Ive used PCE a few times with great success at a fare price and usually quick turn around unless waiting for parts to come in! Chris is knowledgeable and very helpful. Just recently I had a microsoft update that didnt work properly and shut a few of my apps down. Dropped it off with Chris and he had it back up and running, saving all of my personal data and information in just a couple hours. Thanks Chris for everything. I know ill be back when I have any more issues. Keep up the great work.

I took it in to Chris and his team at PCE and Chris work diligently over a two day span to figure out what was wrong. Not only did he figure it out. He charged me NOTHING for the labor or diagnostic. Went in this morning because my girlfriend’s gaming laptop wasn’t performing as it used to and we didn’t know what was wrong, the guy was super friendly and professional he said to give him a few hours and he called us back 2 hours later and only to tell us it needed a massive update, we felt pretty embarrassed to us because we didn’t think about it and he didn’t even charge us. We will definitely come back to this place just because of the customer service he provided and the generous action of not charging us.

My wifes MacBook pro has been in the possession of pce for going on six weeks now. They have called once when they gave her the initial diagnosis. We gave them the okay to proceed. The only communication is when she initiates the call, and they just say its not ready. No other information such as ETA or. . . I mean 6 weeks and nothing, really? Perhaps there in over their heads.

I used pce in auburn. they closed due to whatever reason. so, i recently had to find a shop...so i took my computer to pce mv, wa. got it bacvk in 4 hrs. happy days...and thanks chris.

Wonderful people. Took my pc in as it wouldnt power up. Nothing wrong with it likely the outlet in the power strip. Managed to relay the information without making me feel like an idiot. Honest and caring and if I have a real problem will definitely be back.

This place is absolutely amazing. I needed to replace a hard drive and hinge holding my laptop screen. Not only did they get my work done ahead of ETR, they also provided me a way to fix the laptop on my own to save money. They have another loyal customer now.

Get a second opinion! I spent $200 on fix after I told them it was a memory issue. A week after the FIX I had the same recurring issues. I took it back and then they stated that it was a RAM memory issue that cost $65 for the part...hmmmm

Had an unexpected crash rendering my home PC useless and me helpless. Called and was able to drop it right off within an hour. Picked it up the next day. Cost to repair was very reasonable compared to replacing my entire PC which was a relief after donating the equivalent of my first born child (fully burdened!) to the IRS. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable and didnt talk over my head describing the technical failures that led to the demise of my hard-drive. Highly recommend.

Love the fact that this place is open Sundays.This was from a few years ago, but they still deserve this great review. I dropped off my desktop PC on a Saturday morning - it kept shutting off intermittently, so I was fairly certain my power supply was to blame. I spoke with Chris on the phone who told me they could install a new power supply and have my PC back to me within an hour or so. I was quoted approximately $49 for the part and $75 for the labor.When we got to the shop, my husband asked if they could upgrade my video card. We chose a new video card and agreed to the additional price for the card.Chris called later that day to let me know that they did not have that exact video card in stock, but that they would order it Monday and it would be a few days for them to get the video card and install it. This was fine with me, as I was still able to use my husbands PC and my laptop, so the wait was no big deal. They estimated that they could have my PC back to my by Thursday.They called Tuesday to let me know my PC was ready (yes - two days earlier than planned). When I got to the shop, the gentleman who worked on my PC explained that they were able to obtain a better video card from a different vendor at the same price theyd quoted me.I was charged $49.99 for the power supply and $45.00 for the labor, plus the price of the video card. Yes - thats less than originally quoted for the labor, which was great. They had also cleaned up my PC a little (dust blown out, etc.) and changed out my noisy fan, no charge.So far, so good...my computer is still, to this day, running more quietly, more smoothly, and the new video card works great! I would definitely use PCE again for any computer issues.

In Maple Valley this is the best option for your PC repair. They are truly there to help you. They also have a field service that goes out to homes and businesses. They will also take your old equipment and recycle it for you.

Inexpensive, quality service from knowledgeable people. They kept the lines of communication open during the fixing up my machine as well as scheduling for the receipt of my machine. They fix my PSU without issue and without any unexpected mishaps to elevate the price. I will definitely come here again with my next technical issue.

I have been using PCE for over 5 years now and have always found them very helpful and professional. Highly recommend you give them a try if you have any issues with your computer, Laptop, etc...I have never had an issue with price or price quoting.... Jack

The power switch on my desktop finally called it quits and I took it into PCE based on other reviews I had read. Unfortunately, the power switch on my Dell XPS is not a replaceable part (gee thanks, Dell) but through a series of phone calls we worked out a work-around that allows me to power up the computer. I was very pleased with the way they worked with me to get me up and running again. Based on this experience this will be my go-to shop if I every need computer service again.

An emergency situation arose with my computer and Jamie came to my rescue. She built a new system, ready for pickup in one day. Affordably prices and a company that knows the meaning of customer service. Hats off to this company!

I recently took my MacBook Pro into PCE after it had an issue booting. They discovered that the graphics chip (GPU) was bad on the motherboard. They tried everything to get it to boot back up, but the GPU was fried. The only alternatives were buy a completely new motherboard or buy a new Mac. I chose the latter, but PCE didnt charge me a penny and Jami was super nice. Even though it was bad news in the end, Im giving these guys a great review for their customer service.

Stellar customer service. My computers are always serviced within a day or two(sometimes same day). Competetive rates. Knowledgable staff that is never condenscending like so many other pc repair shops staff tend to be.Many thanks to the friend who recommended PCE.

Iwas also quoted one price when I dropped off and another higher when I picked up. The person returning my laptop saidyes the issues all were fixed when I asked about a certain one as I paid, when I get home that one was not fixed. Also I was charged double the going raye and double of the quote when I dropped it off. I will not go there again and will let everyone know not to go there.
