Kyles customer service was amazing this would be the number one reason I would return if I did. The exterior looked great, unfortunately the interior was seriously lacking. Spots that were pretty obvious werent wiped and there was residue left from the cleaner they used. Also they must have used an air gun inside because crumbs were left all over the roof of the vehicle. Probably just a fluke with all the great reviews but maybe examine your car better then I did mine before paying.

Came in here with my 2016 Camry earlier today, and man am I happy with the results! Despite the fact that some scratches couldnt get covered up or removed (nothing a bit of touch-up paint and elbow grease cant take care of though), I was still amazed at the result. Aside from some still remaining scratches, the outside of my car looks almost like new again, and same with the inside too.Upon first glance of the exterior and then the interior, I could tell that they did some quality work. From the nice new feeling of the leather on the seats and steering wheel and overall shininess in the interior, to the shine on the exterior, I was quite amazed. Even though Ive kept my car looking pretty good over the now 2 years Ive had it, I thought what better time than ever to take it somewhere for a nice detailing.Ill definitely consider coming here again for any future detailing needs!

We cannot say enough about the excellent service and personal care that Kyle put into our daughters car to get it back to pristine condition! After it was stolen and found abandoned it was in pretty rough shape! The inside was trashed, filthy and smelly. The body had scratches and dents on the front and back from some wild rides. Kyle went above and beyond to repair and bring the body back to great condition and the interior was immaculate after he was finished! He even found a new gas cover panel and replaced that and also installed an advanced alarm system for us. He contacted us routinely on his progress and expenses and far exceeded our expectations! These guys were extremely professional and polite. They were quick and my car looks amazing, 100 times better than when I bought it and I did buy it used. They eliminated the cigarette smell. Maplewood Auto Salon did a fantastic job on detailing two of my vehicles. Kyle was wonderful to work with and extremely friendly. He spent extra time at no cost to remove the excessive oxidation on my headlights. I had a 1/2 gallon of milk leak in my back seat, and after 2 weeks it really began to smell bad(I didnt know it could leak under the seat, where it puddled!). After calling Maplewood Auto, Mike told me exactly what to expect and what not to hope for. He had my car for 4 days during which he constantly updated us on conditions. He spent hours on the internet finding another seat to replace mine, and thoroughly cleaned the car interior - it looks better than new! We now have the car back; it still smells like cleaning fluids, but we knew that would happen. The milk smell is gone... for now. It might come back in the warm weather, but Mike thinks it will eventually disappear. Overall, he was wonderful to work with, and did a great job in customer service with a VERY reasonable price. I have already told people it is worth the drive to go to this business! And I have my car back, drivable and hopefully for many more years. Thank you, Mike & crew.

I went to Maplewood Auto Salon about 3 months ago. My car was stolen and had heroine addicts living in it for 3 weeks. Many other detailers wouldnt even want to take on the job, but that was not the case here. Mike was confident in their ability to be able to take on the job. Mike was very personable, friendly, and down to earth. He was very straight forward with us about what he thought he would be able to do and what he wasnt as sure about. He was straight forward about the smoke smell in the car, since they had smoked in it continuously for 3 weeks, he wasnt sure if they would be able to get all of the smoke smell out. There is still a smoke smell in the car, but it is much improved. The detailing of the inside of the car was wonderful! In some ways it looks better than it did even before the theft. I would absolutely work with Mike and his crew again!

Dropped off at 9:45 and was done by 1:00. My car had some overspray on it and they were able to get it all off and make it smooth again. Looks great. Nice people and very knowledgeable. Thanks again!

Not sure where to start!! I had just an interior detail done. Did they clean the inside of my car... Yes..... Now was it done at the level to be considered a detail worth the price?? Not even close! I still have my girlfriends markup on my seat on the passenger door and a few spots on the dash. It looks like they vacuumed and thats about it maybe whipped some stuff down. Very disappointed with the service provided... Hands down worst interior detail I have ever had done in Minnesota. They definitely need to step up their game on attention to detail!! Dont wast your money go some place else...

I bought my 2002 Pontic in to have headlight restoration done. While they did a great job in restoring my headlights we got to talking with Kyle and he mentioned and showed us what new LED light bulbs could also do to help with improving night time visibility. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Mostly there was no pressure to make a sale. We ended up getting our 2007 Toyota and the 2002 Pontic new light bulbs. Long story short pleased with the service and Kyle was great to work with, he really seemed to care. Highly recommend.

