For the past several months I have visited this location for my auto part needs. Mychelle has always given me the time and attention I need to address all my questions and concerns for my vehicles. She has become my go to person because of the outgoing attitude and professional service she provides. Youre not a customer, but THE customer. A valuable asset to the organization. She possesses all the attributes of a true leader. Management material IMO.
I’ve had to go into this location about 4 times the last month and each time the staff has been exceptionally helpful and nice to me. I knew what I was looking for but didn’t really lol they were patient with me and shared a few laughs while we figured it out and ultimately got me what I needed. I was having a particularly rough day earlier this week and the lady with long hair in the ponytail was so nice and so funny that she really turned my day around. I wish I’d have gotten her name to leave it here. Thank you so much for your help!!
This is by far the best Autozone Ive been to, great Manger, and people like Stephenie Stocks make this place great. Shes so down to earth and so full of energy it brightens your day. Wish I could give you more than 5 star 🌟
Mychelle made our experience such a movie, we came there expecting just a battery replacement but left more experienced and knowledgeable thanks to this amazing customer service. Super fun, super helpful, super charismatic. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip to the Zone.
Amazing visit, great information, and very friendly workers. Stephanie greeted me as soon as I entered, and she was able to help me find a nearby machine shop, as well as loan me the specialty tools that were required. Will definitely come back whenever I need more help!
My husband and I bought a Dodge avenger about 6 months ago ever since then weve had problems here and there with our car we went to the AutoZone here in Maple valley and found this amazing woman named Michelle who knows so much about cars and is very willing to help in any way she could and shes helped us time and time again to where we go out of our way to come to this AutoZone just to see her theyre very friendly here I recommend it to everybody that has anything wrong with her car or needs to get anything done theyre the best talk to Michelle shell help you out . Many employees are rude to customers. Most of them dont know anything about cars therefore are useless for any kind of help. Managers are good, not so much employees. Despite this they have good inventory and can often get me a part.
Always so helpful and willing to help. Making sure Im getting the right product for my vehicle.
Went in for a battery and part. Didnt have the part (obscure battery clamp) but they were great assisting with the install. The manager on duty was super accommodating and very personable. She installed the part once it was ordered and walked me through the process, which as a teacher I very much appreciate. Highly recommend this location.

So my bumper had some scratches and a chip. I was quoted $700 to repair. Decided to DIY as a novice and widow. Mychelle (assistant manager) went WAY above and beyond to assist, guide, inform AND teach patiently me. She is very knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful. Her fabulous and funny sidekick Stephanie was genuinely kind and supportive. A hoot! Josh (sweet pea) was very helpful as well. Much respect and appreciation!
They were super helpful and even had an engine code reader for free..they had the cataclean and a racing funnel all conveniently placed.
I prefer oReilly but theyre basically the same. Overpriced compared to online, though Everything is at retail level, but theyre triple as much money. Buy tools somewhere else you can get snap-on for these prices. Convenient stop. The Parts are more reasonable in cost. still 1.2-1.5× more than online. Nice manager good people only the manager really knows cars though. A younger guy said I didnt need spark plugs on an EFI car Haha. But theyre not service techs. Friendly, no tricks. Use oReilly OBD2 sensor. Here they let you use a 40 dollar one that doesnt detect anything. Oh fluids are also well priced. Fluids and parts. Buy your tools at a tool shop or online.

Our battery went dead on a very hot day. With no tools I was in a desperate situation! I was so relieved when Mychelle offered to swap batteries for us. We did it together and I am so greatful for the best customer service imaginable!! Couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service!!!❤️
Mychelle came to my rescue!! She went above and beyond to help me with an air conditioning issue. Customer service at this level is so important and she proved it is alive and well in Maple Valley. The great news is she is passing along those skills with the rest of the AutoZone staff!

I normally love autozone but I had to wait over 15 minutes in line because the workers were focused on online orders rather than the one guy standing in line.
I was stuck with a dead battery and dead hand held jump box. I called to see about exchanging the jump box 10 min before closing, I was STUCK! An employee named Rebecca came AFTER work to where I was and saved me. I was blown away!!! Its unfortunate that people just dont seem to give scraabout anyone but themselves these days. Shes an amazing woman. Thank you so much.
These guys are usually pretty good. At night they let the new guys close up though. Real drop off in the knowledge base after 7pm.
I have several auto parts stores just a few miles from where I live, but Auto Zone in Maple Valley is the only one for me. I have visited all the others and this one stands out in many ways. Store cleanliness, staff friendliness, management and auto knowledge to name a few. They have gone above and beyond for me and my sons cars! To me it doesnt feel like its about the sales with them, it feels like they are about the customer. They even have better sales! Ill admit, I love to shop clearance and theres is by far the best in the area. So thank you Becki and Seth for all your help (especially with my sons new 23 yr old car).

