The level of incompetence, the fact that no one answers the phone and the vendors the store uses are all reasons why I will NEVER shop here again. I had a front door installed and not only did the installation company charge me over $1,000 to do it, but the guy canceled on me twice. While this is not Lowes, it is a vendor that Lowes uses, and so it is an extension of Lowes. I am still chasing a $100 credit that I was promised, three weeks after the door was installed. Never again.
Went here to look at dishwasher appliances. We didnt purchase any but have a list of models to research. Brian was extremely helpful from start to finish. Unbiased and genuinely friendly. He even lookup the models and flagged the ones in stock.

Came here to take a look at some flooring last weekend with my fiancee and her parents. Great store always a favorite for any home improvement from interior paint, and flooring. To exterior roofing to landscaping.... And dont forget hardscape. ;)
I have used hardware stores 4 YEARS. Everything has its good and bad, yin and yang. Best thing 2 maintain quality production is by care. Helping others is better than a paycheck. Teach your employees that way.
Opens at 8 but garden center didnt open till about 830. No cashiers were available. Bought mulch and after waiting 15 min for someone to load my car had to go back in to ask for help. Will definitely NOT use the garden center again...too many other options nearby. Used to be great...definitely dealing store-wide over the years. Will go.to the other big box next time
Spent 20 minutes picking out good 2x8s for a home project. No service person anywhere in sight. Went to ask for someone to come make a few lumber cuts for me only to be told, with a shrug. That the saw is broken. There’s a sign on it, she said. The saw faces the back of the store. I don’t check to see if it has a tiny out of order sign on it before looking at lumber.The one saw in a huge home improvement store is broken. Wasted 30 minutes here and will now have to travel somewhere else. One star for the lumber department.Five stars for the paint department crew, especially Michael, who helped me and mixed my paint with patience and good cheer.
This place is truly a nightmare. I was left with boxed appliances taking up my entire kitchen that I paid for installation for. When I called the store I was hung up on three separate times. I am eight months pregnant and basically clueless on what to do with these appliances. Not to mention it took three months for them to come to my house just for them to refuse to install them. Every time I go in the store I am ignored and people refused to help me. All the employees seem miserable and stressed out which is understandable but why does the store even exist if you don’t want to help people or give them the services they pay for? Another night without a kitchen thanks to Lowe’s.
It is very good for gardening and from host any project weve ever had and with more decorating choices than any other of the big stores for Home improvement. Their credit card gives you 5% off unlike their competitors. They have a great variety of shrubs and especially flowers that are unusual and very beautiful like the purple geraniums I got today, and I always get compliments on the special plants in my garden. Check out can be a bit slow, though, particularly in the garden area with only one register open.
Honestly wish i could give this location a 0. Horrendous management, ordered a stove for it to be delivered waited 4 hours and the guy never showed up. Called and get sent to 3 different people all who did nothing. And waited on hold for another hour for nothing. Do yourself a favor and just go to the home depot in Burlington. Managers are rude offered no help at all just blamed the service they offer. GO TO ANOTHER STORE
I wish this could be 0 stars. I ordered a refrigerator. It was delayed a week longer than promised. I spent Sunday of Memorial Day weekend waiting for delivery that was due between 7:30 am and 11:30 am. At 3:30 pm they called to cancel due to mechanical issues. The woman from XPO, the contracted delivery company, offered me a delivery time AFTER WEDNESDAY. I called the store and after being disconnected several times and calling back I finally spoke to a manager. He promised I would be the first delivery the next day. I received an automated message that said between 9 am and 1 pm. Here it is 1:45 pm and I am still waiting. The store blames the contracted delivery company. The delivery company seems to have no interest in being receptive to issues. No one takes responsibility. In this process I have wasted 13 hours of my time on a holiday weekend waiting for a delivery. I have lost frozen food even though I replaced the ice in the coolers. I have spent at least two hours on the phone chasing down anyone who could provide answers. No one could. This is unacceptable and the epitome of bad customer service. This is no way to operate a company.

