Was 5 star review until I had an issue. Bought an item that wasn’t in the box. Waited 30 minutes to return it and now have to come back the next day to do the same process allOver again. What a waste ofTime. The store in Covington is run way better and I will be taking my business there in the future. I have spent plenty of money here for this to not be an issue. The item was $34.99 and it’s not even worth the time and the store caused the problem. A tiny profit for long term loss and unsatisfied customers. Take your business elsewhere not worth the high markup for the same products on Amazon at 1/2 the price. This is exactly why Amazon is winning the retail war.

My experience began after purchasing my Mobile Hotspot for my home; after leaving another provider that refused to work with my payments after I became unemployed.. i am a manager in my Verizon account and looked everywhere for internet service I could afford. My friends told me to visit or call the Verizon store and they would take care of me. Anthony was my associate over the phone and I arrived later and he explained everything in black and white from the beginning and made sure I understood the steps and check points.I made it home and plugged the equipment in power and I didn’t see exactly what he showed me at the store. I made a call the next day and he gladly made an appointment for me to bring my devices and helped me organize my issues on my computer.He was very knowledgeable quickly addressed the problems with the greatest if ease. I’m happy to be a Verizon customer… FORGOT TO MENTION THIS SERVICE IS VERY AFFORDABLE!GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU, ANTHONY…🙏🏽

Went to get new phones today. Tevin at the Maple Valley store was so helpful and informative. My phone was so old that it took forever to get things transferred to the new phone. He was patient and we were able to have a great conversation while we got things transferred. We will definitely be returning to this store.

I came into the store very frustrated with my phone not working. Since a new software update I was unable to make or receive calls or texts. Anthony wa very helpful in finding the cause of this problem and took the sting out of the prognosis. I needed a new phone! He listened to my concerns (really listened), answered my questions and got me into a new phone that I could afford. Ive worked in customer service and I wish there were more people like Anthony out there. What a fine young man!!

My phone stopped charging. Clerk was very helpful and patient with me as we discussed my options. They provided me with several options that didnt directly benefit them. They were even able to clean out the adapter port so that my phone charges again. They didnt make a sale today, but they have definitely earned a customer for the future.
