Reliable service at a reasonable price. Ive been taking my vehicles here for 10+ years and never had a problem. If you have a need for a specific high-performance item, there may be better options out there, but for day-to-day vehicle maintenance (tires, brakes, alignments, suspension) these folks are super reliable (and friendly as an added bonus).

I was so thankful for the quick help and good service that Les Schwab Maple Valley gave me! Went in for a flat tire, they let me keep my car while it was repaired which took less than 3 business hours without an appointment. When I picked up my tire, I had my two young kids with me, and they insisted we remain comfortably in the car while they quickly put the wheel back on. They were a lifesaver at the end of a long day with two kids who were just ready for bedtime. Thank you for making my life easier and giving us a great experience!

Bad experience all around. Took my car here for alignment. Told them the problem with truck steering and breaks. Never did they mention or check this. Then i called to ask about this...they said o technician is out on break. Only gave me alignment document and car still the same. Poor customer service all around. Dont trust a shop that cant do anything write. Oh and manager... bring it back we will check not letting amateur risk my familys life on the road.

My first time at this location and Im super impressed. I interacted with a amazing female mechanic who knows her stuff. I appreciated how quickly I was taken care of and the honestly that was placed my way in regards to the choices with saving me money. Ill definitely come back.

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff make for a pleasant experience. I had my truck lifted with new wheels and tires here. The tech - Adolfo - who worked on my truck had even contacted me shortly after taking delivery to either come back or he would come to me to ensure he had tightened the tire nuts properly. He came to my house as I had just started eating dinner! Great service.

Came here just to get some air in my tires, as usual they did it for free checked all four tires gave me a thumbs up and sent me on my way. I love this service, and I love that its free, especially in this day and age where the gas stations charge a quarter to use their air pumps.

Store routinely misleads customers of how long they need to complete changing tires. In order for the store to pack in more sale/service, they overbook and you end up waiting a long time for something they originally tell you only takes 1 hour.For a company that prides themselves on customer service, they really should stop misleading customers and over promising their ability to deliver on that promise.

They tried to sell me brakes for my stepdaughters car when she didnt need them. The tech said the fronts were metal on metal and the rears were at about 2mm. Check out the picture below of the fronts.This was after they pulled the bait and switch by getting me to tow her car there by saying she had used tires available. Once we arrived she said that she had made a mistake. (when she told me the used tires were available she sent a guy back to look at them to determine the cost. also I offered to pay to hold them and she said not to worry about it.Crooks!

Happens every time.I brought my car in to check to see if I had a leak since one of my sensors showed low.After 15 minutes guy comes back in and offers to sell me new tires, alignment job, etc. I asked if there was a leak and he said he didn’t even check.Every time I come here they skip right past my request. If he would have said “we found the leak, but here is what we would recommend...” I probably would have bought tires. But to not check?

Even good businesses make mistakes. Great businesses are those that own their mistakes and make it right.We had brake issues and brought the car in to fix it before a big road trip. They said we needed new front rotors but everything else was fine. The repair was done in record time and we went on our trip. It was quickly apparent something wasnt right. We limped through our trip and brought the car back as soon as we returned.We gave our list of gripes to the service guy and he was nice enough and said theyd check it out. Mike the manager did a road test and found that the job wasnt done properly. He owned the issue and said it should have been caught by the techs. He had it all fixed and replaced necessary parts that should have been replaced initially. He then road tested it again himself before calling us to pick it up. He explained the whole issue to us and took accountability for the error and apologized. No charge. We thanked him for making it right and left. Everything on the car was perfect and we are happy. Thats why we will continue to go to Les Schwab.

The quality of the work performed was on par (tire rotation - my vehicle requires some special equipment and the use of floor jacks, which they did without issue); the wait however was not.I had an appointment, but they didnt get the car in the bay until 1hr 15m after I arrived (I was a bit concerned and it likely shouldve been a flag when I checked in, as it didnt seem like the appointment I made over the phone was in the system based on the questions being asked).As with every visit Ive made, the customer service is friendly, which is appreciated. I always attempt to give the local businesses where I live the opportunity to provide products and services (especially important during the COVID-19 pandemic), and based on todays visit, will continue to do so at the Maple Valley Les Schwab location.This being said, Ill make a phone call prior to heading out the door to ensure the appointment is confirmed to save any unexpected delays in getting in/out.

I was waited there for about one hour to repair my car tire they took the car in and bring it back in 30 minutes I asked for charges they didnt charge me and said free for you, but did not repair my flat tire it still has same problem cant keep the pressure more than 3 days

Nice shop. Called first and was told to walk in to have them look at two of my tires which had a slow leak. Turned out to be the valve stems.Only had to wait an hour as a walk in which isnt bad seeing how busy they were. I was prepared to wait longer. Just be patient or make an appointment.Everyone was professional. I came back after I put my tires back on the vehicle it came from (I brought the two flat tires in a different vehicle, obviously) as theyd mistakenly put a standard black plastic valve cap back on one of my tires valve stems. I had a nicer chrome cap on one tire and they went to find it immediately, with no problems. Its an easy mistake to make.If you have any extra bells and whistles like nicer valve caps just check before leaving the shop since its easy to miss.I plan to come back since I had a good experience.