I just purchased a new stove and a new refrigeratorI had a lot of questions the salesman was quite knowledgeable and the two delivery men were extremely professional, bottom line everything fit perfectly! Went to two different Home Depots and nobody could help me whatsoever why would I ever go back they were horrible...Great job Lowes

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We ordered a stove and dishwasher from them. Almost $2k paid. The dishwasher wasnt in stock so they were going to call us when it was back in stock. I confirmed with them THREE TIMES to call my phone number, not my husbands. They called my husband and he missed the delivery. No call to my number was ever made. They had my number on file already (even read it off for me and said that was the primary number anyway) and had used it for previous deliveries. I honestly dont even know how they got my husbands number at all. We called to reschedule and they couldnt even find the transaction at all??? We have the receipt and the credit card transaction went through, they have our money. They were supposed to have a manager call us. Waited five days, no call. Called back and was extremely rudely spoken to, the woman on the phone clearly didnt want to be bothered. Weve been told we have to call between 5AM and 7AM or we just wont ever get what we already paid for. Since my husband rarely gets done with work before midnight....these are NOT acceptable hours to call just to set up an appt. No one in the entire store cares that it was their screw up or is making any effort to help reschedule PROPERLY as they had CONFIRMED they would do.
I was able to purchase my product. However someone was to help load the product into the car. No one was there to assist. I called from my phone and they transferred me to the department. No one answered the phone. There were 4 other people waiting by the time I loaded the car. I dont mind loading the items myself. It is that the store has it arranged in a way that makes it difficult to get the product. I had to climb over pallets to reach the product.
Today I was at Lowe’s in Maple Shade and needed some help getting plywood cut. I asked a cashier at the paint desk and he said I needed to go to lumber without helping further. I then went all the way back to lumber and no one was there besides one cashier. I asked the cashier to have someone come back to assist. I stood there for 20 minutes before going to try and find someone again or ask where the associate that would be helping was. Still no one after another 10 minutes. I then called the store customer service and the girl told me that no manager was in the store and that the associate that was able to do the wood cutting had called out. This is a home improvement stores and only 1 associate knows how to use the saw? The day before today, I went to return something and stood in a line of 10 people for 20 minutes before giving up because the line only moved by 1.The only reason I am giving 2 stars as opposed to one is because I feel bad for the employees there as this is out of their control. This is something that management should be addressing as I never have an easy time if I am in need of customer service. I will be taking my business to Home Depot as the associates there were able to not only help me load my cart and direct me to where the saw was but there was another associate there already. I literally got in and out of Home Depot in 15 minutes.Do better Lowe’s. This is a customer driven business and you’re losing.
I was able to find everything I needed.I did receive direction from staff, they were helpful, pleasant.My check out experience was great...except, my cashier put a can of paint primer in a doubled plastic bag, and when I lifted it to put it in the trunk, the bag broke out and the primer smashed and opened/ spilled onto the parking lot🤦♀️. I didnt even go back in.... In hindsight I shouldnt have allowed the can to go in a bag! Next time😁
Very large and modern store with large garden section.Found precisely the outdoor cushions for our patio chairs looking for. Would travel out of my way to shop there.
Worst experience! This location has absolutely terrible customer service. We encountered so many negatives in ONE visit. We saw many staff members walking around without a mask on. If you care about safety and Covid precautions, shop elsewhere.If you care about customer service shop elsewhere! The customer service is terrible!!!! The employees here all seem miserable. I went to the customer service for a return. A gentleman jumped the line and the cashier knew I had been waiting for quite a while. No big deal I let the older gentleman go but would’ve been the right thing for the cashier to acknowledge I had been there first and direct the gentleman to the back of the line. That was not the worst part. Finally when it was my turn to step up the cashier was not pleasant. I am a very friendly person so I greeted the cashier and I kindly asked for store credit and he was very nasty and said no because I didn’t have a receipt. It is my fault that I did not have the receipt but he could’ve been nicer about it. I asked what options do I have an he said you have the card or not? I said yes he said well insert it. He talked to me like I was a child. The return process was just the first issue. We had a similar experience at check out. I was having an issue at checkout using my advantage card. Greg was so nasty and ended up forcing us to go back to customer service after we just scanned $500 plus items. I asked if he could get a manager to help but he refused. Back at customer service we were “greeted” by the same gentleman who had handled the return. I explained that Greg sent us and he was baffled that Greg didn’t help us. He clearly became annoyed and started taking things out of the cart and slamming them on the counter. I was astounded that this type of behavior seems to be the norm for this location. They need to reevaluate the employees that they hire because they give Lowe’s a terrible reputation.
I am a Lowe’s fan. This one is one of my area but they had two bi fold doors we need so I had to go there. They get 4 stars for two reasons- the guy at my normal Lowe’s called to check stock of the doors I was looking for- the dude who said he’d have them ready didn’t- they where still on the shelf and they were missing hinges on 1 door. (Which admiringly I didn’t notice until I was putting them in the car).
Not many associates,help buttons going off constantly,associates announcing over loudspeaker they are busy and cant help other customers not once but over and over,and ones they have are very rude. Shelf checkout associate, was so rude and demeaning to a customer I was shocked. He is definitely not in the right line of work
Maple Shade Lowes has a lazy incompetent staff a non existent management products that are mislabeled with the wrong prices which you find that out after you are already at the cash register. In the future you are better off going to the nearest home depot instead of dealing with this JOKE of a store or the clowns who work in it. If I could give it ZERO STARS I would !
Very slow at customer service. Needs more people and existing customer service needs more training. We waited for 15 minutes to be ringed up. Ok I went to this place on 8/14/21 I shop here lots of times but on 8/14/21 I was buying something like bondo for our metal door and some other things so I went to paint counter I ask the lady her name is Tonya I ask her if I can have a paint stick that’s the one u mix the paint at all I need is one or two then she told me I can’t have them cuz I didn’t buy a paint what!! So I told really she said yes I have to buy a paint to get them free wow wow I been going to Lowe’s for a long time spent lots of money like everyone else and I ask for just a paint mixer the little wood one and she won’t give me one thanks miss Tanya Lowe’s is out on my list now what a customer service

