18 bucks and I have to go home and hand wash my car. Took 1 sec with brush and did a half swipe across my grill. Nothing to the wheels or tires or any other area grime builds up. Didn’t push mirrors in and too late for me to catch it. Almost broke my mirror off. Soap did not rinse off. Car just as dirty as when it went in. Do they clean those rag rollers at all ?? Never coming back. Will pay the neighbor kid to do a much better job.

Does not honor their coupons. Took my business elsewhere. Will advise others to do so as well.

The dryer never seems to get my Lexus dry. I have to wipe it with a towel to keep the water marks off.

Its a stay in your car, exterior car wash. Nothing special. Just the basics.

You guys are great! My Nissan Titan is lifted on 35s and had no issues... my wheels were clean too and the guy that comes out and hoses you off helped me get my antenna off. Ill be back. 5 Stars

Although it was pouring down rain, my car was full of mud and grit. The gentleman working was amazing. He was very helpful in helping me get the ticket machine to work. Then, he was great at pre scrubbing the car.

Ive had my vehicle service here for years for oil changes. They are always done in a timely manner, and efficient. We love the in mail coupons and it reminds us on top of the sticker, that we need an oil change. I love that we can sit in the car and wait for them to finish. They always show you the old filter to verify they put a new one in, and rather then pushing you to fix anything they let you know what isnt looking good and suggest you do it instead if making it sound like your cars gonna fall apart as soon as you drive away. Everyone had masks on for social distancing, and limited contact for payment. Excellent people!

Great service! Mike was very friendly and upbeat! I liked the great attitude and felt right at home here! Ive been taking my vehicles here for several years now and noticed how the service has really improved! They do it now while you wait in your vehicle and it usually goes pretty quickly. They check all of my fluid levels and recommend service. If they recommend it, its needed. Ive discovered that to be true when Ive gone to my mechanic later. They dont try to recommend things that you dont need (like some of their competitors do). And if you say no, theyre fine with that - they dont come back and try to high pressure you into it. Its pretty laid back.

I just went thru the Maple Valley Elephant Car Wash for the first time in many, many years. I have just gotten used to washing my car at home. But today I was tired of a dirty van after a long winter so decided to take it in for a wash. What a great idea that turned out to be! The 3 young men that attended me and my car were so helpful, thoughtful and polite. The machine did a great job and I left there one happy customer. I wont hesitate to return!

Great place for a car wash and oil change! My wife and I get both of our cars serviced here. We did have a little issue one time but Andrew provided great customer service and made sure to take care of us! I highly recommend this place!

Was alright when they had more personel, drying your vehicles... Now its just like any other car wash... Plus. Last time I went through the final wash curtain in the machine was not even going back and forth.. Left a soap streak on my truck... Not going back unless they bring back the human dryers with the towels

I always come here for car washes and oil changes. I have always had great service. Today I had the pleasure of having Jon and Dylan helping me out! First they recognized me from previous trips on top of that they went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed done.

Wash is good, but if you sign up for a monthly services, you’re stuck for life. I tried canceling a few times, i got confirmation it got canceled, but i still get monthly charges. I reported it to my CC company. But they keep charging.I sent an email - no response.... go to brown bear! Much less Bs.Ps. The car that had the transponder has actually been sold for 5 months, and i still get charges!

I went in for an oil change with a coupon. The staff were really great, they were quick, and they did not try to upsell me on things I wasnt budgeted for.I had a headlight that needed a light bulb replaced and the gentleman I saw the light was out and when he found out I had a spare bulb in my glove box he changed it at no additional cost for me. I hope this doesnt get him into any hot water but it was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back for not just car washes but oil changes for both my vehicles.Its always pleasant when you move to a new area and find a business that you can trust.

If u want your car scratched up by the washer and them not taking responsibility then this is the place for you. This place is horrible. They need to change the wash machine . I see big scratches everytime I wash my car here. Its only my 3rd time and my car is hecka scratched up. Stay away. Really.

Had a great experience, under 15 minute oil change, no high pressure sell for muffler bearings, overall really good experience. Recommend using the car wash oil change coupon from Safeway.

Jon and Josh informed me that I had another 1000 miles before next oil change was needed. They did not take advantage of me and checked all fluid levels for free. Thankyou for the outstanding service once again as always. Ill be back. :-)

Ive had such a hard time finding good oil service on this side of the state. After going to various other places, I stumbled upon this place. I wont take my diesel anywhere else. Big ups to Jon for always taking good care of me with a smile on his face.

This is the 1st review I’ve ever wrote on anything before but my experience was so bad I figured I better write one. My experience with this place started out with them lying to me about about which oil my truck used after I told them which oil it was. They said no my truck only takes synthetic and proceeded to put it in my truck, I pulled up my manual and showed them which the manufactured recommended which was a synthetic blend 5w-20. I then showed them and they proceeded to lie and said they were out of that oil to try n up sell me, I then asked to speak to the service mgr. the young girl then told me she was the asst mgr, which obviously wasn’t the case. After demanding to speak with the mgr they finally got him for me in which I explained what happened. He adjusted the price of the oil change from $100 to $75 which is the most I’ve ever paid for an oil change ever. After it was all said and done they still put the wrong oil in my truck 5w-30. This place is misleading and blatant liars I will never go back and wouldnt recommend anyone else to go there either. The price was not the issue at all but the lying to upsell to the customer is shameful to say the least.