I experienced a flat due to a bolt in my tire, compounded by a flat donut tire in which the air valve came off completely, I was fully prepared for my day be taken up fixing/replacing these two.Instead, Les Schwab fixed both of the issues and allowed me to resume my day quicker than expected.All of the staff I saw were accommodating and considerate with the customers, even those who could have been nicer.A specific thank you to Alex for his help and, as a result of my experience, I will be moving all of my business to this Les Schwab.

I trusted you when you said siping tires is a good thing. I have since learned that it is, in fact, bad for your tires. I have learned that siping works against you on dry pavement because it increases tread squirm which increases heat and increases wear. Braking distance is, in fact, increased. My tires will now wear irregularly, and tire life will be decreased, not increased as you claimed. Also, and finally, the warranty on my tires is now void. I will certainly never patronise Les Schwab again.

Decent size shop and group of mechanics so wait time wasnt too bad. The staff was super friendly, especially the mechanics who come out and sit down with you to discuss the plan. Brought my suv here today for all new brakes and routers, so I thought! They called me to let me know my car was done. I decided to look at my car in the parking lot before coming in and paying, the rear had been done all brand new pads, routers and calibers but the front still had my old routers on the front and when I went in to question why havent they been changed, I got a response from one of the techs that I only got charged for 2 but then he comes back to tell me that they were indeed all 4 on the quote but the tech decided that they didnt need to be changed and just flipped him! This really irritated me because no one called me to ASK me if this was what I wanted, my old routers were already resurfaced once prior! To make things worse I came in under a business and decided to apply for there special financing (which is a scam for businesses) this blonde rude older women sitting in the back with a head trip ran the papers but was extremely rude explaining it. I left and had to come back once more again for them to change the 2 fronts out (which they should have done the first time) as Im ready to pay she comes running up to the tech ringing me up and lets him know that I still need to pay tax on my business car and NEGLECTED to let me know prior to filling out the special financing that it would be a different form that I would needed to fill out for my tax exemption! So she ran my credit for NO REASON AT ALL. I have went to so many other les schwabs and always used my business account with them and never had an issue ever only this store! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE

Waited 2 hours for a tire rotation that at most said would take up to 45 minutes. All but one of my rims was permanently scratched by the air guns (some of these were over 3 inches long) on my brand new car that I had fpr less than 18,000 miles on. Poor service and training. Would HIGHLY recommend visiting another les schwab location.

I will never be doing business at this location again. My son left his birthday money on the front seat only to come back to find it stolen. When I confronted the manager on the subject and I explained that I wasn’t after money, he told me it wasn’t possible because their technicians deal with money, booze, and marijuana in vehicles all the time and it never happens. I really didn’t appreciate the fact that he didn’t believe me that it could happen, or that I stood something to gain by talking to him. Poor customer service.

Les Schwab is the BEST!! I recently had taken my SUV into a different tire distributor for an oil change and to patch a screw that was lodged in my tire. The secondary tire company informed me that the tire wasnt salvageable and informed me that I needed four new tires as my tread was minimal. I thought this was odd per the fact my vehicle only has 20k miles and told them that I would seek a secondary opinion. I have had exceptional experiences with Les Schwab in the past and would not purchase tires from any other company. I ended up taking my vehicle to Les Schwab in Maple Valley and they patched the the screw in my tire. Further, they informed me that my tires had at least 20k miles left of tread. More companies should mirror Les Schwabs business model by doing the right thing and build customer loyalty by being ethical. I will be a customer for life and when its time for new tires or a set of snow tires only purchase through Les Schwab. You can trust what they say and know that they arent motivated by their bottom line. Rather, by running an ethical and trustworthy business that consistently is devoted to customer service. Great customer service. Went in for a flat fix, but due to my own negligence it was unrepairable. They gave me options and great prices on some new tires that same day. Very grateful as I only have one car.

I have used many other tire centers (Costco, Firestone, independent shops) all up and down the west coast and went back to this Les Schwab because of their exceptional service. I am so glad I made the effort to go back to them back out (I no longer live in the PNW) because they are hands down the best in what they do. I have never left without 100% satisfaction for both quality of work and customer service.

They were able to fix the leak in the tire in a reasonable time at Les Schwab, while Costco wanted me to make an appointment two days later, even though I had bought the tires from Costco. Les Schwab also took our other car for a test drive and checked for a possible wheel bearing issue. No charge for the check on the wheel bearing, but $20 to fix the tire. It would have been free at Costco, but who wants to drive around with a leaking tire for two days?

