This company sprays fertilizer on property they are not under contract to care for. 2nd time!

Our grass was really struggling a few years ago. We tried two other companies who wrecked our lawn even more. Our neighbors has success with LCS so we gave them a try and have been very happy! They brought our lawn back to life and it’s looked great for three years now.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had their service for three years have been good for two years but this year my lawn was full of weeds (which I let them know over the phone), when they came for application they left a note that I need to over seed, which I have been doing for two years. Every time I am on the phone with Amanda, she speaks with attitude. VERY POOR, I DO NOT NEED YOUR SERVICE ANYMORE. There are better people out there.

This place is fantastic. Service is very professional. Customer service is the wonderful. Very helpful.

Their employee knocked over my potted plant and spilled everything out onto the ground and left it and broke the head and bulb off of my electric light by wrapping the hose around them. Did not leave anot nor clean anything up. I called and spoke to a manager and reported the damage and stated that it would be fair not to pay for the recent application of 58.00 he said no go out and buy the items and send a receipt and we will see what we can do which is B.S. I should not have to do anything let alone buy anything. NICE customer service after 15 years of service.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! After utilizing LCS for their fertilizer services for the past 4 years, its come to this. I called a month ago to pre-pay for their service for the year (5 applications, 5% discount), which they told me they would call me back to accept payments when they were ready. I also scheduled dethatching.I just called to pay since I got my bill for the dethatch and prepay and told me it had expired for the discount? told me I needed to send in a check? Okay, TAKE MY MONEY! This was NOT my fault!!! I also shared how we just spoke with our association owners in facebook group (50+ homes) for a group buy on services and I had recommended them. Have already informed them of this situation, and we will NOT be using their services (over a 3% processing fee) Cheers!

We had our lawn aerated and over seeded and in the process the employee drove over the neighbors yard and driveway leaving dirt and tire marks. Although they apologized and blew the dirt off the neighbors driveway they did not clean up the clumps of dirt left behind on the street. I was left with sweeping up the street and apologizing to the unhappy neighbors for the tire marks on their driveway.

Definitely recommend to anyone who needs any kinda of yard service
