My husband and I are relocating to area. Looked as several apartment complexes and decided on Ascend. Tanner and his staff have been responsive to our requests - and we have many since we are moving from out of State. We are looking forward to moving into community, meeting our neighbors and enjoying the amenities.

As a person who is transitioning from home ownership to apartment living I have greatly appreciated the willingness of Tanner in answering all of my questions. I had very specific needs for an apartment and he worked very hard at being sure those needs could be met.

RENTER BEWARE! The beginning of my experience here was positive, but the property was brand new then as well. The original maintenance manager Roy was and is still the only amazing experience I can speak to, he was kind, polite and always quick to respond to any needs. The management and leasing office is an absolute joke. Very rude, unprofessional and a new person weekly. The unit was decent, but definitely not worth over $2000.00 a month. They do a poor job of keeping the property clean after Roy left. The dumpsters are overflowing and the garbage spills in to the parking lot. There are constantly police being called to units, which I believe speaks to the quality of the residents they allow to lese with them. I have been moved out for 5 months and just received a large bill for utilities after being told and confirmed by the property manger and PSE that there are no balances owed. I even received most of my deposit back. Extremely unprofessional, I am so upset I spent so much for so little.

Im renting an apartment to use as a home office space and love it. The layout is spacious and the finishes are modern. My unit looks out onto the greenbelt in the back so it is super zen and quiet. Theres plenty of parking and my neighbors are friendly.Pierre, the staff member who processed my move in paperwork was very professional and easy to work with. Ive had to ask a couple of questions since then and Sonya, the community manager, has always gotten back to me right away.I would definitely recommend Ascend!

I haven’t been here that long but everything so far has been awesome! Super pet friendly and the dog park is really convenient. My apartment has everything I need and is up to date. The ladies in management are so friendly & sweet!

2/18/19: Ive been a tenant since August of 2018. I just renewed my lease for another 12 months because of my satisfaction with the unit/amenities/location and staff. Roy from Maintenance is a ROCK STAR! Parking in front of ones unit is trying at times, now that the complex is at capacity, which is why I gave a 4-star review. I 100% recommend the Ascend Apartments.

Management is non existent after you sign lease. Noise from neighboring apartments is unbearable. It seems like in an effort to reach 98% occupancy the property manager decided to go with quantity over quality. Trash situation is a joke... Overflowing dumpsters. Sonya is the worst property manager EVER! Maintenance guy Roy is amazing always running around fixing Sonyas mistakes. Renter BEWARE - These apartments look nice but thats about it. I am counting down the time until I move out.

I lived at these apartments for a year, it was without a doubt a complete waste of money what may look modern and clean, is cheap thin walls with a super loud road right outside your window but thats not it the noise isnt just loud, its over whelming. Big trucks driving up and down the road hauling dirt rocks etc. Even throughout the night when the trucks are working nights, you will get to know there shifts. I didnt complain just mentioned how I thought it was crazy how I cant sleep sometimes and Im paying 2k a month for a 2br apartment and they did nothing and said nothing, i wasnt even going to post this but get this, its now June, 3 months after Ive moved out and there trying to charge me for a utility bill! When we clarified when moving out that there would be no more charges and everything was paid. We even received money back when moved out Even if it is our utilities they said nothing and we clarified with them there would be no more charges. If you happen to move into Unit A302 I feel so bad for you, they should cut the price in half and it still wouldnt be worth not being able to sleep in your master bedroom that you pay for. Oh and there was never parking.Wouldnt recommend to say the least.

We moved into the Acsend apartments in January and have thoroughly enjoyed living here so far. There is plenty of parking, a great dog park, and a over all friendly community. Roy is quick to maintenance requests. Daniel and Sonya are very helpful with all of our questions and concerns.

My family and I came to this leasing office yesterday in need of help, but two people a woman and a guy sitting in their office both looking at their lap tops, there was no greeting, no welcoming faces it was just unprofessional demeanor. Then his excuse was because there was a Salon place that just opened up, so what!? Maintain the customer service no matter what at all times! It just really sets the bar low! Such a good looking community that’s growing but it’s sad at the same time cause there are people who wakes up early to bust their butt and then there are people who just warms up the office. 👎🏼

Really bummed about this place. Excited to move to MV and heard good things....1. Spoke to multiple residents, none had anything good to say2. Management was not very friendly....Sorry I’m from out of state! God forbid I inconvenience them with multiple questions?!3. Didn’t really pass the eye test.

I am very happy living here . Management and maintenance have been wonderful and very helpful with all my needs. Apartments are modern I love it.

Management is nice . But the resident above me is ghetto, loud and rude . She allows her son to run around like an ape .She’s inconsiderate! I’m moving back to Kirkland, can’t stand these ratchets.

Its nice to have Lake Wilderness close by.
