I gave him my phone just for him to get the water damage out when I got my phone back, I 3 red dots on my phone screen an I had a long black line going through my phone . I have so many problems now with this phone, when I took this phone to him to fix the water damage.

He took 45 minutes to do my phone instead of 30 minutes and hooked me up with a really nice screen protector because of the additional time. Nice guy and great doing business with him. Shattered my iPhone 8+ screen and I went to see him he was there earlier in the morning and he said be back here in two hours it would be fixed, he wasn’t there I waited for an hour till he got back. The pricing would be much higher but this man brought it lower to an affordable price to where I can pay it with the money I had. I shattered my screen again 6 months after I got it fixed I read the other comments and he said that they have a lifetime warranty on all iPhone products hopefully he’s true to his word there. I will definitely go back soon.

Horrible service! I went during business hours & he wasnt there. I called & he told me hed be there shortly he went to buy clothes across the street. I ended up waiting about thirty minutes. He fixed my screen extremely fast but it was a very poor job. The glue around the screen was visible & it just looked horrible. When i got home I realized my speaker was not working. I brought it back to him to fix it and it worked for about a hour then went out again. I called & told him the situation he got really defensive & told me he had nothing to do with that but he will still go ahead order another speaker & call me when it comes in to fix it. He never reached out to me & when i finally got a hold of him after calling a million times he was extremely disrespectful & told me hes was still waiting on the speaker to come in. It is now two and a half months later and he still has not reached out to me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! FIND SOMEONE ELSE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Glad I found this place! Lee fixed my old iPhone and breathed new life into it! The home button no longer worked, the phone would cycle through a series of random navigations and the keyboard frequently typed a slew of gibberish with each keystroke.Lee worked his magic and even stayed late to fix my phone. Worst service ever bro. Had to hunt him down for a week in a half for an unresponsive 6+. I would come back for his personality but you have to be nice to people and when you say something execute. You need more workers because you open your shop late and my phone screen was not fixed. It had a cheap screen that turned my phone yellowish. The phone was put together with glue and my screen was lifted . After coming to you so many times. My screen still didnt work and I had to throw it away.

Completely a Mikey Mouse company! At first he asked for 1 hour. After two hours he said he didn’t have time. We live far so we asked for the phone back so we can take it to another place. He said the phone was opened already and would take more 45 minutes just to close but not to fix it! So.... We left because we had no choice! Next day we arrived and even business hours the store had the sign open but it was closed. After calling he asked 40 minutes to come back.... When he finally arrived he gave me the phone back saying he didn’t fix it. So I guess he never opens the phone! Frustrating.... now we have to find another place to even look at the phone after 2 days waiting...

I had my first experience with Mr. Lee a couple days ago. He was very honest about the repair of my Note 4. He could of just sold me the parts that I thought it needed...but he told me to not waste my money on the parts...even though I am a Verizon customer..he lost the sale because he cared enough to tell me the truth. Unprofessional customer service....I tried going there on a Sunday to get my phone unlocked. On google it said the hours for Sunday would be from 12-5. Arrived at 12 then read the sign on the door that said returning at 12:15, so I left and came back around 1:20 still nobody there. I called the number several times and there was no answer from the number that was on the door and on the website. How could your hours be from 12-5 and you just not show up at all & not even answer the phone to at least say I cant be there today. Guess I will be getting my phone unlocked elsewhere. Wouldnt recommend to anybody

Shattered my new Iphone 8 screen and went to Lees to get it fixed. It was fixed but the color of my screen became a different color. The brightness was very dim all of a sudden. I went back more than 5 times, he was never there. I called never responded and now with the new IOS 11 update my screen is unresponsive to the repaired screen that was used. Its cheap but I was better off going directly to Apple for my repairs.

My wife took her iPhone 6 to get repaired as it would not charge. After leaving it with Lee for 3 hours and unsuccessful calls to find the problem, we headed over to pick up the phone. He said that the phone needed a battery and charged us $30 for it. Upon getting home, the phone died and could not charge just like it was before. At that time his business was closed, so we headed to Sprint to see if they could repair it. The tech said that the phone was altered and they couldnt do anything. We had to buy a new phone. Unfortunately, she never backed up the info so she lost contacts, pictures and all the important data. Dont go to this guy, he would do whatever for a quick temporary fix to get his money, but in fact, he doesnt know what hes doing.

However, they told me the problem should be on the circuit of controlling volume and said it takes $40 to replace it (obviously the problem is not on the volume control, because it works when headphone/speaker is on). It is okay if you dont understand something you never see, but it is a shame if you avoid to learn something new.If you have something more complicated than just screen problem, I would suggest you go find someone more knowledgeable.I will change my review if they finally admit they were wrong.

The experience was horrible! When I first arrived I was told that I would be paying $120 for their services! I was told my phone would have taken up to 2-3 days to fix but thats wasnt the case. Been going to Mr. Lee for a couple years now due to the fact that he has very fair prices, always did good job, even gave me a free case one time to hide my rear cracked screen I didnt want to fix. Problem with this guy is it takes long time every time. Always says give me an hour or two but always takes longer, never had a problem with that though until this last time. I went back and forth 5 times over 2 day period to get my phone screen repaired and every time he had an excuse for why it wast ready. Maybe I am a little impatient but it gets old whenever you go to pick your phone up over and over again and its not ready or even been started working on and he tells you to give him another hour. Its not worth going to get work done there if your trying to have it done in a timely manner and you are a busy person that cant wait a couple days to get your phone back. Otherwise its great place to save money on your repair. 100

Lee is RUDE. he did not fix my phone. I got my phone back worse than what I brung it to him. He was suppose to fix my lcd screen but he gave me back a phone that was not sealed properly which caused lcd screen to get damaged. He made excuses on fixing my phone. He charged 130.00 to fix my phone without actually fixing it. I will NEVER go back if my life depended on it. If u want your phone fixed right then go to a professional phone repair shop.
