I can always find what Im looking for when I head to Lowes for any home improvement project I might be doing at that time. Staff is friendly and usually easy to find if needing questions answered. Good inventory of products for any job around your home. Definitely like the paint specialist they have there whenever I am painting a new part of my house. Theyre helpful and knowledgeable on whats the best paint for your needs.

I found the bulbs, I was looking for as soon as I walked in the door because the signs are large and easy to read. I smiled at the Christmas decorations and enjoyed a stroll down the pathway.

Zero stars if I could. Avoid this location. Downright sloppy employees, don’t really want to work. This was my fifth or sixth horrible interaction at this place. Inventory’s always way off. No one seems to care here. There was 10-15 people waiting to checkout. The ONE cashier and she was wonderful, great attitude (and she was very pregnant). But the rest of her team let her down, did not respond to her caps for help. As a carpenter we rely on these places. I will not be back to this Lowe’s if I can help it.

Saw some things online that were available at this store. however, could be helpful to include the aisle and location of the item on the site as well so it could be tracked down quicker. overall a good selection of hardware and supplies with friendly employeeson a side note, saw two different corvettes in the parking lot

I tried to purchase a shed and no one could help us, so I decided to go back to customer service a second time and ask again and got a different associate and she went and asked someone who informed her that there is a new way to order sheds. The other associates knew nothing about this new policy. Need to keep employees informed because all this running around to different departments could have been avoided.

In my line of business I am constantly at Lowe’s multiple times a day. The employees who work here are so helpful and so friendly. I usually find exactly what I’m looking for and if it’s not available they make sure to let me know when it is. I love the people who work here and I love The open arms and welcoming Waves that these employees offer. The pros services yes especially!

This place was huge! I enjoyed walking around in there. The cashier was friendly and she knew her stuff!

I wish I could give this store (Maplewood Commons, store #1966) NO stars. My husband has attempted to purchase and have installed 4 regular size Pella windows and 1 large special order window for 1 YEAR from this store. We have had 2 different men come and measure, a Pella representative has come and measured. NEITHER of the 2 Lowes representatives EVER called us back. Its unbelievable that after repeated calls by my husband AND visits to the store, NO ONE has called us back to discuss prices, installation dates, and which level of window we would like to have. My husband, emailed, called the store number, called the cell numbers given us by the representatives and still to call back. This total lack of communication and delay has caused us to pay more where ever we purchase the windows. We will NEVER purchase anything from this or any other Lowes store.

I dont post many reviews, but Im so impressed with the employees at this Lowes. Let me start by saying: Im not DIYer. The mere thought of walking into a Lowes or Home Depot gives me hives. I never know exactly what Im looking for, where to find it, what I need, etc. I recently ordered flooring - Will in flooring was immensely helpful. I also talked to someone in doors about a dog door - also very helpful and knowledgeable. Forget Home Depot - this Lowes is my new go-to. Edit: the flooring I ordered didn’t arrive on schedule :(. I ended up canceling my order as I was on a tight schedule.

I choose Lowes over Home Depot all day everyday and twice on Sunday. In the last four years I have purchased new refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, deep freezer, washer and dryer without incident. Cleaner and better organized than home depot.

Ordered a window to be replaced from this Lowes and had nothing but waiting and headaches. I started the process in late June of 2020, paid for the window the first week of July 2020 and was told ordering and delivery would take a month. At the end of August 2020 an installer finally calls me and tells me it would be 2 weeks before they could come out to install. Made my appointment for the first week of September 2020 and on my day of install, no one showed or called. After bouncing around many different phone systems for an hour, I got ahold of the installer company and was told that Lowes had broken the window either during shipping or unloading. The installer explained the store called me to tell me of this delay (they did not).At this point I decided to refund the purchase and pursue other options for my window replacement. I emailed my specialist I worked with and did get a speedy reply explaining a manager would reach out to me to discuss my refund. The manager never called me. I waited the weekend and holiday before attempting to reach the store myself. Finally reaching someone at the store who could help (customer service was always rude and claimed they couldnt help) I was told my refund was processed the day before and they needed my email again to send the confirmation.Im happy I was able to get my refund, and the product specialist I worked with was speedy enough for me to not be dissatisfied. However, there was zero communication from the store during this process despite several issues that arose.

Tried to call and get some advice on a problem but the man on the other end made me feel stupid and embarrassed for asking. Not a great place to ask questions if youre new to home ownership. Try somewhere else.

Needed some mulch. They had many options. I Quickly found what I needed and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Cashier and cart guy were very friendly.

Employees were very helpful and extremely nice. One even went out of his way and paid for a soda for my son from the empleyee vending machine because the store didnt carry that kind .

Ive always enjoyed going to Lowes for my hardware needs. Their stores are logically laid out and kept neat (unlike another hardware store I can think of). Ive consistently received good service as well. I also like the appliance selection. After a refrigerator search recently, I was kicking myself for not going here earlier. If I were to have a gripe, their prices are generally a few percent higher than said store.

