I dont know if this place is cheap by comparison anymore but the staff are always so friendly and eager to help. If youre their boss give em a BIG raise!!! They deserve it. Good customer service is rare these days and theyve nailed it!

Get it to rent a last-minute box truck and this is the place to do it! Extremely friendly service and the cleanest truck Ive ever had to rent. So much better than you all!!

The facilities are very clean and in a good area. The appplication process was straight-forward and Barb was very helpful and responsive to my questions. The gate access is secure and easily accessible. The storage unit itself has a quality door and lock. There is plenty of room to manouver a truck and trailer. I recommend 4 Corners Self Storage.

Throughout the whole process, Eric has continually been helpful both in person and over the phone. I would recommend this place is you need storage.

RV STOLEN FROM THIS FACILITY. ZERO STARS! I would NEVER recommend this storage facility. My RV was broken into at this facility about two years ago. Last night it was stolen from the facility. It happened at 1am and I did not receive a call until 11am. Enough said.

Poor customer service! Heres a case where the customer is always wrong and theres no way around ambiguous contracts. I dropped off a Penske truck and coordinated a time with both the district office and Eric @ 4 Corners SS. Upon my surprise, an hour late was a full day per Eric, although the district office provided notes of relief. Since a full refund by the district office was sent back while there was no problem solving from this location. Additionally, I was charged over 20 gallons in fuel that we didnt use due to a documentation error. While the district office explained this happens ALL the time and they arent surprised, per 4 Corner SS, the documentation is right and I would be charged $8/gallon to make them whole (even though the mileage math doesnt add up). Overall, I wont be doing any business at this location again. Be aware, I hope this review saves you time and money in the long run.

Dawn & Eric were very friendly and helpful. I was out of town for a while and when I came back forgot all my information. They were able to take care of everything to get me back in my storage in a fast expedient manner. Thank You

We’ve been waiting for an rv parking for a long time and finally got one. Dawn and Erik was super nice and made us feel right at home. Nice family run facility, so convenience for us since we’re right down the street and best of all, the people and services this place gives is awesome. Thank you Dawn and Erik!
