After taking my duffel bag that had a 6x6 inch hole in to a few different dry cleaners in the area and being told no they could not patch the hole, Maple Valley Cleaners did not hesitate to repair it. My bag was patched with their material in only a matter of days, very pleased will be back.

“Misplaced” my dress and then charged me $96 for a 2inch hem after quoting me $36

Been going to Maple Valley Cleaners for years. Sook, Yong, and associates have always provided good service. I have had them due small and large tailor jobs. And their location is awesome! Best part, they are great members of the Maple Valley Community. I am definitely 12 Times Better compared to my last dry cleaners. Thank you, Go Hawks!!!

My husband trusted this place for several years, going there a couple of times a month... recently, we have seen a significant decline in their service and their ability to NOT lose clothing items.We dropped off a white prom dress this past summer, and when we went back to collect it, we were told that they didn’t have it. Weird- because we also didn’t have it. My husband went back last week to drop some items off, and he saw my dress hanging up on a rack. He asked them if it was ours, and they said yes. They also told him that they didn’t lose it and it has been here. **mind you, he probably dry cleans 1-2 times per quarter, and has been in at least 4 times (so 8 times with pick ups) since them claiming the dress was not there** They then proceeded to charge him $200 for a “wedding dress” cleaning. First off, it’s not a wedding dress. Second, I purchased the dress for $100. Third, my actual wedding dress cleaning wasn’t even $200; it was less than $100. HOW ON EARTH ARE YOU GOING TO CHARGE THAT MUCH THEN?! Especially after you lost it! When he went back in to confront them, they only gave him a 30% store credit...So, today, we went and picked up his dress shirt and two of my dresses (he dropped them off the same day that he found the prom dress last week). As they’re rolling through the wrack, I pointed out a dress shirt that my husband has been missing for over a year. And look at that, it was his! Like 5 items in front of our clothes that we were picking up and she wasn’t even going to hand it to us at all. The lady told us that it has been here for a REALLY long time and that they probably called and didn’t have any answer, so that’s why it didn’t get picked up. Which doesn’t explain why he never got it in the 10+ times he’s gotten things dry cleaned/picked things up since then.So that’s two items that they lost of ours and fortunately we have back, but also paid a significant amount for...My husband also had his name written inside a brand new dress shirt in ink...Needless to say, we will not be returning. There’s no sense in trusting a business that can’t bother to even own up to their mistakes and will still charge you a boat load of money when they do make the mistakes

If theres a zero star I would have given it to this place. After being a customer for more than 2 years despite their high prices, all of a sudden, they decided to start writing my last name on my shirts with ink to mark them. They simply ruin 6 shirts for me and when I asked for them to be cleaned to remove this ink, they couldnt make it. And guess what, I even paid for my shirts to be ruined. Never back, this is beyond stupidity.

Wonderful for alterations! They altered my wedding dress(which is always stressful) and did an amazing job. Really nice people working there and great prices. I will definitely go back!

Lived in Maple Valley for over 10 years and have been to several dry cleaners in the area, but Maple Valley Dry Cleaners has been the overall best dry cleaners in the area. Excellent customer service, superb turn around time, and quality care for my clothes. The owner always has a smile with a greeting, which always makes it feel comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!!

My husband and I started coming here for dry cleaning since its right next door to Fred Meyer. Not only do they do a fabulous job of dry cleaning various items, they have also removed and/or sewn on several patches for my husbands Tae Kwon Do uniforms.Customer service is awesome. We really dont have items dry cleaned that much, but I swear the woman and younger man who have helped us in the past always remember us.Theyve done rush jobs for us too - Ive dropped off suits and requested rush cleaning and theyve been ready when I needed them. Yes, I paid more, but it was 100% worth it. Great hours too. Definitely come here if you need quick, quality dry cleaning or miscellaneous sewing services.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and the store itself is bright and clean and organized neatly. The prices are very reasonable and everything comes back looking wonderful, including our skin rug that the puppy had an accident on. Overall, highly professional!

Such friendly staff Sook was amazing and speed up two holes I had in my pants and she was wable to fix the Velcro’s on two of my shorts and even patch up a whole on my back. She was great and super fast service and the fixes came out great! Wonderful place!!! I will definitely be back when ever I need something fixed or patched up.

Excellent cleaners and very professional. I love how they always remember my name. Over the years we have used at least five different cleaners and Maple Valley Cleaners is by far the best.

This place is excellent. I was told by another cleaner they could not put a hem on my shirt because it was made of spandex. I brought it into MV Cleaners and they stitched it right on the spot. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Needless to say I will be back.

So I came here for an alteration on my wedding dress last year in May. This place did a great job and the prices were reasonable. I wrote a 5 star review.That December I came back to have a hemline brought up for a dress. This time they charged me $87.00. For a hemline. I’ll say that again. 87.00 for a hemline. And I had to bring the dress back because nothing was done to it when they first charged me. Luckily I tried the dress when I got home. So then I was on a time crunch (2 days before the military ball I needed the dress for) and I was paying as much for a hemline as I did for the dress being altered. They fixed it but it was still pretty frustrating. So last week I decided to give these guys one more shot. I brought the top of my sons jui jitsu outfit so that 2 patches could be sewn on. I was a little hesitant because of how much they charged me for a hemline the last time but the girl at the front desk told me they only charged $5.00 per patch. I just picked up and they charged $37.50 to sew on 2 patches. I don’t write reviews like this very often. Actually this is the first time but that is ridiculous! I don’t know how a place can scam people to this level and still stay in business.I won’t be back.

Love this cleaner! Ive lived in Maple Valley for 14 years and my old cleaner suddenly shut down. I gave this one a try and couldnt be happier. Very professional. Very friendly! Highly recommed!!!

Had a very dirty Bemer mat cover that I got from eBay and even though it was filthy the lady at the cleaners got the matte cover looking beautiful!

If there were zero stars, thats what they would get! Poorly cleaned garments and 2 shirts and a suit jacket came back with more problems than they had when they were dropped off. They offered to fix it but when I went back to pick up my items, they said no luck, too bad. One shirt ruined, one that required re-cleaning from a better cleaner and no refund or apology, just a lecture. Thats right, it must have been my fault! Your right, I always have grass and debris in my pockets. Right again, that couldnt have been from someone else.If you try them, good luck. Of the 9 items, 1 - Destroyed, 1 - Needed real cleaning, 1 - has a permanent light mark on the shoulder, 6 - OK. Odds are - 60% your stuff will be OK too.
