I came for the first time after Firestone and Toyota gave me quote for$600-$700 for “4 all-season tires. I need something under$500. Mr.Tire in maple heights gave me 4 all season tires for $462. With lifetime warranty f or tire rotation, flat tires or nails. I had a rolled over a few curbs last winter and my rims were bent causing air to let out occasionally. The were able to bend it back at bit charge. I am so pleased with the tires and service! Thank you

After checking the reviews I was very hesitate about taking my car to get serviced. I called and spoke with Ron the store manager and he priced me a very good price for tie rods and alignment. Mr Tire Maple Heights,I had a bad Schrader valve/Tire sensor on my right rear Tire on my SUV, even though it caught me by surprise, John Dea the Store manager was willing to help me on short notice. Several other cars were being serviced ahead of me and he wasnt sure he could fit me in. He called another Mr. Tire store in another part of the city, but they were booked.John evaluated his workload because he was short on technicians to help. He reviewed his workload and let me know that he had a 30 minute window where he could fit me in. I was very grateful for his going the extra mile to assist me.Considering all of the chaos of the current Pandemic, John went out of his way to help me. I told him I will bring all my automotive servicing and tire needs to him, and I would give him my business for our SUV. John Dea is an example of someone that does his utmost to meet a Customers needs. In my view that is excellent Customer Service considering the current economic climate and the number of small and medium businesses trying to stay afloat currently. He gives me optimism that all is not lost during these difficult times with businesses like Mr.Tire Maple Heights and John Dea in charge of the daily operations. Im a former IBM Technical Support supervisor for World-Wide Technical Support. IBMs founder Thomas Watson founded IBM based on core principals, Service to the Customer was the first and the most important, followed by Excellence in all work done Mr. Tire Maple Heights is an example of that very thing.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! GO TO A REAL Mechanic shop.... the mechanics look like drug addicts. The management has no real communication skills AT ALL. I even called the regional management and they/he was yelling the entire time.....extremely rude. This business is out for your money! They over charge & take short cuts to try and fix a problem. They over charged me to do a sensor that I didnt even need (and still did a terrible job). Then they tells me that I didnt even need what they put on the car and gave me another quote for the real issue that they knew I needed all along! These people even put my hub cap on wrong, it flew off and got smashed before I even got off their street.....These people are crooks! This place is a very unprofessional joke. Nothing but A Thug Shop ! 👎 They were suppose to do my oil change as well! They did not even change my oil but they charged me for it! My oil is Black!........ my car is worse now........ Do not waste your money...... Youve been warned!

I only chose the one star because it was no option for a no star rating. I had a small hole in my tire and wanted to get it plugged. The salesman/manager said it was impossible to plug and that I needed a new tire. After he tried to get me to spend 225 + for a new tire that didnt match, get me to buy two new tires and apply for credit I decided to go to Safeway on Superior for a second opinion. I ended up getting it plugged for $20. If Mr Tire was the last tire shop on the planet and I needed a new tire I would buy a bike or walk. Do not do business with them ever. 🤨

Professional and courteous service

Had back brake services in May 2019 paid over 500.00. June2019 I continue to hear noises and take it in and they say the front brakes and wheel barings need replacing. Please tell me why this was noticed when you did the back brakes?!?I told them everything and asked for a complete check. Now they want another 500 dollars. When questioned one of the workers who I want talking to joined the conversation. He was rude condescending and totally unprofessional. I feel they see a woman and try to take advantage of them. The service could have been done here. However, the customer service is terrible and I recuse to pay money where I am treated terribly!!!!!!

Ive never gotten service here, and I dont know if I ever will. I went here looking to purchase tires, and the guy was so patronizing to me that he really made me not want to return. I explained to him right from the beginning that I didnt know what kind of tires I wanted, but I knew all the specs of what my car required. I just needed help shopping for the right one. He was rude and blew me off rather quickly.However it is a shop that is very straightforward and that was refreshing. The prices are what they are and its inexpensive in comparison to other shops. You can have any tire shipped there and they will mount them for $20/tire. $85 alignment.

I made an appointment for an oil change, waited 20 minutes after my time only for the guy to tell me to come back another time cause his oil change guy went home sick, like no one else can do an oil change. Depending who works here the service is good, other Times its horrible.

I highly recommend Mr. Tire, Dan Dolciato is great to work with and their work was great and done in a very timely manner. I will be taking my vehicles to them from now on!

Extremely rude and unprofessional!! DO NOT take your car here. I called to ask about an oil change, the guy rushed through the answer and hung up in my face, called back because I wasnt finished talking he says, yelling at me, Im busy, how many questions do you have. What a joke! If the service is like this over the phone, cant imagine what it is on my car.

Waited for 15 mins at the front of the desk while people are walking in and out the back. The lady in fornt of me left because only Gods knows how long she was waiting. Everyone else in was having issues with their service and it was a complete Chaotic mess

I was very pleased with my service. In addition the estimated timeline was exceeded. It was ready for me early in my opinion. They had a lot of work to do and got it done timely. I also trust them when it comes to telling me the truth about things wrong with my car. As women we have to b careful with car repair. My daughters told me there were front end issues with my car. Before I brought it in for service I realized my brakes were worn too. They diagnosed the issues to be just those things. I will return for further service.
