already knew about the issues) and about other things to watch out for with the number of miles and make of the car (again, common issues I already knew about, as my family has owned Honda vehicles for years). I went ahead and asked them to repair a few of the other items (power steering O-ring, air intake tube, oil change) while they were replacing the alternator. They repaired it all, charged a VERY reasonable fee for the parts and labor, and I had my car back later that day (Monday). A few days later, they called me to see how the car was running, just to make sure it was doing fine. It runs better than it did before the alternator started going out! They did an amazing job, and I will definitely be going back for any further car trouble!

Unbelievably honest! I came in 95% sure I had a $300 part+labor need and he gave me a free solution and showed me it was operator error and not a part problem at all!He offered to run their standard diagnostic for about fifty dollars if I wanted to 100% rule it out, but didnt really think I needed it.Id recommend East Cobb based on that.

I have used this shop for about 3 years. All the five star reviews hit the nail on the head. The stand outs for me are the excellent desk staff and the prompt phone updates on progress. I recently returned from vacation to find my car battery had died - jumped it and within 20 minutes of dropping it off they called me back to give me an update. About 30 minutes later they called me back that the job was done and all the other electrical equipment was cleared and good.

I went to ECACC for an oil change rather than going to the dealer. They completed the service quickly and checked all fluids, filters, the tires, and reset the oil change warning device. They did a more thorough job than the dealer would have and I will use them for my other auto service needs.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. I currently live in Midtown, but I drive to East Cobb to bring my car here. The mechanics are honest and fair. They once only charged me the price of a headlight to repair my light that was out. Who else can say that they leave the mechanics with a bill or less than $2.00? If you come here, you won’t regret it.

Two transactions with East Cobb Auto Care in the last 2 months: first my battery went bad, then a damaged tire. Both times repairs were speedy and the price reasonable. Highly recommended.

Be aware!You will end up going to another mechanic or the dealership after they mess up your vehicle.After charging me $2700.00 to fix engine noise, AC and brakes, all three failed. I went back 6 times for AC and engine; Collin would spin mechanical, incoherent mumbo jumbos faster than lighting. Collin would ask me within a week of leaving the shop if I check engine oil.I took the car back to them to look a the noisy, griding brakes. I picked up the car yesterday after Collin told me that the car was fine. Stopping the car yesterday on my way to work is like slowing down a gigantic old soviet train on jagged and rusty racks.I had to rent a car three times while they had mine. To add insult to injuries the asked me to pay another $ 500 for some failed parts incidentally discovered😰.Parts were left on winshield, missing fluid cap, screws etc.Think twice guys before calling yourself professional, ethical mechanics!

Just got off the phone with Doug from East Cobb Auto. I knew going in that the fix on my self-induced problem with my 2002 Honda CRV was going to likely be a difficult and costly repair. I caused the problem myself with an O2 sensor, but did a ton of research online in an effort to try and correct it on my own. So I feel like even though I still didnt have the means to resolve this headache, I knew what it might take to get it done. Well, Doug called me back promptly and spent a great deal of time on the phone going over all the specifics of the problems involved with my O2 Sensor rework and what it takes to get the car back in working order. I commend him for being so detailed and so accurate in his reply to me. Thats all I ask for in a company. Honest feedback and a concerned tone. THAT was excellent customer service! Even though I need to take the car back without them repairing it, Id easily return to East Cobb Auto with any other car issues in the future.

SEE UPDATE 2019Update 6/2019. Stay the Hell away. Sold me warped tires, screwed up my alignment so the car was pigeon toed. Didnt replace the calipers, despite them having caused the rotors to be replaced. And yes ASKED to have them replaced and was denied!! 2 months down the road the calipers froze completely. Wont ever be back.

This is a long overdue review for a business that has been taking care of my familys cars for as long as I can remember. I now live in South Carolina, but I do what I can to still get my car serviced at East Cobb Auto (my brother lives in midtown and does the same). I recently took my car to the dealership, and they tried to scare me into spending $1000 on new axels. I called East Cobb Auto, and they told me they would do it for half that. Once the ECA crew did a full inspection and road test, I got a call from them saying I really didnt need new axels at all, and they wanted to spare my pocketbook if it was ok with me. If they were a lesser company they could have easily still done it and charged me, and I wouldve never known the difference. East Cobb Auto has always treated me with respect, honestly, and quality service...Im definitely a customer for life!

Have dealt with the same people for years. Have always felt that they only recommend fixing or replacing what really needs to be fixed or replaced.

My family uses these guys alot with no problems but Ive had two instances where I felt like they overcharged way too much. I asked them to asses an loud power steering pump and they suggested a $1500 rack and pinion/ps job. I declined and they put fluid in the ps pump then swapped a hose. +$300 for barely improving the issue. I could have purchased a new pump and done it myself for less than $200. Long story short they upsell and overcharge.
