Amazing customer service. Best prices in town. The replaced my hard drive with a solid state SAME DAY. Best Buy claimed they couldnt retrieve my data from it (which wasnt true) and only tried to sell me a new laptop. My laptop is only 2yrs old! Now is faster and working better than ever, and I have my pictures and information back. Renan and James are a GODSEND!!!

Scalpers, big yikes. PCs priced ridiculously high, GPUs scalped at 70% markup vs MSRP. Stay away if youre looking for product, cant speak about to their repairs but the other reviews seem to be quite clear.

I paid $1000 for IT assistance and Renan told me to hard restart my server which created even more problems and he want to charge me more money, when I refused to pay more he got very hostile and unprofessional. Please stay away from Logica

These guys dont overcharge...to be honest, they dont have to. This is not some shaky unestablished business. You couldnt PAY me to go to another tech company. And the BRAINS on these guys! They know what theyre doing. Legit.

Brought my computer in with some battery issues and when I got it back my computer was scratched in three different places. Cool guys but they don’t take care of your stuff. They wanted to charge me 75 bucks to put a battery in.... you just plug it in buddy. I’m good thanks

If Harry Potter is a wizard these two (2) guys are tenured professors at Hogwarts. They use what I call PFM technology. Pure F’n Magic. I have an expensive HP laptop that is about five (5) years old and has never worked right since the time I bought it. Others have worked on it but they never made a difference. Two (2) years ago I bought a Dell laptop to replace it, but could never get my Outlook files transferred over to it. I took both laptops into these two (2) wizard professors and they transferred my Outlook within hours and after working on my old HP over a weekend they have it running better than the new Dell laptop. I can’t say enough about these guys. Absolutely the best!

I have been a customer for many years. We called them to have them pick up a computer for repair from one of our stores to have it fixed. We were told there was a fee for them to remove and install the computer after being fixed at their shop. They returned the computer the same day and they fixed the issue but reinstalled it incorrectly. When we called their shop to have the technician come back, the owner said, he could not do that, he made up a lot of excuses and was extremely rude and kept blaming the error on us.

I have an MSI GF63 Gaming laptop. Its only been six months and the screen cracked when my daughter (3yr old) placed it on the floor to get on the couch and then landed right on it when she hopped off the couch. I contacted the geeksquad and they told me theyd have to send it out to the manufacturer to get it properly fixed. Told me it might take 4 weeks and the cost was $320. I got online and found Logica with awesome reviews, figured Id call this mom and pop store.First off, WOW. The tech on the phone not only confirmed they had the screen in-stock ready to replace, but that it would BE READY SAME DAY. I went on my lunch break to drop the computer off. An hour later I get a phone call telling me my laptop is all set. Total? $160Literally half the price and ready same day with a years warranty. Not to mention the treatment I got was on point. I appreciate old school, respect driven customer service. It also felt good to meet the owner and the techs that were working there, I now know what to do the moment some fiasco happens with my PC again.Thank you Jon, and back working and gaming again!

Took my laptop in because my son ripped off most of the keys on my keyboard. I called first because a lot of these computer shops (I was surprised) are closed. The owner Renan, laughed on the phone telling me theyve been in the same location 9 yrs. and to come at my own time.The checkup and quote were done the moment I walked in, no wait time. They told me the keyboard was in stock and that it would take 30 min. Went for lunch at La Bamba and when I came back the laptop was like new. $70 well spent. Now I know where to go, these guys are LEGIT.

I had gotten a bad virus from I dont know where... my WiFi wouldnt work no matter what I tried. I even bought a USB WiFi card to see if it would resolve my issue, nothing. I took it to a few places and they all recommended starting off fresh with a new Windows installation. I couldnt afford to do that since I have very valuable and rare programs I cannot reinstall back because i no longer have the installers and are very expensive. I went to accompany my friend to the gym and found Logica right next door. I brought my laptop in and explained my situation to Renan, who recommended I leave the system for an OS upgrade and Tune up which would not affect my data nor my programs. He reassured me this would fix my issues or there will be no charge. I was a bit nervous because its my main work computer but I decided to leave it for the repair. 2hrs later, I got a call telling me the repair was a success. They had found third party programs that were conflicting with my WiFi services and also viruses that were corrupting multiple sectors of Windows. To top it all, the labor is guaranteed for 1YR!!! They placed an antivirus that has been keeping me protected ever since. If I get this problem again, I now know where to come. I love you guys, the shop is super cool with tech memorabilia and old game posters. Keep the vibe going dudes!!!

I purchased a Mac Book from them. Works great, no hassle, and its warrantied. I had a small issue with my laptop and they fixed it right away. I would recommend anyone looking for a used computer to go see Renan and his staff.

My laptop was not turning on. The light kept flickering. I brought it to Logica in the Peppertree Plaza. After running diagnostics the laptop began working. Not only is my laptop working, but he didn’t charge me for running the diagnostics. Before I left the store we double checked together that it was in fact working. It was. For their honesty, quick turn around and for showing a desire to make sure I was happy and the laptop was working...they have earned my business!

Great service, good price....had an issue with the memory of my Mac and the guy helped...it was a minor stuff so he did not want to charge me. I paid him anyway as he exceeded my expectations. Next time I have an issue I can go back.

Was having boot issues with my CyberPower PC that I had just purchased so I called to Logica Computer Professionals and Renan was able to fix the boot issues and even optimized my computer. I would definitely recommend them and I look forward to using them in the future for any upgrades to my PC.

Friend bought a new prebuilt machine from here, but got scammed; they sold him a PC with an 11 year old CPU, motherboard with no SATA 3 slots, zero 3.0 USB slots, a GTX 1050ti and only a pitiful 500GB Hard Drive. For the price charged a much better machine could have been built, with modern components, and been future proof. This thing was dated years ago. Avoid these guys at all cost.

Asked if they had a specific part on phone, yes they do, when I got there no they dont, wasted trip and time.

If I could give them a zero I would. By far one of the worst establishments ever. They damaged my laptop while in their care (they broke an internal cable which prevented it from turning on and had many scratches on the surface of the computer). The employee/manager continued to pawn responsibility on each other. They had my business computer for over 30 days and it was there for a simple screen replacement. They are extremely unprofessional and lack the expertise needed to perform the basics. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE TAKING MY COMPUTER HERE WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE.

RIP OFF, SCAM ARTISTS, UNPROFESSIONAL. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. I took my computer here for repair, let them place a virus protection program on it which I paid for only to realize a few weeks later they installed a free version I could have gotten on-line. I called and spoke with a gentleman who apologized told me to bring it by and they would install it right away. I called to make sure they were free to do it just now and supposedly spoke with the manager who was talking so fast and giving me a totally different story. Because he was telling something completely opposite as what I was told when I initially discovered the mistake I was simply trying to regurgitate back to him what he said - because it was not making sense to me - he got all defensive and saying rudely I was interrupting him and got an attitude. In my world when you arent clear about something - you repeat it back and ask for clarification - business 101.....obviously this kid has no idea how a business should be run and that customer service is key. He got combative and snide with me and then of course I got combative because there is no way I can trust this place with my computer - even though they have ripped me off of the price of this virus protection now.This is my second time dealing with them and never again. The first time was ok, I wasnt overly thrilled because they dont do customer service well but they are really the only place close and convenient for this type of thing - so I thought Id give them another chance and they are total scammers. They probably charge so many people for virus protection and then load a free version and most people probably never even notice.BEWARE - STAY AWAY.
