The car I ended up purchasing had a minor scrape to the bumper and Leo made arrangements to have it fixed and provide a loaner for me to use. The fix was flawless and I couldnt be happier.

I searched nationwide for my next vehicle to join my 911 Turbo and found a great CPO Cayenne S at Porsche of St. Paul that met all of my criteria. Based on my research it was priced fairly. Leo Starr responded immediately to my inquiry and he was very helpful to answer all of my questions. The one-owner vehicle was originally sold and serviced by Porsche of St. Paul so they could provide the entire history. We quickly put together a deal and Leo was able to accommodate a few special requests that I made. I am out-of-state, but our daughter lives in St. Paul so Leo kindly arranged for her to thoroughly inspect and test-drive the vehicle to avoid any surprises. They also arranged for her to take delivery. Overall, the vehicle is in excellent condition and exceeded all of my expectations. Ive been going to this dealership for 6 month for the same problem: car will randomly not start and key will go on undetectable in the middle of driving. It seemed to be better after the last service but now its happening again more frequently. When I brought the car in for the 3rd time they tell me its working fine, even though they admitted to doing no diagnostics while they had the car for almost 3 weeks. Finally they told me this kind of thing can happen in these vehicles...I dont think its normal to drive a Porsche expecting it wont start every time.Ive been with this dealership for a while and even purchased our first Porsche from them, but recently the customer service is just subpar, making excuses any chance they can to save a buck. Total dismissal of your concerns as normal even when your safety is on the line. Ive been stranded a few times because of this unresolved issue. Would expect more from a Porsche factory warranty.

New facility with amazing office spaces, large and airy display floors and waiting areas, so you feel like youre in a seriously good dealership. The staff that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. Im thinking I may have to start taking my 997 here for service. Hopefully, the city fixes the service road in front of the business so it doesnt feel like youre offroading.

Just had a fantastic buying experience with Porsche St. Paul. I spent several days searching for a Cayman GT4 before finding one at this dealership. I made an online inquiry about the car and almost immediately received a call from Dave Wilson. He was super knowledgeable about the car and spent a good amount of time answering all of my questions. After reflecting on our conversation, I called him back the next day and asked additional questions and then I decided to put down a deposit on the car. I then flew to MSP from North Carolina 2 days later and found that just as Dave said, the car was just perfect. We spent some time driving the car and I decided to purchase the car. Dave was super helpful explaining all of the cars features and capabilities. I then visited with Justin Dosdall who handled the paperwork efficiently and thoroughly. Because my flight didnt leave until early evening, I spent the entire day at the dealership. Dave, Justin and Christine all made me feel very welcomed and I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Nate was even kind enough to give me a lift back to the airport. Dave arranged for the car to be shipped to me in North Carolina and it arrived today just as promised. Glad they remodeled but services prices have gone up to match. Oil prices have gone down or remained constant for at least 4 years and yet oil change prices have doubled in that time at our local P-car dealers... why?At least now I can buy a Porsche car seat and a shirt.

I had a very unique experience at his expensive dealership. As I entered the facility from the frontage road I noticed a employee standing by the car wash smoking and playing on his phone. Not a professional thing to do.As I entered the front doors I was greeted promptly and very well by Kristine. She asked me if I would like a complimentary beverage and then how she could direct me. Nicely done Kristine!At the very next moment I was overwhelmed by the stench of smoke and alcohol, as the same gentleman who had just been out back passed by me still playing on his phone. Didnt even say hi to me as he passed, and I was the only person on the entire show floor. That became more of an issue as I asked Kristine who he was. Ready for this one? He was the General Manager? Doug Williams. Where did Porsche find this type of leader for such an expensive establishment. Not a good investment!I wasnt able to get past my first impressions that day because I dreaded the idea of having to come in again as a customer.I expected more from a Porsche dealer! Contacted dealership via Internet listing for Porsche 911 Carrera S. Rep from dealership, Noel Bayne, replied very promptly with details and specs for the car. Quickly arranged visit and test drive. Noel was very courteous and professional. He was very accommodating with my schedule and after a very short and respectful negotiation, we agreed upon a fair price. The rest of the staff was very polite as well. I usually stand around waiting for someone to acknowledge me, but the staff greeted me right away. Highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent service center, Justin Heug knows a ton about the vehicle and how to drive it. The service center is very responsive, the loaners are terrific. He took me on a test drive to show me how to use the paddle shifters, and it was really helpful. Salesperson Dave Pfuhl provides great service and advice about which features are likely to hold their value in a new car. Great dealership, more like they all should be - high on knowledge, they really know their business.