Not the place to for a mechanic.Parts fail . I gotten the wrong part several times. Trying to get a refund is a joke. There always switching registers. The knowledge level is poor. If you dont know what your doing this is the place for you

This AutoZone location has an employee named Mark, and all I can say is you are very lucky to have him. I had a roadside emergency today Sunday May 24th at about 2 p.m. while riding for Recreation on my motorcycle. My battery suddenly stopped working, as is common when you dont change them every season, so I dialed up the nearest auto parts store in hopes I would find a sympathetic ear on the other end. I did not have a part number, I did not know what type or size but I knew what kind of bike I had. Mark answered and was immediately exhibiting exemplary customer service skills, he was an active listener, he mirrored what I was saying and he found the battery that I needed asking only a few questions. Then I asked if there was any chance of a delivery for the battery as I had no way to get to him and it was near three miles away. Mark didnt hesitate offering personal assistance, as a company delivery was out of the question, after asking where I had broken down he offered to stop by and drop the battery personally. Mark came to the location where I was, poured the acid into the battery with rubber gloves safely, On the Roadside....jumped me from his own personal vehicle and made sure my battery was strong before he left. I dont know if everyone reading this will understand what he saved me today......but my bike wouldnt have left before dark and I more than likely would have paid a little bit of money for an Uber back and forth. Its easy to not volunteer to help someone in a bad situation, but it takes a next-level person and customer service associate to do what Mark did for me today. I want everyone to know, if you need some part and youre just looking for a sympathetic ear, ask for Mark.

If you actually know cars and your projects are time sensitive, avoid this particular store.The lack of attention to detail is astounding. In the last ten days Ive been told the part I needed was in the store twice. Both times drove there and was told it was special order. In that same time span, I special ordered parts twice. First time it never came in. I just returned from my second trip. Part came in okay. Except wrong part ordered. After really going over what I needed and confirming.I worked parts counters 25+ years. This counter needs to get off their phones, quit the side conversations with each other and regulars while looking up parts and quit wasting customers time. I wont bother to return, this company has been around too many years for this kind of BS. Tells me its how AutoZone runs their counters.
Can’t even be open when it says it’s open. Waited an hour.

The person there that helped me out the day before and this be visit were helpful, but unfortunately the first set of wipers were not completely correct for my car, but with my return visit I had quite a bit help without any issues. They helped with finding and putting on the correct set of wipers and leaving with them on correctly
Worse customer service and even worse women manager at this location. The manager lady is rube and seen her yell at people waiting in line. When I called to complain she wouldn’t give me her name but it’s Bucky after calling twice.
The manager went out of her way to help me.

Went in to check engine light and found out I needed oil. Dawson, I believe is the one that helped me he was knowledgeable and very friendly even helped me top my oil off. Fantastic service I definitely will return if I need anything

Very helpful. From Dallas and broke down. They ordered the part I needed about 8 pm and had it by 830am the following day. Picked it up and they loaned me the tools to fix the van. Way cool guy that works there. No one else I called even tried.
When I went there to buy a oil change kit that was on sale the gave me the wrong* filter and then i went back there to return all of it cause the the oil was wrong as well *(when I returned it the guy was so clueless (but he was wearing a grey shirt therefore not new) he returned my with 7 dollars too little and then we went through the whole process again to make it right but he still didnt get the right amount to me so I bought another item to just the heck out of there cause I was losing patience and then the total was like 12 dollars to much and he stood there just staring at the screen when I asked if he needed help he whispered just give me the money before I could ask him what the hell? He reached out and grabbed the money from my hand and at that very second I just resigned myself to doing this review and calling his boss cause now his till is off so guys this shocked me

I have only been in for a few basic car care products and some motor oil. But the staff on shift were friendly, helpful and courteous. The location was clean and parking as well as access on and off the main roads was easy.

Love AutoZone these guys know what theyre talking about and they always have a great selection they dont steer you wrong and they dont try to sell you stuff you dont need. Theyre always going to give you good advice and they also help you diagnose problems for free definitely better than OReillys

If you want a good selection go across the parking lot to the hardware store. Need a torq wrench? Sorry we dont stock em. Need a 1/2 to 1/4 drive adapter? Sorry dont have em. Whats an impact rated adapter? Primo selection on air fresheners and leather cleaner tho!!

Warranty issue* As a repair shop we have bought many parts from the local stores. And as a very busy shop with a great reputation in the area we warranty our parts and labor. We had a problem with a part that failed after nine months and filed a claim with there store, after getting the run around we had to file with a different store. weeks chasing there management we were told that it was being looked at by the regional manager. weeks later we were told sorry it was not the parts fault but your installation error. offered no help for anything. meantime to take care of the customer we had her in a loaner vehicle and had the repairs done by a machine shop. cost us a bunch. there lack of concern for anything but money is astounding we will close all our accounts and never buy anything from them again. reccomend you do the same.

This location closes earlier than others. Could not figure out which running lights were right for my Volvo s60.
They close the store earlier and then act like they didnt. Showed up 5 min before 9 PM to grab some specific oil. Door was locked, one guy was playing on his phone while the other was counting the register.
