This agency is the absolute worst. I made an appointment at 9o’clock in the morning to pick up a U box storage they took my credit card made my reservation sent me a reservation number I called the particular agency Kingshighway Maple Shade to verify they told me they did not have it call the 800 number back and they would help me I called back the 800 number for U-Haul they told me they would have one there by 6:30 at night no worries just show up at 6:30 They sent me a new confirmation number in the mid afternoon telling me everything was fine you’re good to go when I arrived at 6:30 they had two U box trailers in stock parked on the side of the building they told me they were reserve for someone else at a later date and that there must’ve been some kind of confusion with my reservation call the 800 number I called from their store the 800 number said sorry we have no trailers the two that are there are already spoken for we can’t help you. They had absolutely no interest in trying to come up with a solution for me, The worst customer service I have ever had I’ve been in the retail business for 30 years totally unacceptable would not recommend Doing business with them at all.

Cool staff and decent prices.

Overall great experience utilizing the truck share option. It does require you perform the input of visual observations in the app, but seemless and convenient in the pandemic era. If one thing Id suggest is an enhanced cleaning of the interior cab.

Very nice and fast I was in and out with a moving truck.

Excellent customer service and facilities. Trucks are brand new, and the climate controlled self-storage facility is very nice. The manager, Carlos, went out of his way to help us on the day of our move, after our movers cancelled on us last minute. He did a great job, and even helped us find other movers.

I have gone to this place 4 times in the past 2 weeks and the ladies are very helpful and friendly! Excellent service!

I would like to have management know that on June 29th I had a very wonderful experience with your kings highway location in maple shade, new Jersey. The customer service I was given went above n beyond excellent. Specifically the employee that served me. His name is Carlos and he was just fantastic in helping me. I am a disabled person who had clean out a 10x20 storage unit with just one person helping me. But, Carlos made a very unorganized day go very smoothly. I will definitely use that location again.

I was charged an extra day when I was 45 mins over the time for delivery, I went from cherry hill to haddonfield 6.2 miles 4 times in 3 days and was charged for 124 miles which would mean I went back and forth 20 times, 10 roundtrips which is f ing ridiculous, no way, stay away

The young man was working alone he had a few customers in line. He was very professional with everyone and helped me with my wardrobe boxes to my car.

Customer services was great. They answered all of my many questions. The pick up and drop offs were problem free.

CASH ONLY - I used to use this place all the time until recently they changed the policy to CASH ONLY on Saturdays. Not sure what is so different about Saturday but it turned the convenience of one stop into two. I usually fill 3 20lb tanks at a time. I dont run around with an extra $40 so it now takes an extra stop to refill the tanks.

Dave is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their store is also very organized and clean. Easy in and out!
