Car/home insurance is all the same, right? No, it isn’t. This office is amazing to work with. They answer the phone and handle any issue immediately. An issue like calling at 4:30pm and asking to add a car to your current plan. I had the ID cards in my email by 4:45pm. I have emailed them with questions and had a response by end of day. Good customer is hard to come by. Great customer service is near non-existent. This office provides great customer service and the rates to boot. When Covid hit I tried to trim down our expenses. I received quotes from 6+ other companies. None could beat this offices’ policy. If you’re shopping for insurance, look no further.

Lets be honest, all mass-mailers are annoying. But when something like this is sent, implying you are already a customer (false) and it contains information to renew with them (false), it also implies that the agent and agency is not worth your business. Attracting customers should not be an exercise of wondering how best to annoy them, too.