Brought my car in first thing when they opened after I discovered my tire was going flat with a slow leak. They happily got me in and out within 30 minutes, did a great job fixing the tire, and did not charge me a cent. I have brought my cars in here before for brake repairs, and the quality of work has always been top notch. Great job guys!

Went in because we had a leak in the front passenger tire. They fixed it for no charge. And did it quickly. Awesome customer service!

Great! Blew a tire on hwy 18 heading home to Eastern WA. Changed it (yikes, narrow shoulder!), teens and Google navigated to Les Schwab for me while I drove on that skinny spare. Free wifi and popcorn made the wait painless. We were back on the road about 2 hours after blowing the tire. Easy place to find, and easy to get back onto the freeway.

Today is the third time I have visited the location and I have to tell you I am so impressed... I came in to have two sensors in my rear tires and an alignment... I get a call 30 minutes after I left stating that they just needed to adjust the sensors and the truck didnt need an alignment if was in god shape. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! that is such good business. I basically gave them my business on a platter and they could have take advantage of me! BUT instead they said Nope you dont need it =) WOW... so impressed.This location is AMAZING every time I go there I am happy with the outcome =)!

I took my car in for a tire rotation and a brake inspection and fully expected to pay for the rotation because the tires werent purchased there. They said it was complementary and to just remember them the next time you need tires. I thought WOW who offers service like this, now or ever? BTW they told me my brakes were fine and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. A+ for honesty and integrity.

The young man that helped me was awesome, but it took over 15 minutes for the boss man to send anyone out to put air in my tires.

Les Schwab is always good. Stopped in with a low tire, they had me pull in front of a bay and within 5 minutes my tire was back to pressure and the other three were checked as well. No charge of course! I will never go to any other tire shop but a Les Schwab.

They did a good job. They replace brake calipers on all brake jobs. I didnt know this and probably could have saved $200 on the brake job.

I have been here twice for a screw/ nail in my tire. First one was on the side wall and was told by multiple places I would have to get a new tire but they fixed it perfectly, second time I only had an hour and was behind a lot of cars, witnessed them running out to other cars and then it was fixed within 40 minutes. Very satisfied customer and will not hesitate to go back! Bringing a Jimmy Johns platter as soon as I can as a thank you!il

Very frustrated! Last year May 1st to 4th 2018 they put my 2003 1 ton truck with Arctic Fox 990 camper on, in their 1 bay they had that accommodated the heigth and replaced wheel bearing, seal, brakes and rear end, competent mechanic. Today the manager and employee today REFUSED to work on truck to replace air bag on truck with the camper on. Completely REFUSED to work on truck even though year they did.Frustrated! Not treated respectfully!Refused to believe me, that they had worked on truck with camper previously. Could have tried, did not move truck from parked location. Asked them to check camper batteries, after several phones Les Schwab did not even perform this simple request.

Would give 0 stars if that would be possible.here is my story.Left my car early morning to do brake job - change brake pads and resurface rotors.Original estimate was $239.70.Also asked to let me know if new rotors will be needed.Later received voicemail saying what my rotors can not be salvaged and they go ahead and will put on new ones.Les Schwab just decided to that for me without asking.This added $266 on the top of estimated cost,so grand total was $549.19.They installed re manufactured calipers and not sure about new rotors - could see clearly grinding marks on them.Would I recommend them?NO!Would I use their service again?NO!Thanks for not just checking my brakes Les Schwab!

I had to cancel my account today after 15 years of using Les Schwabs all over the state.I have found some to be good and some to be poor. When I move out here to Maple Valley I was hoping this was a good one. Well I wasnt so lucky. Although the employees are nice and even call you when they know you are disappointed with their service, the workmanship isnt there. I shouldnt have to return to the store and get my alignment redone a second time when I spent a hour+ there the first time. I dont complain about much so when I brought it back they fixed it without question which was nice. But when I bring my jeep in to get the wheels balanced I dont need to hear you tires arent a good brand and thats why you have a balance issue when you sell them and mine are almost brand new still. I know what my issue is, its the fact I deflate them down to 8 psi for playing with my jeep club and they slip on the wheel bead, nothing to do with the tire brand. I have to go through this every month when I get back for playing. Dont talk down to me and think I dont know the tiny bit of technology that goes into balancing a tire. I hope I can find better service out here in Maple valley.

