Went in around 4pm absolutely no line unfortunately they would not provide renewal/registration sticker the same day said it would take a week! Bummer! Went a few miles to another agency walked in walked out with sticker & renewed registration in hand

I wouldn’t go here if I am being honest, I needed my my car registered and they charged a large fee. The fee was more than the state charge for the work. Honestly feel like the only reason they are still up and running is because that DMV next door and people go there with the intention of getting stuff done. They never answer the phone either, or let you know when your stuff is ready they just say come back in two week. What a joke.$250 to do a title transfer. Seems kinda sus to me.

I have been calling for a week, no one ever picks up the phone. The mailbox is full so you cant even leave a message .... whats going on?

This place is amazing. We went to transfer a title and Ryan was incredibly helpful to our family. He took the time to help us while he was answering the phone and helping other customers. He makes everybody feel important. He’s very knowledgeable about the process and we could not have done it without his help.

Why is the line so long

I have used this office several times to do title work on vehicles. Friendly efficient and fast. For a fee you get to skip the lines. Love it.

Unfortunately due to having a business that is not punctual, I am leaving you a poor rating. You open an 10am. Now at 1015am you still are closed. I have a feeling the only reason you are in business is that the DMV is right next door.

These guys told me that it would cost over two hundred dollars to register a small utility trailer. when I questioned the cost they started throwing a bunch of jargon at me to try and justify it. When I declined they directed me to a county tag office that has been closed for years.I went to the county tag office myself on a Wednesday morning about 9:30.Total wait time 15 minutes..Actual cost: $60.40.PS I called around several other private tag agencies and they quoted me prices ranging from $125 to $250 all the while claiming their fee was only 5 or 10 dollars.Some Racket.

Best auto tag agency Ive ever been to. Went at 2:30pm, in and out in 15mins with excellent customer service. This is what all auto tag agencies should aspire to.

The person who did our tags with wavy hair was rude and didnt manage to run our check properly thus locked our bank account. We had to withdraw money and pay additional fees on the withdrawal. He definitely didnt care about his job or agency performance. Paid 440 to transfer the tag from other state.

This agency is conveniently located next to the DMV in Margate. They helped me with my registration and title work. It was a fast turn around and one on one service!!!

Outrageous agency fees for every service, $50 to transfer a title, $20 to issue a new plate, and they dont even have license plates! I should be leaving with my new plate same day, but this agency is grossly unprepared. Expect to wait 3 business days to receive your new plate. 👎 Would not recommend this location, find somewhere with cheaper service fees.

This is like the Black Hole of Calcutta. Unbelievably long lines hot sweaty slow hell. Cash only so you can stand there for 3 hours get to the end of the line and not be able to pay for your tag. It is a hell hole

This place is great for those who do not have the time to waste at the county tax collector as the DMV does not do tags but drivers licenses. There are extra fees for title transfers and renewals but worth the time you will waste at the tax collectors office.

No body is here been here making line since 9:50 am and waited until 10:15 and no body showed up.... ridiculous..... dont wast your time there worse place to get your tag

Very nice people, but the extra fees are OUT OF CONTROL. My costs should have been about $200 and they charged an extra $85 on top of that. Do yourself a favor and just go to the tax collectors office.

They could not find my tag that they said was in so we had to re-do it, and they charged me more than last time for their mistake. I will not be using them any more!

This is the WORST tag agency there is! They lied to me, will not respond to emails and are taking FOREVER to do what they were PAID for!I will NEVER use this place again. Avoid at ALL costs.

They charge almost $50 more for a decal tag renewal. and you don’t even get your decal that day like most tag agencies. Rip off

It was very quick process renewing my tag. Only downside is 3-4 business days and requirements that I go back to pick up registration.

DO NOT GO HERE just walk in to the DMV next door and get a list of County office locations. They charge you an extra tax fee for everything an the price is not reasonable. For a transfer I paid $150 and then I saw why.. tax of 47.00!! Which no one else charges. Right after each customer walks out they will make sure to comment about them. Very bad customer service and I dont know how they are in business if they rip people off. I suggest you call around for pricing they have hidden fees and cant even give you a tag the same day even though you pay - you have to wait 7-10 days.

This place is terrible. I went in to renew my registration and the guy at the desk is charging me $53 to pay in person when it really should be $28. I left and went somewhere else.

Terrible service and over expensive took them a week to tell me my tags wont be in because of a toll fee now I have to wait a whole other week to get it

I agree the fact that you have to wait a full week to get your stuff unless you want to pay an extra fee of 25 dollars to get it on the spot. Which proves they can do it. They are just ripping people off.
