I am not one to post reviews but everyone needs to know to not trust these people with their business paperwork. I have a small business and was missing an important document so I had to leave H and R block and go home to reprint what was needed. It took a couple weeks to figure that out and in that time they LOST all my documents. My professional told me to leave my folder at thier location and usured me that it would be safe. NOPE! Everything gone! How incredibly unprofessional for a company that all they do is deal with very important paperwork.

Angela asked all the right questions and was most friendly in doing so. My wife and I greatly appreciated her expertise with completing and filing our 2020 taxes.

Terri really knew her stuff and was extremely helpful in a very complex tax return.

This is my second time to use the H&R Block Office near where I live. Just like the last time, Carlton did a great job in taking care of my taxes for 2018. He was courteous, professional and personable.

Got there right 9 am they made wait till 9:15 why he Sweped out side empty the garbage.. I feel if they have a apoimement schedule 9 they should ready for you.. That i made appointment for 2 week ahead of time to have it 1st thing not to wait.. My time is also important ... I paid 239 $$ for this service... And made me he put out because I was on time!!!

Showed up 5 minutes early for my 4:00 appointment, at 4:25 I was told 10 more minutes, walked out at 4:45. Why text me numerous times to remind me of an appointment that you aren’t going to keep? Why not text me to let me know there is a problem, instead of having me show up and sit there for almost an hour. Thanks for nothing.
