Be aware! This company was assigned by AAA, they confirmed they would there in an hour, try 3 hours, even after contacting the company dispatch, I was informed the driver had one call that would take him 15 mins, he arrived 3 hours later. He left me out in the heat, hottest night of the year. He would not drive me home only a few miles from dealer, unless I agreed to pay $40 extra. I bought extended mile coverage from tripple a to include 100 miles of tow, we went 30. Shake down, and a shyster ripoff.

After much difficulty trying to get AAA to send the right tow vehicle to tow my truck in Sheffield Village, they dispatched Elite to do the job. The left front tire was froze and would not move. I wish I knew the operators name because he was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and got the job done. May 3rd in the evening. Thank you!

James came to get my car that was parked behind my house. He got her out of that tight spot like butter on hot toast without one complaint. Great guy would definitely use them again.

On the morning of January 1st I got a flat tire while on my way to work. The gentleman from Elite Roadside came to my aid and called before arriving to make sure I was ok and to give an ETA. In less than 15 minutes he arrived and got me on my way to work in 10 minutes. He was very friendly and personable as well as the concern he showed for my situation.
