Hello, can somebody tell me how to get on this waiting list? Ive been trying to get in touch with the leasing office for months and Ive been calling corporate. No answer no response? This is outrageous!!! Unprofessional!!!Ive called that number 100 times!! Can you check your voicemail and empty it because nobody ever answers that number and the mailbox been full for the past 3 months.

I applied at Arbor View for an apartment. They told me they had apartment #503 available. I gave them my $75.00 application fee, and was approved. Then they tell me apt #503 was rented and they offered me apt #105 on the 1st floor. I cannot live on the first floor for security reasons so I told them I would wait for the next apartment on another floor. I went there today and was told by Paula an apartment would probably not be available until sometime next year because I need to start over and go back to the bottom of the waitlist. Im deciding if I should contact the City of Margate, Help Me Howard from Channel 7, or Florida Housing?Update: I didnt know how to respond to the owners remarks so I am updating my original....Here is my review from another site. Arbor View Apartments is a property owned by Housing Trust Group who has many properties in Florida. Its a Senior Income Restricted property partially funded by the government. The government is involved so you get lower rent. BUT ITS A SCAM. A few examples are: 1. All of their properties give 2 prices for your rent on their website, one without the washer/dryer and 1 with. Then when I spoke with Paula at Arbor View directly they told me if I dont get the W/D I would need to purchase apartment insurance and that the insurance would run higher then the rental fee. Later I was told I had no choice and that the W/D was not optional. A current resident told me the W/D is being billed to them at $1,200 a year. 2. Your cable bill is twice as much as what Blue Stream Cable website quotes for their new customers. I called Blue Stream and they told me these are the locked in prices Arbor View contracted for their residents. What? 3. Arbor told me I pay for the water and for a 1 bedroom it runs $45.00 to $60.00 a month depending on my use. I called the City of Margate and they told me Arbor View has a Master Meter and they bill Arbor for the entire building only and not each individual apartment. So Arbor is billing me directly for the water. Are they adding to the water bill trash, pest control, sewer.....who knows?I was outright lied to by the property manager Paula many many times and Arbor View does not respond to most phone calls or emails. Its the most unethically and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. How can a person with any conscience work like this.I finally decided I am moving on and not moving there as accepting this type of behavior says more about me then them. I am better then accepting this type of behavior. Its sad as I really wanted to move.

I have lived at Arbor View from the start!I wanted to thank Paula, our current property manager for her quick response first thing this morning & follow up to a leak in my A/C dripping throughout the night.She is awesome and quick to respond when an urgent work request is submitted.She is very personable, knowledgeable and is always looking out for the residents.Also a big thank you to Pedro, our maintenance man here, as well as Carlos who came from another location to help fix the problem.When I got home from work it had been fixed and I am very appreciative & grateful to the three of them for getting an emergency done so quickly!! Thank you!!

It was a pleasure moving into a brand new building with upgraded appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms and a washer/dryer in each apartment! Our Public areas are very well appointed with a modern influence. The clubhouse area (where all our functions take place) are as nice as anywhere you can find with a Big Screen TV, Side by side refrigerator, couches and ample tables and seating for game nights. We’ve had New Years Eve and Super Bowl Parties, Fourth of July Barbecues and an Ice Cream Social this past week. There is also a computer room and a gym. Our maintenance men, Pedro and Reuben, always greet us with a smile, are always there and open to whatever needs we have. Paula and Iris are the On Site Property Managers and are there to assist with any issues. The Landscaping is attractive and professional. The pool and hot tub area are beautiful; encased by a built in grill and lounge chairs. The best part of living here are the many friends I’ve made. We all take care of each other!The reason for 4 stars has nothing to do with the building or Staff here. The reason being, that, some of the residents do not take care of the building as well as they should.

I heard nothing but good reviews of this arbor view Im not ready to move into the a NEW PLACE yet but when I do Ive LOVE to live there with peace and quiet not around 🔊 music crooks and thieves creeps to Im so ready to get up out of HEAR Im just hoping that it will be a place for me in ARBOR VIEW Apartment

I’ve been living here for almost two years. They have weekly activities, bingo nights, Birthday celebrations 🥳 and much more. The maintenance team and management keep the property clean, safe and secure for the residents. Also pet friendly. I’ve made many friends and we look out for one another. Great place, great friends, great fun.

I want to thank all of our Resident(s) for being wonderful. It is a pleasure to work for a great company. Since I started working in Arbor View its been my joy to see applicants, Vendors, Resident(s) and our team walk out at the end of the day with a smile on there face. Beautiful Modern Apartments surrounded by lovely landscaping.There are lots of fun activities offered for the residents where everyone has a wonderful time.Management and Maintenance Staff do a great job.Absolutely..... Very Nice Apartments Building in Margate

The owners of this complex are not very good. The new managers are very good and seem extremely honest they will do what ever they can to correct any problem therefore I recommend this complex to anyone. Thank you

Beautiful brand new apartments! Visited my sister from out of state and found the amenities very nice, full size washer dryer in apt., new exercise equipment, Jacuzzi and computer room! Unfortunately rents are high no matter you go nowadays. Only problems noted are poor WiFi connections, residents slamming gates upon entering/exiting, and private dog park floods after it rains.

I have lived in Arborview for almost a year and half now. Apartment Living is new to me so for rating it only a 4 has nothing to do with the the Property or Management.Our complex has beautiful modern apartments. We have activities every week and also run Social events. I have great neighbors on my floor and have meant a lot of friends here.Our Maintenance staff our friendly and our there for you when needed. We have Security Cameras all over the building and you have enter building with a pod. We have a call box for all others to enter, because of that I feel safe. Our property managers are there if you need assistance with anythingWe hav a club house where you could go watch TV or just relax and read a book. We have our Bingo and Pokeno nights and also our Social Nights there. Management is always looking for other activities they could host for us. We have a computer room, exercise room, pool and hot tub/jacuzzi.Our building is surrounded with beautiful landscaping.

Fantasy place to live!I have lived here since the beginning and waited almost a year for completion..I I love my apartment and our 4th quickly became a family. Mgmt is fantastic..love my Iris!!!

Building with excellent finishes and location, green areas and social area very comfortable, the attention in the offices is very good and efficient, Antony and Fallon are very friendly. They are to be delivered. Great place to live quiet, finalizing details.

I like my apartment. I don’t want Alexis to go. Pay her more money and keep her happy along with Iris.
