I submitted an online bid to multiple companies for tree stump grinding and the folks over and PnD reached out promptly to schedule a free estimate. Chris arrived on Monday and walked around the property noting the details and scope of the project. Within 15 minutes I had a quote in hand for ~18 stumps of various size for a very reasonable price with him thinking they could begin work in about 5 - 10 business days AFTER I followed up with them and confirmed the job. On Thursday we reached out to the office to book the job and lucky enough they had availability the very next morning.Forward to this morning and the technician arrived on time at the house and immediately walked the property to identify the trees stumps and he got right to work. We chose to leave the ground stumped material in place to level out some pretty uneven area. After all of the trees were ground down the tech came back with his gas blower and cleaned up any loose material that was blown onto the drive way. If you are looking for fast honest work without any of the hassle PnD is your go to place. We will be using them in the future.

Cant recommend these guys enough! I put off doing this project for so long thinking it was going to be a pain to deal with whoever I went with, but I couldnt have been more wrong and Im so happy I went with P&D.Absolutely wonderful to deal with. The owner himself came out to give me an estimate and managed to beat my other lowest bid (which I already thought was a deal for trees that large). They managed to schedule me about a week after the bid. The neighbors all got a kick out of watching them take it down with the crane and they were FAST. It was amazing to see how quickly they worked without damaging anything and they worked around quite a few things that had become one with such an old tree. They had to come back on another day to do stump grinding, but were very good about keeping me up to date on what was happening with the scheduling for that. The times they gave me for showing up were accurate too, which is so rare to find anymore.Seriously, give these guys a call if youre looking to get a tree taken down.

Just had some tree work done by P&D Tree Service. Communication was great from requesting a quote to completion of job. Office staff promptly responded to my questions & coordinated quote & work to accommodate my schedule. Onsite crew were responsive to my questions & assured satisfaction with completed work before leaving.Owner came out & gave me a fair quote to remove 5 trees (2 of which were dying hemlocks close to a power line on my property). He said the trees by power pole could be safely removed using a bucket truck & would not require lines to be dropped by PSE. I chose P&D to do my work based on a fair quote, confidence in their record, & positive reviews from friends who have worked with them over the years.On the day work was scheduled, the crew of 7 arrived on time & quickly got to work after verifying the work to be done as shown on the quote. From the moment they set foot on my property, it was clear to me they knew how to safely and efficiently remove multiple trees. In less than 2 1/2 hours they had dropped/chunked my five trees & cleaned up all debris/limbs.Ive had many trees removed by other companies during the years Ive lived on my property & cant say Ive ever had a negative experience with any of them (except maybe price). Given the scope of my job this time (power pole in the mix), the efficiency of the crew to work safely with courteous regard to me/my property, & competitive pricing I would highly recommend P&D Tree Service be considered by other homeowners needing tree removal services.

Great job, Chris and the highly skilled P&D crew! They had the equipment and knew how to use it effectively. Seven large firs removedfrom very narrow space between houses in an amazingly short time period. The crew expertly navigated around electrical & cabling wires. Very safety conscious which was critically important. Great clean up job and care was taken with neighbors landscaping. It was obvious that they knew their business and Im grateful for the service.

WOW, P& D was a referral from our landscape Lady Wendee Mann, They squeezed in our estimate to fell a big blue spruce in between our house & a neighbors. Date was quickly set, crew had the tree down in < one hour & limbs chopped up. Neighbor & I split the $( reasonable) & NO more needles in our gutters.

I needed to have a huge brush pile chipped up, and these guys were great. They were very communicative with regard to scheduling, and the crew that did the work was punctual, professional and friendly. I’d definitely hire P’n’D again.

This is by far the best tree service we have used. From the office staff to the crews they are great. They have taken down or taken out 9 trees for us. They showed up on time and immediately got to work. It is like watching a well-oiled machine. Everyone knows what needs to be done and they do it. When they left everything was neat and tidy. I love the efficiency of this company.