Employees are generally nice, but the management of Lowes is always poor. Ordered 74 pieces of an item, listed as fully in stock. Was notified in transit there werent 74 but only 60. Called for curbside, waited 15 minutes... No answer. Went in picked up a couple things and waited in line another ten minutes for help.The employee rang up my in store items, but was confused by my online order. After ten more minutes I said Ill just go outside and call again. She thought that was a good idea. Ten minutes waiting before anyone picked up, was then immediately put on hold and disconnected.Walked back in. 15 minute wait. Another 20 minutes after that, the guy finally showed up to give me my order.I like that Lowes has their inventory locations listed on the website but DREAD every time they have something I want/need that Home Dept doesnt.
If I can give this place a negative 100926282036270 Stars I would.. first off, when we arrived the entrance was blocked off with heavy debris.. mind you I have an infant and my fiance is pushing him in the stroller.. I literally had to remove the debris myself because there was no one else there to do it for us.. Afterwards, my son nearly almost lost his life today in that place because he got a hold of something and pushed it down his throat... As I tried to take whatever it was out of his throat my fiance panicked and screamed for anyone to call 911!! However no one came and no one helped besides one person. A customer that was on a wheelchair that had to forced himself to get up because no one came, cared or helped.. NOT ONE WORKER!! I will most definitely be following up with corporate and a lawyer!!! Its not about the money!!! Its about the unprofessionalism and disregard for human life!! My infant son!! Please pray for my baby boy as we sit in the hospital with him and pray hes ok!!
Trying not to shop at Home Depot, but todays experience may force me to go back. Went to Lowes on Rt 38 in Moorestown, NJ. The customer service was horrendous! At first I couldnt find anyone, then the people I found didnt know what they were talking about. Finally, a customer offered to help me. He was looking for something too. We eventually found a worker who was actually quite helpful. Of course I dont know his name. I only needed three items. I had a question about one item. The associate at the self checkout paged someone to come assist me three times! No one ever showed up! One know nothing associate that I had spoken to earlier came by and started hanging out with the customer who had assisted me before. This young man never tried to help and no one ever showed up.I typically try to go with the flow, but this was outrageous. Ill be taking my business elsewhere in the future.On may way out I stopped at customer service and asked to speak with the manager. The young lady on the register said she would speak with me as soon as she was done with the customer she was helping. Ten minutes later I finally left!Im not sure what to say???

