I really love this car wash its so efficient the people are so nice there was a bit of a wait if you want the works and full inside detailing but worth every penny and worth every minute

45 minute wait for them to do the interior was a bit too long. But there are complementary vacs and window wash so you can tackle the interior yourself.The line moves fast, the selection and instructions are straight forward in and out in a few minutes. Car looks great.

Great concept! I really like this! Never been to any car wash like them. As one of the reviewers wrote, I did have a couple of crumbs but they were in the nicks and crevices that can’t be seen! The outside was washed nicely and inside vacuumed nice compared to what I would have done! 🤣😂 Good job!! I’ll be back!

Used to he great all-round service and equipment.... Now it seems theyre cutting power to the customer vacuums, maybe to cut costs? Either way, not a good look. Us regulars are observing.

I absolutely love this place! Normally I get the full service but today I decided to vacuum my car... I locked my keys and Peter, the assistant manager, sprung into action and helped! It was extremely hot and sunny and he did it with a smile. When I went to tip him he kindly said you dont have to, it was my pleasure to help what amazing service. Rising Tide Car Wash is absolutely the best car wash for the price, and the money benefits autism. The people working there do such a good job. It takes about 5 or 6 minutes to go through the car wash completely to get the wash and tire shine. They have other amenities but we just got a car wash and a tire shine. I highly recommend Rising Tide Car Wash.

Really liked my experience at this place. Was quick, reasonably priced and I was able to vacuum the inside of the car right after the wash.

Go there...right away...your car looks filthy and Rising Tide will whisk your cars troubles away! Did I mention that their service is super efficient and reasonably priced? Usually quick nice drive thru carwash with free vacuum or go all out and get inside and out done as an upgrade.

I rarely leave reviews but I feel like I have to for this place. $29 for manager and interior cleaning is nice but it’s not worth paying almost $30 if the wash doesn’t even clean your entire car. When I pulled around to the 3 lanes for the workers to clean the interior it took them probably 10 minutes to touch my car after 3-4 of them were messing around with some kind of control panel and even when I was directed and pulled into an empty lane. I live right around the corner so I probably could’ve walked home and come back in the amount of time it took me to get done here. I also want to mention a couple of days after the wash I noticed my paint is now cracking and suddenly fading on one of the door handles.At this point I’d rather drive through one of the automatic gas station car washes.

I wish I knew from their website that detailing ends at 6:30. Showed up at 6:45, and got rejected the service. Probably not going back.

Purchased a managers special exterior wash. Im sure the facilities work ok for a normal dirty car, but even after two passes my back windshield was still covered in dirt. I would recommend finding a different cash wash for extremely dirty vehicles.

Pretty good. Cheapest wash is about $6.50 . Free vacuum after. Or if drive in thru the exit into vacuum area like i saw a truck did... free vacuum without wash.😳

Very Good Service. I purchased extra cleaning for my 2001Jeep that was not used and outside for one year. The service including additional cleaning interior /exterior and employees did excellent job. Id like to see hand washing/waxing/detailing service for convertible, classic and unique vehicles.

Great car wash and staff was very nice, free self service vacuum station which I thought was great. This is more of a maintence wash then a detail, i had bugs from my drive to Naples but most stayed the rest of the car was super clean. i think this meets most peoples needs in maintaining a car clean and without dealing with the fuss and time of actually cleaning the car yourself.

So I i’ve been coming to the car wash for over a year now and the past three times I’ve gone the inside of my car really hasn’t been cleaned it takes them forever to do basically nothing on the inside of my car. And when I went through the car wash it broke three different parts on my car it broke the mirror and cracked two of the window paneling‘s. I went back yesterday to try and give them a second chance and that’s when my mirror got broken and they spent five minutes on my car and all They did was wipe the mats with the cloth they didn’t even take my weather tech mats out to vacuum, like they say they will. When I told them that the mirror got broken they said that it was impossible and that there was nothing they could do, when I watched it break off with the water pressure. So I don’t think I will be returning here again.

The first time I used this car wash there was a guy who actually looked at my receipt before entering the wash and he gave my car a prescrub. This time around, I spent $15 dollars and the guy that was there this time just sprayed my car a bit and sent me through the line. I feel I couldve done the cheapest wash and went through the line and received the same service as everyone else. Im not happy at all with the service, my car still has dirty areas all over it. The car wash was not worth the $15 I spent.

The young men that worked on my car did a great job and they were quick. It was my first time there. I will definitely be back.

Paid for the Manager’s Special + interior (most expensive) and it was like they didn’t even try. Compartments where I left my receipt and keys in where left untouched with crumbs still in it. Seats not wiped down and wrappers/garbage left behind. Great cause but poor service. Also, not a good look when employees are yelling and cussing. Come here for a quick/mediocre service where you will have to clean after a cleaning service you already paid for or go somewhere else.

This is a great place to go get your car detailed,I especially like that rainy day special they got going on,I think its $11 to run your car through the wash and you can bring it back the next day no questions asked for a sec wash with your receipt,you know things happen after you leave the car wash and your car gets messed up or you just want to run it through again a sec time.but theres also more there to this place than that,if you also want they also have the workers there who would gladly detail your car for you while you wait in there waiting area, and dont forget they also have free vacuuming too.

Greatplace for a car wash

As a person with Asperger’s, I am glad that this company is giving those with autism and other disabilities a chance in the workforce. However, I have applied for this company 4 times and I have not heard from them at all. If youre not hiring, let the applicant know right away. I think this place needs to do better job in giving those outside of the Miami area a chance as well.

Good spot for a quick touch free carwash

This place isnt cheap, that why I came. They didnt remove the bugs on my front dash at all; inside, they left watermarks. They need to up their game a lot and notice outside details.

I purchased the managers special for $20 which gives you everything you need for a spotless exterior and free inside vacuuming. Also have the option to come back within 5 days for another free managers special wash! Love the super friendly staff as well

You must purchase a car wash first, in order to utilize the free vacuums! But they have affordable wash options, the most affordable basic wash starts at $6. It’s super easy & convenient. It’s a clean and nice car wash. 😊 They gave me a receipt to come back within 2 days for a free wash - they also have a rewards program I seen.The only thing I would say, I purchased the $10 upgrade wash that included the tire wash/shine & RainX. I was under the impression my tires would be nice and shiny but it was spotty and didn’t coat my entire tires.

Said they were open online. I went and they were closed. So I called and they said “will be open in an hour.” Went back over an hour later and they were still closed. But the staff was all walking around outside hanging out. I just needed to use the vacuums. They should have been more accurate with their times.

Had to run thru twice but still had lots of dirt on windows and car. They do care, I just didnt have time to show them the second time. I use this facility often and usually a great job. Super super suction on their free vacuums

I go here when I dont have time to go to my other car wash place. The washer itself does an ok job, but I feel like you can get a better wash elsewhere for the same price. Everyone is always very nice and helpful but its just not the greatest car wash in town.

My Sharkfin as antenna came off in the car wash. They were able to recover it and assisted in putting back on the vehicle. Very helpful polite staff. Great experience there.