As a 30+ year customer of Les Schwab in various Northwest cities, I will NEVER step foot into another one of their stores because of the Maple Valley stores dishonorable behavior. The store manager has imposed a policy that they will not touch any tires not purchased from Les Schwab. He told me it was the Corporate policy implemented 1/1/17, but when I called the Corporate offices in Oregon they denied that this is a company-wide policy. I can understand trying to discourage people from buying tires elsewhere, but to turn away a long standing customer (as their system would show them) because I need support to mount & balance a tire in a rare instance because the tire in question was not purchased at their store is a dishonor to the man who started this company. Les Schwab would not approve of this behavior. Its too bad that the company culture is shifting away from valuing long standing customers to one that only looks at a point of sale opportunity.

Not the same ol Les Schwab.I came in with a flat LR tire looking for it to be patched or replaced on my way to work. The guy who helped me was very rude. Long story short i needed new tires after further examination, so they wrote me a quote for $1500. Called Discount Tires, half price. $720 for the SAME tires. Being a mechanic myself I was very disappointed with the overall quality of service and pricing. The price was one thing, but the service was just sad. My whole family has always admired Les Schwab, but not anymore. Very disappointing. Watch out folks, always trust your gut and get a second or third quote.

This location is good. I didnt care for the treatment from Bonney Lake and their business practice. Took the same issue to this location and...they upheld the reason why I went to Les Schwab in the first place. And no charge compared to the $200+ quote from BL.

Quick service. Did not have to wait more than 1/2 hour and they were busy for diagnosis of problem and then only another 1/2 hour for fix. Did great job too.

I had a flat today. After putting the spare tire on I was inspecting the tire for the cause of the flat. I noticed that the wheel had the old wheel balance weights attached and new weights (hack job). I got home and inspected the other wheels. One was the same, old weights and new weights, two had no weights at all. So either the 33 inch off-road tire are perfectly balanced or more hack work. I took the tire to Schwab and told them that I needed a flat repair and that I have had I slow leak (2 psi per week) sense new. I asked if they could look at the valve stem because it doesnt seem to be working right and it is not straight out the of hole in the wheel (see picture)(more hack work). They did fix the flat in about three hours. They did not fix the valve stem. They did not offer to reinstall the wheel. To be fair, I do like the tires and the front desk does have good customer service, if thats what your looking for.FYI... Americas Tire Company gets better reviews and I would have to agree.P.S. Running out to meet the customer and getting the job done fast does not increase the quality of craftsmanship, if thats what you looking for.$62.00 for wheel spin balance, $43.50 for tpms rebuild (valve stems).

Due to medical reasons I couldnt get my truck in for new tires did I desperately needed Until the last minute before a storm. They took me in at 4 oclock they stayed and worked until 630 till the last vehicle which was mine was finished

Ive been dealing with Les Schwab for 25 years happily. But recently moved to Maple valley and am getting pretty disappointed in the one here. Stayed in the waiting room 3 hours last weekend just to be told they have to order my tires, which were to be siped and installed today. Two hours later they forgot to sipe them so I get to come back again to ruin a third Saturday...

I have been going to this store since it opened and I have ALWAYS been satisfied. They even gave me a free used tire with about the same wear as the other three when that one had a nail in it - I was only asked to consider them when I needed all my tires replaced. On other occasions they have repaired my and my familys tires free, even though we didnt get them at Les Schawb. The employees there have always been professional and polite.

They put air in the tires at no charge. Very welcoming place. Will go back for new tires when I need them.

GREAT experience,We recently bought a car from a Chevy dealership in Tacoma. My wifes wheels were chrome and after 2 months the chrome was peeling and causing two of the tires to have slow leaks. After battling it out with the dealership in Tacoma with no progress we decided to just get new wheels (we wanted to do that anyways). Schwab had to order them because they were 21s and they didnt have them in stock, we scheduled a time to get there and when we got there the wheel that came in the wrong size. Dave our salesman/tire mechanic was very apologetic and we understand that stuff happens. A few days later the correct size wheels arrived and were installed. Dave, Skinner (Kevin Bacon), and James provided great service.A month later I found out that I needed front brakes for my 3/4 TN truck and I asked for Dave again, good guy. I ended up getting new brakes and I also bought new wheels for my truck, the service was impeccable. When I haggled on the price for my wheels with Dave he came down about $80 and I said ok lets do it as long as you get my truck washed also, (lol, my truck was dirty and I am lazy). When I got there to pick up my truck I had new brakes, new wheels and it was washed and they even shined my tires.Sure I pay for all of this stuff, but contrary to other posts I have read the customer service I receive there is great. Cant say enough good things about these guys right now. When I started my car this morning to head to work, the Low Tire Pressure warning light was on. I headed down to the gas station to air up my tires and found that some jerk had stolen caps off two of the tire air valves. A third cap was loose, so I headed to Les Schwab.I was immediately helped at the desk, and the young lady asked me to pull around to any bay. A guy came out, put two new caps on the air valves, aired up the tires, and I was on my way in less than ten minutes.My husband and I have spent a lot of money here, but its well worth it for the service they provide. Nice job, guys!