I have always enjoyed shopping at this Lowes in Maplewood, until October 6h, two nights ago, when I went to have fill order for 25 gallons of paint. A huge order, because we are painting every interior room in the home. For some inexplicable reason the young man in the paint department could not provide 5 gallon containers of anything, other than plain ceiling white. We had to wait close to 2 hours for every other can to be filled in one gallon containers. Now we have MANY paint cans that will need to be disposed of, and we paid more than we would have, if the paint had been provided in 5 gallon containers. I have been trying for two days to reach the manager, Glen, or an assistant manager to get a reasonable explanation and sufficient compensation for this inconvenience. The manager is either, not here today, at lunch. Call back in an hour, and one hour later, Hes left for the day. Seriously? I expect better from a store that I have been loyal to for years. Menards and Home Depot are right up the street. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I will always love Lowes for the sheer value of great products at affordable prices. They also have staff that will help you when you need it without having to ask them. I love the clearance items as well but it takes a minute at the checkout because you need a manager override to approve the purchase. Its worth it though because you can get some great deals!

This location was pretty organized, items were fully stocked or nearly full, and each staff member (Returns cashier, paint, and general checkout cashier) that I interacted with was friendly and fast. I didn’t give it 5 stars only because: they originally didn’t have anyone posted at the returns desk and the cash register there didn’t have enough in it to give me $39 back in cash.

Big hardware store with plenty of stuff as do the other big box HW stores. Mollards or whatever is not an HW store as my review of said disappointment does lay clear. Home Repot funds more reactionary politics if thats your thing(or if you dont know what that means). I wish there was a Lowes in South City where people care if you care.

This has been a favorite place to shop for home improvement products. Prior to the COVID-19 it was a lot easier to get help from an employee. This time around was a little more challenging so Im guessing they were short-handed. Hopefully, they will return to their great level of service soon.

It was annoying that there were twelve people queued up at the only open register. Theyve never heard of self-checkout???

Not one employee capable of self-motivation or thinking after the competent ones leave around 3 to 5 pm. Good luck with getting anything not at arms height after that time. And finding a shift that has anyone that can run the saw, blinds-cutting machine, or pipe threader is like winning the lottery. Its truly a zoo of chaos and indifference. Added bonus: you can even be annoyed prior to entering the store with their foreign language lessons being played over the parking lot PA system. The whole store is so annoying! Just go up the road to either of their competition. At least their competitors PA is in one language!

I probably go to home depot, menards, and Lowes three to four times a week. I always try to avoid Lowes. They have the worst customer knowledge of..... anything!I bought a miter box today from a promotional ad they had in store. They ad said buy a dewalt miter box and recieve the stand free. They didnt have any stands on site. I drove to another location to purchase it because the employee said that location had two in stock. When I arrived they werent offering the deal?I purchased the stand, drove back to the other Lowes, returned the stand, and was going to purchase the saw and get the stand.The saw was mislabeled. The sticker said on sale from $600 to 549.00.Customer service wouldnt honor it. It took over 1 hr to purchase the saw.Corporate, if your reading this you need to update your system. Customers, you should stay away, it will only bring headaches later.From renting tools, getting deliveries, to now purchasing from them, its all bad.

Shelves were stocked. Find item I went there for. Saw an employee stocking small items and straightening shelf a bit. Saw me getting my items and struggling a bit. Didnt bother to offer his help. I think he thought I was going to ask for help and walked away.

They dont have anything stocked you cant find anything. and the people are eager to try and help you but they have no knowledge. I couldnt even get a guy to find me screws for a steel door for the hinges. He did not have a clue. And he was in hardware. What a shame.

They do cut glass, but only thin glass - nothing usable for shelves.

Pretty good version of Lowes (they all taste about the same). Happened to have a line at checkout and the app doesnt always show correct product locations. But other than that, the employees were nice and professional and the store was very clean overall.

Bad customer service. They don’t trust their customerI found tool set on sale. They asked me to take a picture for the tags and I went all the way to the end of the store to take the pictures and back to her. After all that she asked her colleague to go with me to verify the price and even she didn’t apologize.

We always find what we are looking for, if we need help sometimes it take a couple of minutes to get someone, but they always show up and help us out to locate what we need

They say act like they are veteran friendly, but you have to register for your veteran discount and donthave what you are looking for half the time. Go to The Home Depot, they dont make you register and they will probably have what youre looking for.

Lowes has a very large variety of home improvement products that will help you to complete whatever project you need or want to do. They have a very good gardening section with a lot of gardening products and a fair amount of plants, too. Lowes also has an excellent electrical selection, if you need it, they most likely have it, even if it sometimes takes you a while to find it. When you are having trouble finding something, there is usually an employee ready to help you within a minute or two minutes. They also have a good kitchen and bath section. They have a nice and very large variety of kitchen products. Their appliance selection is very good, from different types of refrigerators and stoves and ovens and sinks to washers and dryers and cooking hoods. Cabinet selection is also very good. They have tons of variety at Lowes and great brands as well as many helpful employees that can help you and walk you though a kitchen resign. One bad thing is that the price for installation of many of their services is much higher than other competitors, especially ones that arent from another big business. Overall, Lowes is a great place for any of your home improvement needs and can help you along the way.

We have TRIED to buy larger ticket items over the last two years from this Lowes. Each time has been a real struggle and mess. This last purchase was the worst! A real long story short...we purchased a small freezer nearly 4 weeks ago online, on Lowes website. It said it would be back in stock in two weeks. After 3 weeks, and no communication from them, we called, a whole other issue, and no one knew what was up with it or could find it. After 2 more visits to them to get it worked out, still a huge wait and mess. After 2 visits lasting more than 50 min each, someone stepped up and got us a freezer. We will NOT be buying anything else from Lowes. Bye bye. We tried.
