We bought a BMW in 2009 and we heard about Hung through word of mouth. We went to check him out before we bought the BMW and he actually let us bring a couple cars to him that we were looking at so he could check them out. He steered us away from them until we found the one we bought. We have dealt with him ever since. He has always treated us right. He is honest about what your car needs. He was right about the BMW he told us to get - we still have it. We continue to deal with Hung because we trust him. And trust is hard to establish.

Hands down the best in terms of repair work, customer service and everything else in between. Unfortunately I live in Dallas now, but when I do need work done, I always call Asian One for advice. They do work with integrity and the only shop I trust 1000%.

I have a 2001 Lexus GS 300. I have taken my vehicle to Mr. Hung since 2002. He and his staff have never been anything but honest and respectful to me! He will tell you exactly what work needs to be done and not try to rip you off. I have referred well over a dozen friends and co-workers to him and never had an issue. If you want honest work at a fair price look no further than Asian One. It sounds to me some of the critical reviews are from people who are just negative in general. If you treat people with respect it will be returned to you!

I just had two major procedures done here--a clutch replacement and replacement of two engine mounts. For the clutch replacement, I had called several different shops, all of which quoted me $1000. Hung quoted me $700 exactly, which is what it came out to be. I brought the car in at 10am expecting to leave it a couple of days, but he got the car done that day and called me at 6:30pm to pick it up. Upon my return, he showed me the old clutch assembly, showed me where it had worn, and since I was interested, he explained how it worked. He also mentioned that I had two engine mounts that were bad that were causing noise in my car during acceleration. Today, I went back and had them done ($411, as quoted over the phone), and now my car is perfectly silent. Again, Hung made the repair quickly and competently, and he readily answered all my questions.I had been searching for a mechanic within the Atlanta area that was as good as my favorite one where I used to live, and I finally found the right person! I recommend him without reservation.

They are everything you want in a car shop... quick, not crowded with tons of people. They do a fast, efficient job, and they do not try to sell you work you dont need. They are honest and dependable. Thank you, Asian One!

Had too have my car towed to them. The owner said hell call me within the next day to let me know whats going on with it. He never did I showed up. He had no respect had always a nasty attitude. His workers told me 2 injectors were bad. When I asked him in private he told me all 6 were bad trying to charge me between 3k-5k. I Informed him that I knew only 2 were bad. Yet he told me I only can do all of them. Stop wasting my time. Either all of them or I cant do the job. He wanted it his way and so for that Im not satisfied plus he lied to me. Had to move my car to another shop wasted over 200 just moving it. I Dont recommend them

I was referred to this mechanic after my usual mechanic closed. I needed a tune-up, brake pads, and a pump for my windshield wiper fluid. I paid $600+ for all of this work and my car has never been the same. My car jerks, seems to be running hard and noisy, and my brakes have a loud squeaking noise when I stop. The same noise that led me to go and get them checked out. I know they use the cheapest parts available and when things go wrong they continue to charge you if you want a more expensive parts instead of using the quality parts in the beginning. I wouldnt trust these mechanics with my trash let alone my car ever again. Not trustworthy!

RUN, RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I had a friend take a 2002 Subaru Forester with 102K for a pre purchase inspection. He quoted her $1500 for a TIMING BELT!! When I asked him why so much ..his reply well it needs the cam seals which were leaking. ok thats to be expected.. But thats also part of the job. T- belts are only done every 105k. So I called the Subaru dealer in Kennesaw. Worst case scenario T-belt was $900. Then a friend recommended a Subaru ONLY / EXCLUSIVE shop in Decatur was quoted $750. Not sure what all these other reviews are raving about. Also noticed after I got home he dabbles in sales & body shop. Not would I want from my mechanic. Just my 2 cents.