This company has pride in workmanship. I am totally impressed with the detailing that was done on my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. Every possible grain of sand, crumb, etc...gone and polished to the nines inside and out. I had to go in to eliminate remnants from my child puking all over my backseat. I tried to mitigate it as much as possible but it needed a professional. Not only did they use their own tools for shampooing and cleaning everywhere, they took out the bench seat itself, cleaned underneath, and eliminated all signs and smells. In addition to that, they were extremely courteous and helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend. Very kind and courteous. They did not make me feel bad for the mess and smell I needed help cleaning up. The end result was better than I imagined...I swear my 2012 car looks like it did when I bought it. The tech even managed to reduce the appearance of a scratch on the dash Id been annoyed with for 2 years. I purchased the interior detailing and upgraded to a car wash, which he did more on the outside than just wash. They gave me a 10% new customer discount so my total was around $115. I have never had a car detailed before, so I did not know what to expect. I thought my car would be clean, but it looks amazing with no lingering smells. I will be returning.

Thought I needed a cutting and buffing treatment but after bringing it in for the pros to see, they tested with just a polish. They did a clay bar wash treatment, polished the wheels, wheel wheel clean and got a few deeper oxidations that I couldn’t. Especially for the price, I’m very happy deciding to go with these guys and not try to invest in all the tools and do it myself. Also, only took about an hour or so!

Recently, I had dined out at this fabulous italian restaurant but was unable to finish my shrimp that came in this delicious olive oil, garlic base. So, I boxed it up to go and put it in my back seat. Two hours later, I realized that I had left my doggy bag in my car and had come to find that it had spilled all over the right side of my back seat. It smelled like dinner for 3 days (not to mention the nice stain from the oil); finally, I had had it. I found Maplewood Auto Salon on my google search. When I brought the car in, Mike, was very nice to come out and take a look. Conveniently, my back seat pops out, so I wasnt without my car for 3 days, just without a back seat. 2 days later, I received a call from Mike letting me know that it was all ready to go. For my parents anniversary, I contacted Maplewood Auto Salon to see if they could do a gift certificate for two complete auto details. Mike very responsive and personable, and helped me sort out the details to ensure that my parents surprise was perfect. Got the 119.95 with the additional package 3-Step Buffing & Polishing. paying almost 200. I had some light scratch and medium scratch on hood and fender which is why I select the additional step. After receiving the car. The scratch are still there. I was puzzle and show it to a friend. He brought out a meguiars ultimate compound and a towel. He apply a small amount and polish it by hand. The scratch were gone. I went back and they insist they did buff it and thats how it came out. They wouldnt partial refund and only offer to redo it. But they say they couldnt guarantee the scratch be remove even after I explain to them the meguiars polish remove it perfectly. Dont bother with this place.

Brought my Denali into Maplewood Auto Salon on a Friday at 1:00 and got it back at 4:30 that same afternoon! IT was great to get it back in the same day and to not have to be without a vehicle for the whole day. This is the second time I have been to the Maplewood Auto Salon and I am extremely happy with the results of the detailing. My truck is newer and I didnt think it could look much better than it already did but it was detailed without any area being missed, it looked brand new! I will continue to bring my vehicles to Mike and have told all of my friends to go there also. If you are looking to get your car detailed then you NEED to go here, you will not be disappointed at all!

I brought my Volvo in to Maplewood Auto Salon with severely compromised headlight lumens. Although the shop was set to close within the hour of my arrival (poor planning on my part), Mike took one look at my headlights and said he would work on them.He did a superb job, and whatever cloudiness and scratches that were blocking the lights from shining through were completely removed. I now feel much safer as Im driving, especially at night. Thanks a lot! Given that I have no pets or children, my car is rather clean. I usually clean it myself twice per year. Unfortunately, my car was broken into a few days ago and there was glass all over. After the initial clean up and repair, I could still see small shards of glass throughout the cabin. Because of the cold and whatnot, I decided to have the car detailed at Maplewood Auto Salon. The reviews were good overall, there is a 10% discount for first-time customers, and they have a complimentary shuttle if you’re in the vicinity.Picking up my vehicle, it was clear that they did a good job, but it was not good enough for a number of reasons; 3/5 stars. So, I called and talked to Ian. He addressed all of my concerns in a timely, friendly manner. If the need were to arise, I would go back and use their services. I think it will be time for a wax once spring returns.