Worked with Erek Young on buying a 2016 Cayenne with 5K miles on it. I asked for all paper work on the Cayenne, he said he gave it to me, but he didnt. After I had the Cayenne for two days I checked CarFax and found out it had been in an accident. I contacted Erek for the rest of the accident documentation, found out they had done $18K in repairs to the Cayenne. When I asked him why he didnt tell me he answered with Technically we didnt have to tell you about the accident. I returned the Cayenne immediately. They are selling Porsches that have been in accidents and wont tell you. Not a dealer I will ever do business with again.

Excellent deal on a an extremely clean Camry, Great dealing with sales person Noel Bayne. Noel was patient and calm as a cucumber during the entire process. He even drove the car out to my wifes place of work simply to let her test drive the car.This dealership would normally have gone under my radar, but they had the nicest used cars (I looked at about 30 Camrys elsewhere before buying one here), and very easy to do business with.The only thing I would consider an issue at this dealership was the financing. Their lender simply wanted me to finance a higher amount. Not ideal for my situation, but I found the perfect options outside the dealership.I recommend this dealership, especially if youre looking for a Mercedes Benz or Porsche... maybe even a Camry, you never know.

Imagine this: You spend over $80,000 from this dealer for a new car (list Price). Perform all service at this dealer, and approach them about purchasing a new more expensive vehicle. They max the amount for your trade in at $30,000 when Kelly Blue Book shows it clearly worth more than $39,000 for Trade In value. Let me also add this car is absolute MINT and other dealers offered much more in the twin cities.Seems VERY shady behavior to me. They act like they have to get rich on every transaction or maybe the new dealership was more expensive than planned? I would NEVER do any form of business with them. Not even a tire change.........

Ive had my 997.1 tt that i love in for service a couple times and each time ive learned a wealth of knowledge about my car. They really pride themselves on a customer first philosophy, and the mechanics know the books and the tricks of the trade. The pricing is fair considering the high quality of work and pride they take. The only reason why i didnt give 5 stars is because i never give 5 stars and feel there is always room for improvement somewhere.

When thinking of Porsche, I think high pressure sales and absolute jerks to work with it. I gotta tell ya, working with Bill Dunne was everything but that. He was not pushy. He was informative and his communication of the delievery of my car was awesome. Towards the actual delivery of my car, Bill contacted me at least daily giving me status.Super nice guy and would recommend everyday of the week.On another note, the Porsche Macan is a FANTASTIC car! If you are looking at Q5 or SQ5 its worth a look to compare the cars.... in my eyes.... no comparison. Macan is way better! SQ5 pricing was in the same pricing as this car - its a no brainer!

I had a horrible experience at another Porsche dealership in the Minneapolis area (undercut me on my trade in; didnt follow through on promises; arrogant). I was very hesitant to try another dealer in town, however, Porsche of St. Paul was magnificent from the begining to the end. My salesperson (Mr. Andeweg) was a true Porsche enthusiast who completely understood Porsche and loved Porsches. This was in stark contrast to the other dealer in town who I got the feeling didnt really care about Porsches and would but just as happy selling Buicks. Most importantly for me, Mr. Andeweg respected my time (and money). From the very begining until I signed on the bottom line, I was told the truth--which is VERY rare with car dealers and sales people. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealer and Mr. Andeweg!