Great store as usual specially Lowes in NJ they have the best customers interacting.One day the store Manger was walking around by himself and stopped by me and ask if I needed anything.That was fantastic. Unlike homedepot stores in NY which needed an authorization from the Congress to speak to anyone ask for something.The only thing that irritated me at this store was the sound of calling some representative every couple of minutes.I will say Motorola radio will sort that issue.Its very Disturbing, Distracting and absolutely noisy for the customers.Its not fair to get the tension from 200 Customers because you need one employee to show at particular location.STORE Speakers 🔊 Should only be used for Music with adjustable sound level that is adding fun not loud as disco, Announcements for some deals or discounts and for sure in an Emergency not to call John to show at Dewalt both.I carry a lot of respect for everyone who is working their but in the same time I want to shop with fun and clear mind.

Customer service at Lowes in Maple Shade has been horrendous in person and on the phone in the past, but I gave them another chance with my current order. I have never waited so long to speak to someone in person or on the phone nor been hung up on so many times. I am considering canceling my pending order, and will not be going to this store in the future.
Had what I needed; for a good price. Took a while to find things since the shelves in the electrical asile had been rummage through by other customers and not fronted. This store just needs more staff. They all seem overwhelmed and some very unhappy or not interested in helping to find the items I had been looking for. Also online inventory never matches the stores.

As usual, They didnt have what I needed, help was nowhere to be found and all I needed was a simple plastic electrical box for a switch. Nothing but empty shelves or empty boxes where the product should have been. I should have driven the extra 5 minutes and went to Home Depot.

This is a good store to buy anything small from screw to anything big that is needed for your home. Very friendly staff members. Well maintained and easy to locate things. To make your shopping easier just download Lowes app in your mobile to locate the exact aisle to look for your needed item. Then head straight and pick up the item. If still unable to locate, the staff members are very polite, gentle and helpful to check the inventory and guide you as well. Very nice experience. Thank you!
It was ok trying to get a problem fixed on an order from March 5th. It feels like lam stuck in a three stooges movie.
I like Lowes. But my one issue is that there are never any carts to use when I get there.
Neat and organized. Their stock is typically pretty good. The associates are hit or miss. Sometimes they are incredibly helpful and other times youre better off not asking.
I am remodeling one of my bathrooms, I ordered all the necessary pieces through online, vanity cabinet, mirror, wall cabinet, flooring and light fixtures. It took an hour for them to fine my online order. Some items I received were labeled with my name but wrong items in the box. This is the worst experience Ive had with lowes online pick up.

Worst experience with a store ever. Ordered a dryer to be delivered on May 22, 2021 first they show up with no dryer at 11 in the morning, then I spent hours on the phone trying to reach someone but no one answers. Delivery company hung up 9 different times when I would begin to tell them what happened. Delivery guy finally shows up at 7:30pm breaks our dryer vent hose and yanked the connection out of our wall, never put dryer back into place, the driver also urinated out front of my house, complete lack of respect. After my boyfriend paid for new parts and for someone to hook it up the dryer does not even work. Called Lowes on May 25,2021 to schedule a return pick up and explained when our availability will be and they said I would get a call back and I never did. Have now been trying to reach someone at the Maple Shade Lowes on May 26, 2021 since the store opened at 6am and it is now 11:22 and still nothing. My boyfriend has been a faithful customer of Lowes for more that 10 years and after this horrible experience we will no longer be shopping at any of their stores.

