I called Xtream Stump Grinding this afternoon in need of someone to come out and remove a tree stump on my patio. Unfortunately, my patio gate is just shy of 35 inches, so a commercial grinder would not fit. I explained this to AJ and his transparency and willing to help out a stranger was incredible. He was very professional and honest and explained that hed have to rent the tool to do so himself and in that case, I was fully capable of doing it myself. His honesty and transparency blew me away--although I will not be using him this time, I will definitely be keeping him in mind for the future!

AJ was the only person who was willing to do the job. My house is a 0 lot, so the only way to my backyard is through a regular sized door. I called literally over 15 companies. They all said no because they could not use the big machines. One company even said its not worth the work. Aj was honest and told me he did not have a small enough machine to do the job however, he wanted to find another solution for me. He went above and beyond and rented a smaller machine to do the job and still charged me a very reasonable price. especially considering the amount of work that had to be done. Good Honest workers is hard to come by. So I got very lucky.
