Roy Zimmerman was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable! We arrived early but he was ready for us to come back before we even sat down to wait. Explained each piece of the process well and we will definitely be back next year!

They seemed nice and to know what they were doing with the taxes. It was very quick, only about 20 min. I was told it would be around $200 when I asked what the cost would be after they had a look at everything that needed to be done. I agreed to the $200 although it seemed high. They never mentioned the price would be more money until it was time to pay. It was $348 for the 20 min. When I asked why it was so much more Bob (the advisor that helped me) said that was a rough guess. Obviously I will never be back and I recommend that no one go there. They are obviously not honest in their pricing so why should I believe they are honest in their business practices. I have never been so obviously taken advantage of in my life.

Prompt and accurate info----2019 papers turned over to Block advisers and in 24 hours or less my fed and state forms were accepted !!! thats great service.

I had my tax prepared by Block Advisors in Maplewood office for the year of 2015. I was planning to go back but now I changed my mind. The officer was friendly until I found out there was a big error made by them. I asked the officer to amend the tax return, they did but wanted to charge me for that. After I showed them the proof that it was totally their ignorance, they did not charge me but was very upset about it. It was his fault after all, why show me the angry face... Dont expect them to apologize for the mistake they made...