Not sure, car been washed without any issues. My issue is when to go, a lot of the times it can be busy. Getting in and out had y been no problem for me.

Extra pre wash + post hand dry + extra assistance to prevent damage. Thats what sets this place apart from the others.They took of my antenna (and put back on) and made sure my windows were folded back. I appreciate this after losing an antenna in a brown bear.

I’ve always gone to this location, never a bad experience until my driver side mirror was broken. They asked me to fill out an incident report, as they taped it up with duct tape.3 weeks later, multiple calls and emails- nothing back from this manager. Just get the run around from staff. Posted in a community page on Facebook and seems they are infamous for non-response.🙄

Well, it had be over a year since I last visited this car wash. Back then, the service people would open doors and wipe out the jambs as well as scrub in the wheel wells and under the rocker panels. None of that happened this time even though I sprang for the VIP wash. I actually had to ask the attendant to re-extend my mirrors and wipe them down. They seemed very hurried and not detail oriented. I hope they get better because I find the automatic washes less than capable.

I would not advise that anybody take their car to this place. Some of the employees or nice but management is completely rude to them and rude to the customers and their car wash never does a complete clean job. I was turned away because I have a spare tire on the back of my vehicle in which I have taken through there numerous times I will never go to this place again. 😡

Always good service, not always happy with wash. I took car in and had oil changed, filter not tighten down. Little leak, called manager and he said oh sorry thanks for letting me know? No worries? Was a little disappointed in customer service!

I took our Leaf electric car there, and they did an AWFUL job. I was polite it helping them understand how to operate the car to get it through the wash, and the staff were rude, and kinda snarky. I paid for the upgrade wash, and they didnt do what was included in the package. So when i brought this to the staffs attention, they acted like I was putting them out, and actually expecting them to do what I paid for. The guy actually said said hrmphf like I had just sucked the life force out of him.Then, they wiped down the center screen on the navigation, and it fogged & streaked it terribly. I pointed this out, and they said they couldnt do anything about that.Some of the pine needles that get picked up on the rocker panels were still attached. The tire wipe was done in a splotchy fashion.NOT worth almost $30 for a car wash!!!

Top of line wash but the dry employee was not very interested or energetic in finishing windows and spots on bumpers. I had to ask for a clean towel and finish the job.

There is always dirt on my car even after they dry/rub in the dirt and scratch the paint. I ask to have my chrome wheels done. They never do them. I ask for a towel and wipe them myself. If your looking to just get a rinse, it works. A car wash,,, not so great at it.

Washed my car paid the full price for the most expensive one. My car still came out dirty. Also paid for tire cleaning and shine was done very poorly.

The first and only time Ive used the Maple Valley elephant car wash, I got a nice big scratch across the top of my hood. Car came out looking dull with wax residue not fully rinsed off. I also paid for the hand wheel wash but the kids working there only very quickly brushed the face of the wheel and did not reach in between the spokes, so the wheel comes out looking unevenly cleaned and much worse. I ended up having to re-clean the wheels my self.I had search touchless car wash initially and this facility came up. By the time I got in line with the other cars, I realized that it was not a touchless car wash and used the abrasive method. I should have left before going through but that was my mistake.

SLOW. They dont care! There are about 10 guys standing around doing nothing, and one guy is doing nothing but drying all of the cars. And theres five cars waiting. Not to mention four of the five guys are standing outside smoking acting like they dont care. If I represented the Elephant name I would be embarrassed.

Efficient mean clean

Stay away from this business, poor management and even worse customer service. While in the car wash, an emergency stop was pushed by an employee, due to what I was told, the was due to the wash running out of water. Meanwhile, the car has dried while I sit stuck in the wash. To get the car out, the turn the dry brushes on without water. This creates obvious scraps in the side of a new car.After further investigation after out of the wash, there have 100s of tiny scratches on both sides of the car. I talk with the manager on duty without any resolution. He confirms he sees the scratches, and takes pictures of the to send to the owner. I am told that the owner would be calling me on Monday (this is Saturday). Do I hear from the owner on Monday, nope. I wait till Wednesday to call back, and talk with the same manager. Same story, he is going to call you. At this point, I doubt he will call. As I see from other reviews, this is a trend unfortunately.This is not a customer forward business, and do not appreciate their customers.

Ran throuhg the car wash and my valve stem was broken obviously my tire was flat. The kids that work there did not even mention this although they applied tire shine after the wash. Had to replace my valve stems and talked with location managers and Noone can do anything about it except the owner supposedly and no call back yet from anyone after 3 business days. Been using this location for over 3 years first time a problem occurred but no resolution from anyone yet.

They skip items they are supposed to check, but on the receipt it says complete, even though you sit in the car and watch them work so you know they didnt check certain things.

Not happy the vehicle was not cleaned well... no one was there to tell when to exit..i have no choice to clean my car at my house due to frozen tubes and snowy weather. This is my first time car clean after moving to maple valley.

Ive switched for Jiffy lube to here, They have yet to mess up my oil change, it is always done in a fast and friendly way, they know my vehicles and know what I want done, cost wise I find them on par or maybe even less than Jiffy lube, I get my vehicles washed after an oil change, they vacume out the interior wipe everything down for me and it seems that the employees actually care about what kind of job they do.
