The two techs were exceptional and very professional. They also wore a mask and gloves while they completed their installation. The service they provided was awesome, great and well done. I am very happy with the work done, and the price was great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Paul came out and did an outstanding job fixing my LG oven, which apparently no one will work on them. From the beginning, he made me feel at ease and told me there would be no problem working on my oven. He is friendly, humorous and knows exactly what he is doing. Finding a good repair man is hard! I had called or emailed at least 15 different places about my washer repair, and this company was one of the only companies to listen to my concerns and help me make the best choice for my situation. Top notch service! Appointment was scheduled on Monday for an early morning the following day and Paul arrived right on time. Our refrigerator had a problem with the bottom drawer closing and he was able to repair it without ordering a new part. Spectacular service! Was on the verge of throwing out the fridge when we decided to give Elements Appliance Repair Service a try. Specialist did such a thorough job of taking apart the fridge, removing excess ice, and figuring out the source of the leak and noise. And there hasnt been a leak or loud roaring sound since. We called yesterday about an issue with our gas stove pretty late in the day and he was able to fit us in the very next morning. He came within the two hour time block he set for us and even put on booties so he wouldn’t be walking around the house with his shoes on. It happened to be a quick fix and he gave us some useful information about our stove top. He also did a quick consult for us about another appliance we had that we were having troubles with. Will definitely be calling him about any appliance issues we have in the future. Knowledgeable and builds great rapport with his clients.

Elements Appliance Repair Service promptly notified me of their service date and arrival time period, which they kept. Ben came out to repair my new washing machine. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. There was a second trip required with the necessary repair part. A gentleman from Elements Appliance Repair Service was very punctual, well mannered and professional when he came to repair my Samsung dryer, which was extremely noisy. He explained to me which part needed to be replaced and why. He removed defective drum rollers, went to obtain the new ones, returned shortly, and finished the job. He left the laundry room as clean and tidy as he found it. It has been three months since the repair and my dryer works perfectly. Superb!!

Our technician was very kind to explain what was wrong with our ice maker and order a necessary part. The part was not available until a Saturday and he still came out and did the repair and worked until about 9pm on a Saturday evening. We are very pleased with the service.

I’d probably rate lower, but they did at least communicate to some level. I Called for a service appointment for our washing machine. Was given the typical multi hr window of time they’d call to tell me they were on the way. Window time came and went with no communication. 45 Mins later I was called and asked if I wanted to reschedule for 4 days later. When I called back to talk to the person whom scheduled me, and their response: “ These things happen”. Super frustrating

My dryer quit working on Sunday when I had loads of laundry piled up ready to go. I called and they came out that evening and troubleshooted my problem. They had to pick up parts the next day due to how late it was. The next day the parts were in and installed quickly. Highly recommend this company.

Called while waiting for them to show up. Canceled appointment with me due to overbooking. That is something I expect from airlines, not appliance repair companies. Now its going to be days before another company can come to my house.