My Wife and I had 5 Quotes from several different Tress Services here in King County, for those of you that live in the Unincorporated King County you know how impossible it is to book such a service with anyone let alone have them actually show up for a quote. PnD was by far the most professional when booking and their quote ended up being by far the least expensive. I was absolutely impressed with the crew that showed up, along with their equipment. I was shocked that they literally finished the job and clean-up in well under 2 hours. They did EXACTLY what I wanted and the price never changed. I have already shared their contact information with several neighbors and highly recommend their services, I will call them when its time because trees will always grow!!

Called at 10am 11/26/2019 on a Tuesday two days before Thanksgiving! Busy time of year for a firewood delivery as we all know...Kathy and Kelly both contacted me multiple times during the day to expedite the process. Both were very professional and sweet. Delivery was done the next day at 7:30am!!! The wood is amazing and now my yard smells like a lumber yard!Rasando was my delivery guy and was able to get the truck down my tiny and curvy driveway like a pro!Thank you P&D Services for an amazing job!!!

Hired to grind four large stumps. A one man crew was sent out with an older stump grinding machine that had several breakdowns throughout the day. Eventually the operator completed the job (with some help on my part) and in general, did a very good job.Scheduling and correspondence is NOT their strong suite. It was difficult to get in contact with them and did not receive call backs, as indicated, several times. I paid in full with a check upon completion. Nearly three week later, they had not cashed the check. When I called, I was told they would look into it and would receive a call back. I never did get a call back and they finally cashed the check; 3 weeks after I gave it to them.Overall, on the cheaper side, fairly high quality work. Difficult to correspond with, difficult to schedule, and customer service is meh.

Thank you guys again. Everybody that was out here was very safe and even respected the covid guidelines. These guys really know what they are doing. They treated our property as if it were thier own. Cleanup was the best Ive ever seen. I will have these guys back for any of my tree needs.cant forget about the girls in the office. They took care of all of my claim. Wow! Just had P&D out to my place in Maple Valley. I had them do a lot of storm damage clean up PLUS the removal of two 100 ft+ trees from a very tight spot between my house and my neighbor. The crew was safe, professional, and very diligent. The property looks great. I will definitely use these guys in the future.

If your looking for wood, look no further. Chris brought me a couple of large cords in October of good hardwoods. I just had another large cord dropped off and its beautiful wood. Cut to about 16 that fits my wood stove perfect. It lights quick and so far I have been getting 8-10 hours of burn time. Thanks Chris for delivering on your promise. P&D removed two large 150’+ trees from my property with their crane. It wasn’t an easy job but they sure made it look that way. The crew and staff are extremely professionally, safe, clean, and fast. Absolutely 5 star and I would recommend them for any and all tree work.

Last year I had two large, leaning, and dangerous trees cut down. P`n`D logging did a great job. Scheduling was easy and their quote was cheaper than other loggers. A large team came with cranes, bucket lift trucks, and chippers. Job was done in an hour or two without any damages.

Have used this company twice now; first to remove about 7 trees on my property, plus some pruning & again last week to cut down another tree & fully remove a bush, including root ball.Both times, they were on time, very efficient & faster than youd expect all for a competitive price.They clean everything up after the work & haul the debris away too!While theyll do pruning, Id say theyre better at full removal & if you have nothing but pruning or delicate trees, you may want to check elsewhere, as they seem more chainsaw oriented.Would definitely recommend for tree removal and even shrubs. Ive been satisfied both times Ive used them.

Incredible, showed up early . I thought I had a big job, well these guys showed up and went to work. 8 large trees all gone and when they left It looked like they was never here. Super impressed with the clean up. Great Guys I highly recommend P and D Logging. Also I had 4 bids. Theres was very close to everyone else and they brought the Crane to insure I had no damage to the yard or house.. I really appreciate you guys.

I have never used them before but have used other companies in the past to cut down trees. P & D logging is very professional, competitive prices, office staff is very nice, Chris is nice. Had them out this morning to cut down a huge 40 year old tree, limb up some other trees, grind the stump and the roots in the yard. Their equipment is amazing. For all that work it took the guys about 1.5 hours and they even cleaned up their mess and hauled away the tree. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my friends, family and all my clients. Great job P N D.

Ive never hired them to do a job but they did a job next door to me covered my cars in saw dust. Also instead of parking in front of the house they were working at they blocked my driveway.
