Charged me 750$ to get my car back after parking outside my parents’ apartment while on winter break from college. No notice was given that they impounded my vehicle and they are very hard to work with when trying to retrieve. I will be sending some very angry letters to the apartment building for the way they decided to deal with this situation and for choosing this company for their towing. I’m honestly surprised this company even exists and hasn’t been sued into bankruptcy for all the garbage they pull on their victims. Their business model seems to be held up by an outrageous amount of predatory towing. If you have the option, stay away from these con people, they are not fair and they don’t care.

Great service! Blew my rear diff on my car and had to get towed. Called Chase and they were there within 45 min! Even though their office was closed! Rate was a little high but the driver was knowledgable and didnt damage my BMW when towing it. Tow Truck was clean inside and out. Driver appearance was good! Sometimes tow drivers look super sketchy not this guy! Ill use them again if I need a tow near Maple Grove!Dont confuse the reviews from people that had cars impounded or repossessed with Chase Towings customer service. And no, an hour for a tow truck isnt bad. Ive had some companies quote me three hours! So 45 min is speedy in this industry.

Watch out!!My friend got towed from my apartment lot. The apartments do have notice of this after 10pm its subject. We screwed up and forgot to get a pass, lesson learned.HOWEVER! When we called the lady that night to get it out she refused because she was the only one there and it was too dangerous *eye roll* and she told us to call the next morning.Next morning my friend calls and arranges the time and amount with the guy on call which he quoted her $210 to pick up between 10-11am. Friend showed up at 10:15 and the guy charges her another day. $420 for one night. Its a racket. The woman probably set it up so they could pull this scam. Not to mention the car was covered in rust dust for some reason and she gets to pay for a car wash because of them too.They also patrol the lot to tow at my complex 4 hours earlier than what is posted... Theres some shady business going on.Since, my friend was refunded for the extra day, but it shouldnt have come to that. Not cool.

Unfortunately my vehicle was repossessed and I was sent from one person to another by my lender. When I got to the tow yard even without an appointment, because I was not told this was necessary I was assisted with no trouble. They got me back in my vehicle in 4 minutes flat. They ended my horrible experience and I truly appreciate their professional and friendly manor.

TERRIBLE! Towed my vehicle away while I was visiting my friend. No calls or inquiries. Just towed it away. Id give it no star if I could. Then theyre charging me $210 just for me to go pick it up!!! They wont deliver it so a friend has to come drive me all the way down to maple grove. And they only allow a two hour window for me to pick it up and it has to be by appointment! VERY irritating company and NOT reasonable! Who drives around looking for vehicles to tow over half hour away and then charge money for the lawful owners to come get it back?! Thats like randsom money. At lease call the owner. What if I needed that for an emergency?? Chase???

Where do I even begin?My car got towed, no notice of where it had gone or who picked it up nothing. Spent all day tracking it down to find that it went from minnetonka to maple grove.After stopping in to get my purse a very nice lady with short hair was super helpful and had the purse and medication waiting. I informed her Id be getting my car today so they wpuldnt clean it out which i guess is standard prceedure and gave her my key to avoid them cutting a key.Call today and find out I need a damn appointment to sign a paper and get my key.I live in minnetoka with my 3 yr old and my family is in st paul and needs to work. I explained this to the lady on the phone and she said that i could wait there but they still needed the paperwork so to ask when i got there if it was in.The prick behind the window couldnt have been more rude if he tried and exlaimed Ive been getting calls about you all morning1. I had only been in contact an hour prior and workes my way down the line to find out I was not properly instructed on what the process was NOT MY FAULT YOU GUYS CAN GIVE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS2. Oh so you guys trash talk your customers when you fail to explain rules and regulations?3. Im a human being you POS and I kindly askes you if youd recieved my papers, you had no excuse to be a prick.Terrible customer service. Get told 10 different things by 10 different people then get treated like dirt. Thanks.

Professional service, courteous drivers. Some rate this business low due to their vehicles being towed as a repossesion by them, not this companys fault.

Left my car running for not even a minute and came back and they were towing my car. SCREW this company tow someone else who really deserves it.

Where is the 0 star button?? I was in an accident and was disoriented. I wanted the car brought 1 block away and dropped at my home. The driver of the tow truck informed me he needed to bring it to a repair shop and someone would call me the next day to tell me where it went. I spent hours the following day trying to locate my car only to find out Chase Towing IMPOUNDED it. I not only had to pay $255.00 to get it out, they had taken all my belongings out of the car and bagged them up. I had 3 pairs of shoes have the 2nd shoe go missing AND my taser was stolen. I hit the fuel ignition switch under the steering wheel and cut the side curtain airbags out and drove that SOB out of their lot. I wasnt going to give them another nickel for the absolute crap service and schemes they pulled on me.

If there was an option for no stars they would get it. I know I am dealing with a tow company that should say enough but this is the most rediculous business I have ever dealt with in my life.Rude........ they have that one covered..Disrespectfull............ covered also.Clean.....I wont even go thereProfessional ........ He took a little longer than he estimated, but when he got to us he apologized and explained. Fast, efficient, and professional.

Called to get my car towed. Woman who answered was very nice, answered all my questions and didnt act like I was bothering her even though with the extreme cold they are extremely busy and likely a bit stressed.

This place is a joke they literally threw all of my belongings into huge garbage bag with coffee cup i was moving stuff, and daughters clothes stunk and full of coffee and everything I owned is full of what ever they spilt in the bag.... people are rude, no customer service what so ever they suck and i hope they get closed down... do not use this place as towing or anything.... they suck!! !

They are very inexperienced. It took them over an 1hr just to get my car on their truck off the highway.

My experience was so horrible... The story is just way too long to share. But overall they are rude, liars, and they break laws. Stay away!!! Far far away!!!
