I took in a garage sale Trek bike and brought it to them on a super stormy evening an hour before closing... instead of just taking my bike to fix and charge me like an uncomfortable seat post to the nether regions, they took the time to inspect, test and ask me questions on what I wanted done! Gave me a verbal amount upfront too.He also gave me options on a new seat, tested brakes, calipers, spokes, and just taught me stuff in a non-you-are-so-dumb way... dunno what the $$ outcome will be yet, but I will update this when I get the final evolution to getting back on a bike.
Awesome bike shop. Ron, Mike, Alex and the rest of the staff offer fantastic, friendly sales and service. I bought 2 Giant mountain bikes there, one for myself and one for my son. We have been in many times for repairs and accessories and we always get the best service at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Bike Masters! Right behind Dairy Queen at Four Corners.
Great experience at this bike location shop. I have taken my mountain bike in multiple times and they have fixed it up in a timely manner. Prices are great and saved myself and others money. Overall a great experience and i will continue to go here for any bike related issues and or questions.
This place does not have a huge selection of bikes but they are high quality. They are 2 great mechanics and very helpful!! They are knowledgeable and good customer service. If you have a old bike these guys are the best. I seen some old bikes come in and they make em like new! They are fast too fixed my bike same day. would definately go back and looking on purchasing a new bike there soon.
For the past 5 years I have been a fan of Bike Masters. They have serviced all of our bikes, repeatedly. Purchased a new bike there for the fleet and they did a fantastic job building my current bike from frame up. Rocked this bike all summer and performed amazing. Thank you Ron and Mike for all the smiles and those yet to come!
Ive bought 3 bikes from BM in Maple Valley and had a few worked on. They have always provided excellent customer service and go way above and beyond. I cannot speak highly enough for their knowledge and customer service. So thankful to have them so close to us. Recently I had them tune my Santa Cruz gave them cart Blanche to repair anything needed. Instead of replacing a bunch of stuff, they repaired items and saved me money. Huge thanks and customer for life.
These guys have always taken good care of my road bike whenever Ive had to take it in for service or a tune up. This time they did their usual great job on a tune up, but also, free of charge, mounted a couple of new tires that I was unable to mount myself. You cant beat a bike shop that has competitive prices, excellent service, and friendly personnel!
Every time I go into BikeMasters, its a wonderful experience. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and obviously cares a lot about his customers. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible!
My youngest daughters bicycle has had quite a few miles on it, and needed a tune-up plus a few parts. They were very patient with the few questions I had, and even resolved a quick issue I had forgot to mention I came in to pick the bike up. Great service, and will be my 1st stop from now on for anything bicycle related.
I have been going to Bike Masters now for about 2 years and I can say that I have always been pleased with the service that Mike, Ron and the rest of the team have provided. Mike especially has done quite a few projects on my Diamondback Recoil Pro XC bike and I have no concerns with the work he has performed. I think all the employees have a great understanding about bikes as a whole and have always been more than willing to educate me on things that I probably would have completely failed on had I not asked. The only thing I would say to keep in mind is that they can only do so much at their store when it comes to testing mountain bikes they work on since 95% of the immediate area is flat concrete. I would recommend any road or mountain biker to stop by the shop and give them a shot.
They sell terrible parts at a high price and do terrible repairs and give wrong answers for any questions. They have tried ripping me off before when I asked how much it would cost to convert a 1×8 to single speed and they told me $85 when it was only $45 at G.H.Y including labor cost.
Ron is a great guy that provides excellent service. He also offers his products at a reasonable rate and doesnt try to make the day on one sell. I have been in many bike stores where it feels like I am in a car dealer BMB is not this way.
I went in with my folding bike that when I folded it up, the seat would get torn up. They helped by solve the problem by suggesting putting a quick release for the saddle so that I could lower it when putting it in my car. They also helped adjust my front wheel and let me try out different saddles on my bike. They were very patient with me and took a lot of time to help me out, something I appreciate very much. I will always take my bike back there when I need help with it. The owners are very knowledgeable and very caring about ones individual needs.
Great local bike shop. Small shop with limited selection but they can always order you something if they dont have it in stock. Always there to answer questions and not pushy about selling you something.
Great little bike shop! I feel like I get caring, personal service whenever I go here. Quality bikes and clothes, accessories that will last a long time!
Very nice guys working in this store. They get repairs done quickly and they price well. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
Bought a couple bikes here at different times and had one tuned up. Great sales and service. They honor their warranties and stood behind a defective product. Great business.
An excellent service orientated shop with competitive pricing. Friendly, helpful staff equally interested in all types of cycling without any elitist attitude.
Small friendly shop with a surprisingly good inventory of incidentals that an enthusiast might need.
Friendly, fast & knowledgeable along with very fair pricing. Will be definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!
Got the part and had it installed the same day. Really happy that my bike is working again
These guys were great and helped us out even though there was no money in it for them. If I buy a new bike it would be from them and when we do need a tuneup of course they will be where we go. Real Americans.
Overly priced service. They claim a lot of their expensive bike locks are secure when they arent. I had my 1500 dollar bike stolen from campus with a high level bike lock bought here. Be cautious.
Fast service, very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Everything you could ask for in a local bike shop.
Love this place, staff is super friendly and helpful and gave me a good price when I purchased my bike! 10/10 would recommend.
Went on to get my bike tuned up and ready for my commute. They not only gave me a fair price but answered every question I had! As a new cyclist especially, I didnt feel out of place.
The owner of the shop is super nice. He offered to fix my bike at no extra charge after it was initially put together kinda sloppy. Would take my bike back there for any future issues or maintenance.
These guys are great. Over and over again they have really helped me
Only bike shop I allow to touch my bike whenever I don’t have the time to do it myself, best prices around for labor costs, and super friendly an knowledgeable staff!👍🏻🤙🏻
I was full of questions and they nicely answered everything and even let me borrow a shock pump.
Great people, friendly, knowledgeable. Very nice Bike shop!!
I bought a bike their ..a little less than some other places ..service is very good .. if you are hard on your bike (and sometimes crash) this is where the store stands strong on service
Ive had a lot of problems in the past with both derailleurs on my road bike. But after getting a tune-up here last month, it shifts smoother than ever.
Today I went to Bike Masters for a Retul bike fit. Only a handful of bike fitters in Washington perform Retul fittings and this was the closest shop to me. I could not have been more satisfied or happy with the experience! The fitting and interaction with Ron were beyond my expectations. The guys had just moved into a new shop location but they were ready to help me and every customer who entered the door. I got a very personal fitting that took about 1.5 hours and I learned a ton of information about my position and adapting to a triathlon bike. There are closer bike shops to where I live. However, I am definitely going to return to this shop for all of my future bike needs, repairs, and purchases. I felt as though they were a big enough store that they can handle any need or request. But they are not so big that they forget about you or neglect you and your bike for other customers or issues.I can speak specifically to anyone questioning if they need a bike fit or Retul bike fit. Dont hesitate - go to Bike Masters. You wont be disappointed! Ron and Mike are easy to talk to and seem as though they genuinely enjoy helping people with all bike needs.
I have gone to Bike masters many times. Every time I went they were friendly, and answered any questions I had.
Great shop, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Excellent service
My favorite bike shop!!!
