Every experience Ive had at Maple Valley Family Dental Care has been extremely pleasant! The front office staff is always friendly and I can tell that my dental health is the first priority to the rest of the dental team. I love the hygienist I see, she is so gentle and fun to talk to. Maple Valley Family Dental has been our familys dentist for about 10 years now. The hygienists are so good that I can send my 5 yr old back with them and have my own cleaning done at the same time. They are very good with children. Dr. Holt is very good and even did an emergency filling while I was pregnant - the tooth next to the incisor - that another dentist had done years ago. I have had no issues with pain or fearing the dentist! Highly recommend this practice.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They have horrible customer service with a bunch of angry old women at the front desk that talk to customers like they’re 5 years old. They cancel appointments for people and don’t let them know about it. This place needs some better staff with some manners who know some customer service. They mess up on billing and not a great place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Beware - incredibly there are un-vaccinated health care staff working at this facility and they do not disclose this to the patients.

Ive had a great experience here! After having a traumatic root canal experience 7 years ago Ive been hesitant to go to a dentist. When its been so long it can be nerve wracking to go to a new place.Everyone at this practice that I have come across has been kind and very caring. My first portion of deep cleaning was uncomfortable but my hygienist always told me what she was going to do before it was done and let me know if it would be painful. She also went slow and made sure I was doing okay throughout.I had a similar experience with the dentist when getting two fillings done. He was so nice and made sure I was comfortable. He took the time to make sure my fillings were comfortable and even polished one of my teeth so it wouldnt be so sharp just because he noticed it. Given that he probably does fillings all of the time I appreciated that I was made to feel like my dental needs really mattered.Id absolutely recommend this place for the whole family. I bring my kids here for their cleanings too.

Polite, efficient and well-organized. This is my family dental clinic we use ever since we moved to the town and I would recommend it to anyone else.

Always an amazing dental experience at Maple Valley Family Dental Care. I gladly make the drive from Kirkland to see them on a regular basis. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and very accommodating in making appointments for my hectic schedule and they have extended days/hours which are very convenient for me too.The hygienists are incredibly competent and knowledgeable and always remember me and what my current dental needs are. I have had several procedures performed by Dr. Holt from veneers to filling replacements and he is always friendly, positive, and punctual and a perfectionist when it comes to his work.It is very easy for me to highly recommend them.

Great experience today at MVFDC! My kids (2,6,8) love coming here! The hygienists and dentists are very personable and kid friendly! My 2 year old wasn’t into getting her teeth cleaned, but they were very patient with her and didn’t push her. She was happy when we left. My older kids didn’t want to leave and asked to come back in less than 6 months for their next cleanings! :)

They were easy to make an appointment with, we came to them because they offer free professional teeth whitening with being a patient! As a wonderful suprise we also found their services were better priced than our previous office (for instance laughing gas is less than $50 out of pocket) Plus the Doctor was so friendly and polite helping us make sure or Insurance was covering as much of our visit as possible. We have already scheduled a second appointment.

They utilize new technology so we can make online appointments and receive text updates with reminders. Their hours are flexible enough to accommodate couples who work and have a busy lifestyle. We highly recommend this dental clinic.

Not a fan of the dentists that run this place or at least the one i saw Monday night. Very unprofessional. Made me feel like another number. Asked a couple questions and could not get a straight answer. I dont trust these guys as far as i can throw them. Will be taking my family elsewhere. Quite embarrassing if this is what the dental industry has become.

They are not only kind and excellent, but great at taking care of nervous patients and those who have had less than ideal past experiences. Ive always felt they are taking care of my long term dental health. Its too bad that some of the other reviewers do NOT understand that getting cavities filled sooner and gum issues dealt with in early stages will cost them much less in the long term than those dentists who ignore problems and dont try to prevent complications. The staff is going to tell you the truth about your dental health even if it isnt what you want to hear. That doesnt make it a trick or something underhanded like was implied by another reviewer. I trust Dr. Hagmann and the other employees who work at Maple Valley Family Dental Care.

My family moved to Maple Valley from Issaquah & decided it was time to find a local dentist and went to Maple Valley Family Dental Care. They took X-rays and a thorough check up. They did not clean my teeth telling me that I needed a deep cleaning due to deep pockets and that I needed to have 2 cavities filled.Ironically enough, my sister-in-law, went there too after relocating to Maple Valley and they told her the SAME thing!I decided to go back to my dentist in Issaquah. I did not tell them about my check-up at this location to see what they found - and miracle!!NO cavities and NO deep cleaning needed.I would rather drive to an honest dentist 20 miles away versus going here ever again.

Maple Valley Dental Care has been our boys dentists for years now, and weve had nothing but good experiences. But today at about 8:30AM, my wife slipped and fell on a patch of ice, breaking her front tooth. Her normal dentist was closed because it was a Friday, but we called MV Dental Care, and she was in a chair and getting fixed up by 10AM.Just above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Rockwood and Megda (Im sure I spelled your name wrong...Im so sorry)....cant thank you enough for fitting her into your already busy schedules, and providing a plan for follow-up. :)

I made an appointment with a specific hygenist. Apparently, the senior hygenists can decide who they want to work on. The hygenist canceled and I got a temp who did not know how to use the equipment, needed lots of assistance, wasted time, and didnt completely clean my teeth. I really dont think Ill be going back.

Everyone is super friendly! Staff is fantastic with kids!

I have been a patient for several years here. They are a tad pricey but the services and care are worth it.
