They also will go the extra mile to look up that special part that you need meaning they will go old school and open a book if need be like they are supposed to do as that is part of their job, and they will go out of there way to help people, but all around they are a great store unlike the other AUTOZONE IN Lumberton New Jersey They are very disrespectful. With the phone they put you on hold FOREVER, but the one on Collins road is awesome. Any new customer will have a great experience, I PROMISE. THESE PEOPLE REALLY DO GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP EVERY CUSTOMER.

Great place to get your parts. Just never bring up Advanced Auto. Theyll charge you double if you mention it. Well, actually, they wont, but they would if they could.

Very helpful but apparantly I got confused on low and high beans and told i needed low but then took high bean off. It was all confusing.They allowed to return the one i didnt need and towards the end, the manger seem to catch an attitude with me but I cant complain because it was a lot of confusion on my behaven

I love auto zone but just hate the lack of general car/automobile knowledge. Where do they get these people that work for them?? I dont think they interview at all.

Friendly staff. Happily tested my battery alternator and starter. Installed battery and wiper blades and were friendlty and polite while to doing it. This has not been my experience at their competitor Advance who have either said no or grumbled in the past when asked to do these basic services.

I dont go to Advanced anymore. I dont go to OReillys. I go to THIS Autozone. Easy to access, open, well lit, stocked store...but the employees care about helping. Answering questions, helping you find what you need, giving advice - you name it. Whomever the manager is takes pride in who they hire so they can assure their store gives A+ service when a novice customer needs it. I will continue to go here and recommend anyone else does as well. Good Job Auto Zone!

While i looked around, all my items were selected for me and waiting on the counter in a few minutes. Helped me take my items to the car. Great prices. Great service.

Staff was moderately helpful as I they told me where I could find what I was looking for but they couldnt help me with a few simple questions that I would expect someone who sells car parts would be able to answer.

GREAT PLACE : if youve got a car,There are two places you need to know: 1). AutoZone= SURVIVAL,Particularly if you work on the car yourself, nearest place that has almost everything you need, except dealer parts,... And what youd be better off getting any junk yard!!!Buy batteries new, and a multitudeof other parts, and accessories!!You might want to call first to make sure they have a part, ..... size of the stores can vary,... But they all interface... so maybe they need a couple of hours to get a part for you that might not be available in that store!!! So you call ahead!! I spent a ton of money over the years and I dont regret a dollar a spent there!!

So I wanted to take the time to talk about William Houser, he is by far the most amazing person Ive ever met walking into an auto place. I know absolutely zero about cars, I just got a car from my friend and the battery was just a hot mess and I came in looking for a new battery, he took the time to try to recharge it before I spent a ton of money on something I didnt need. Sadly it was a bad battery, but happily William took the time in the rain to find every part I needed and helped me get the battery in my car because he didnt want to see me stranded. I could not of asked for a better person to help me. And Im so thankful he had the patience to work with me, to the point I will go nowhere else but here because of him.P.S. William if you do see this, your stuck helping me every time because like I said above I am terrible with anything car related, so good luck with me and you deserve a raise! Lol

I like the store, it has pretty much everything youd ever need. Its a go-to, but I think management should change. Always get a very i hate my job vibe from the manager, and an anonymous employee told me she was treated very unfairly and inappropriately by the manager. That shouldnt be overlooked.

Came in to get fasteners for my friends exhaust and couldn’t find exactly what I needed but Steph, being the epitome of customer service that she is, found me another product that worked perfectly. I actually had a good time in a parts store for the first time in my life. Best customer service I’ve ever gotten. 10/10 would buy from again.

William houser was extremely helpful and even went out of his way to fix a small problem I didnt know about. This about zone is my favorite place to come with car problems.

Most helpful, literally walked in, was greeted and they asked if I needed any help, they found the item right away for me, rang up the item and was out the store less than 5mins. Staff was very pleasant, will definitely keep going to this AutoZone.

Went in to get a bulb. I was helped by an older gentleman who was thankfully straight-forward with my questions. Even though I knew how to install it, he came outside and did it himself. I suppose its because hes from a generation where people actually care about their work. Good stuff.

Walked in and had the typical local experience of the employees locked in to their own conversations and not even acknowledging a person standing in front of them until awhile later. Asked where something was and guy gave a vague direction. Other than that things were fine;

After I showed the parts counter person how to operate their battery tester, I was told my battery would be pro-rated to about 45 dollars. When I came back later that evening to make the exchange I was told it was 111 dollars. I asked for an explanation from the store manager and he just kept explaining what a core charge was. Long story short they are not much help and I will never shop there again. Even if youre car is broken down in their parking lot, walk around the corner to advance auto. Wish I could leave less than 1 star.

I went to this store to buy freon and washers and Jill was poljte engaging and helpful. Shed be a great MANAGER AS OPPOSE TO KEN. Ken was miserable rude disinterested indifferent not at all polite or friendly.I may not have spent alot of money there but I still spent money.I think Ken should quit or find other line of work.

Quick, friendly, straight forward service

I had very bad experience with the store manager named KEN when I went to return an item. He has an ATTITUDE PROBLEM & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Skills.There is a competition online for auto parts with different companies. Autozone is not my favorite auto store anymore.

Ken the manager seems to be a real problem at the maple shade location. he also mis-treated my wife. he mansplained why she was wrong and he was right and Ken did not stand behind the company product. Instead he insisted that she drive 30 minutes to the Deptford location to return her faulty parts.