My girlfriend got me a complete auto detail for my Nissan 370z as a gift, so I cant comment on the price of their services. Im pretty picky with my car so I was a little nervous about having someone else detail it. I took everything out of the car, and I mean EVERYTHING, before dropping it off. Glad I did, because they cleaned every little nook and cranny inside and out! Extremely impressed with the quality of their work. Interior was spotless and outside was so shiny I needed sunglasses. Im pretty sure my glasses were the dirtiest piece of glass in that car when they were done with it!Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone I know looking to get their car detailed, and Ill definitely come back here again.

Great experience. Car was done on time and very clean. I have dogs and get a lot of dog hair stuck on the back of the seats, and they got all the dog hair out which I am never able to do myself.

MAS did an excellent job detailing my car. When I picked it up and first got in, I thought the windows were down--they were so clean. We have three dogs who ride in the car on a regular basis so its usually full of hair and nose smudges. After the detail, there wasnt a dog hair to be found. They also did paintless dent removal and it made a huge difference. I was so impressed with their service, I brought my dads car in for a detail the next week. They did just as great a job on his van. Well definitely be going back.

These guys were very pleasant to interact and their pricing was reasonable, so I really wanted to be able to give a five-star review, but in the end my experience was less than stellar for two reasons. The first is that I had some staining on the outside of the vehicle that Id pointed out so that they could remove it. It wasnt a huge deal but those stains werent reduced at all, until a few weeks later I was able to remove them completely with some simple rubbing compound myself. They also didnt finish it on time so they kept it overnight, so I had to pick it up on a rainy day, and to protect part of the vehicle from the rain they leaned a big piece of cardboard on it. I appreciate the thought, but it wasnt needed and worse, the cardboard sheet had several big copper staples in it. Fortunately the paint was not scratched by the staples but it very easily could have been with just a gust of wind. So unfortunately I do not plan to return.

Brought car in for PDR estimate. I told them i couldnt leave the car there at the moment because i didnt have a ride. Lady at the front desk says oh i was going to call you, the guy that does PDR called in sick. DUDE! I called into work and had someone pick me up!!! Waste of time for both of us! I left you my damn phone number. I didnt even get an apology. I went instead to Finishing touch car care in oakdale. They beat the price and did and amazing job. Above all, the car was done in one hour!

MIke made my vehicles look like new! I have a 91 Toyota MR2 in mint condition that somebody keyed and Mike took care of it. I bought a used SUV from a dealership that touched up the hood, did a poor job, and left overspray on the vehicle. Im working with Mike to get his restored and cant wait to see the finished product. Great price, great service, and a great look inside and out! I am bringing in my wifes car to Mike next week to get waxed and polished before the snow hits! I highly recommend Maplewood Auto Salon.

So far I had two cars performed under them, one went in for a full exterior detail and pulling dents, while the other car went in for clear bra. They did an extremely good job on both of my car. The exterior details made my car look brand new again, and the car with the clear bra did not have any bubbles or imperfections.Mike was honest about everything and explained in detail on how the clear bra will not cover everything because it was pre-cut. They have an extremely competitive price on all their services and what you are quoted is what you will pay, no extra labor charges or any of those bs you get from the dealerships.I do have one thing to say though, when they did the exterior detailing, they didnt clean and buff out my entire front bumper. The area where I removed my lip kit was not buffed and I could still see some 3m tape residue on the bumper. I dont know if they overlooked this part or just didnt even bother because of the price that I paid.Other than that, very great place, good detailing and will recommend these guys if you are looking to do a clear bra to protect your car. Dont pay for the dealer because these guys have the best price and does a really nice job.

Brought in my 2009 KIA Optima that has 73,000 miles. There has been 2 kids in the backseat for the past 3 years and let me tell you it was bad!!....Crayon, marker, ink, dirt, grim, pop spills, milk spills, etc. Anything you could think of it was back there. Mike was very honest and straight forward with a couple of spots that were going to be permanent. That was to be expected. Because of his straight forward approach and not trying to just get another sale, I chose to give him a shot. Boy was I glad I did, Mike and his team at Maplewood Auto Salon completely blew me away with how clean the car was. I felt like I just had purchased my car all over again!! Great service and reasonable price, gold carpets are gold again, they were a dirty brown before Mike and his crew did a full detail to my 2003 GMC Safari inside and out, very pleased with out come and will use Maplewood Auto Salon again!!!
