I tried to reach Kristina, the owner, a few days after she gave my initial quote...as promised.Since then I have literally called three times never receiving so much as a call back. The receptionist mentioned to me that the owner is working remotely for the day and that she will have her get in touch with me as soon as possible.Well, I can assure you, my business is going elsewhere. If this is how difficult it is to try to pay these people for their business, I cant imagine how hard itll be if I ever have a problem.

I wanted to take a minute to thank the Jones Group Ins Agency for the impeccable service that I received while taking out a commercial policy which seemed to be very complex with the other two companies prior to being referred to Kristine (owner) which she was very knowledgeable not to mention very pleasant.
