Kind people who explains everything thoroughly. Never had to take my car back for any issues pertaining to them. Car always feels brand new when I pick it. Punctual and detailed.

Mike really helped me out in a bind. I drove down to see family from out of state and my car broke down 15 minutes away from getting to my destination. I was able to tow it to Mikes during the night, and he had it looked at and four major parts ordered and installed within two days. Now I am confident my car will make it back home to Tennessee. Thank you Mike, and thanks for teaching me more about my car and not relying on a computer to tell you how to fix my car. He knows how to do real mechanic work.

First visit, the wife was very apprehensive in accepting the check. She says they didnt take checks, we asked where was this stated, she alluded to getting burned by clients they knew for a long time?! Whatever, the check cleared! Next visit, we went in because our thermostat was running hot! They told us $775+ to repair, we said forget about it, they charged us $135 for the diagnostics. Needless to say, we got the repair done for $125 + taxes, broken thermostat! Never going back there again.

Brought in my 2017 Audi A4 for tires and to have the brakes checked. The tires were quickly replaced for a fair price and they said the brakes dont need to be changed. A good experience overall and Ill probably go back the next time I need any repair work done.

I just wish they actually tried to fix the issue. Mikes a nice guy and all but if you’re not gonna try at all, then charge me $50 for fixing absolutely nothing that I already tested and it was fine.... That kinda sucks. I figured out the issue, by myself, because I actually tried. Just sayin.. Not what I was expecting after the insane amounts of recommendations. Pretty disappointed.

Mike’s has saved me thousands of dollars over the years. The Ford dealership said I had a blown head gasket and wanted $6600 to repair. Mike replaced a hose for $60 and I drove for years with no problem.Tire Kingdom said I needed new brake rotors. I questioned that and the mechanic said, “100%, you need new rotors”. Mike’s turned the rotors and replaced the pads and the brakes lasted another 40,000 miles.I could go on but bottom line, nobody touches my vehicle but Mike’s Auto.

My brakes went out Monday evening coming home from work. I took my car to Mikes to get the brakes fixed. It was not a small job. I was expecting the bill to come close to 1k, but Mikes has VERY decent prices and they do top notch work. Listen, anyone can change the oil, but not everone can replace a caliper, 1 rotar, resurface 3 other rotars, new pads all around... He also replaced the rear suspensive on my old car and did great work, very kind, polite, easy to talk to... I realized a little while ago that Mikes Auto is getting all the big jobs with my car. I only trust Mikes Auto for the not simple jobs.

Awesome, helpful service. Spent the time to find the problem when the dealer just tried replacing one thing after another with no results. Dealer tried charging us $850 but Mikes Auto was able to fix the problem for less than half.