Unfortunately, trying to reach someone for assistance, at the Maple Shade Location is insane yesterday I was holding on the phone for anyone to pickup and at least tell me sorry for the wait, but NO ONE picked up so after 55minutes, I hung up, I tried the Virtual app, they directed me to the Store, still today no answer, about the Washer, this is bad for business.

I recently applied for the lowes credit card, which means I have a paper scan card without a number until I get the card. I went to the store to place the order for pickup (as I only have a barcode for scanning and not a physical credit card). The customer service rep refused to take my order. I was first sent to the door section and he mentioned he cant do an order with a valid explanation why. I had placed 2 orders already with my temp card. She told me I had to call customer service to get my credit card number to buy the door I needed online. I pushed back and asked if she could call for me then bc I didnt want to sit on the call. She threw a mini tantrum and walked away to ask questions and came back and placed the order for me. It took 30 seconds. For the time we spent going back and forth arguing about putting in the order, she couldve gotten it done and over with. I have never experienced someone telling me I cant spend my money at their store. Absolutely absurd.
I love the Veteran parking near the front door as well as the Veteran discounts program.

Whenever doing work in this area, the choice between Home Depot and here is usually the Depot. Gotta say though while its not as easy to find things here, the employees seem to make more of an effort to help. A big plus.

I was the first one in as soon as they opened, at first no one was around for help, but a little bit of looking, I was helped graciously and with respect. And they arent afraid of giving decent discounts on products that may be a little scratched or something. I had a great experience as a customer, I felt cared about, so they will continue to always have my business.
I had a lot of trouble finding a particular Tamper Resistant Bolt in the hardware section as soon as you walk through the door. Unfortunately, the older gentleman whose department it was, couldnt be found by walkie or by isle search. A younger gentleman named Steve G. who I believe was handling stock at the time or helping the other stock employee, came over (without me asking) said he would pull it up in inventory, find it, or find something suitable.Also I didnt mention this is 5 minutes before closing.Steve didnt rush or push me along, after I found something that would work (not the exact item I was searching for) Steve made sure multiple times that it was OK for my application and he even stayed searching for the exact item and said he would bring it up if he found it and I had not left yet.A+ EMPLOYEES. Even the cashier was awesome and I felt like a PITA (Acronym for pain in the...) as it was closing time, Im there for $1.00 worth of screws, and everyone was still as happy to see me as my dog is when I first walk through the door.My new place for hardware, definitely 2 thumbs up from me. Difficult to find hardware, great pricing, and phenominal service & employees. What more could I ask for?
Every time I needed a piece of wood to be cut at a specific measure the machine is not working. This has happened on multiple occasions over the past year.

Do not waste you time ordering for in store or curbside pickup. Called this morning and asked how long I would have to wait for in store pickup.. was told about an hour. Great! so i placed an order this morning for 1 item at 11am.. called at 1 pm they said sorry well have it for you in an hour. Called back at 3 they said sorry it would be at least two more hours..I could have ordered it from Amazon for $10 cheaper and had it delivered to my house faster than it takes Lowes to send someone back to the appliance department to pull a small box off the shelf.. guarantee if I drive over to the store there will be 20 employees standing around looking at themselves. Maybe Ill go over and take some pics to add to this review.. Stay tuned.
After waiting 45 minutes for someone to help in the Blinds Department, no one there could help because they didnt have anyone working there that knew how to Cut the Blinds to the Window Width that I needed. They said Come back tomorrow. I said, Ill go to Home Depot. 😡

Went to get patio paver stones, as well as stone edging for my new garden beds. They had almost everything I needed. Theyre having a hard time getting in stock fast enough to keep up with demand. All and all it was worth the trip. They still have a great selection of flowers!
