Names were not right on my return flight

Pam MacIntyre was fantastic! We knew we wanted to go on our honeymoon trip somewhere in Mexico, but we were overwhelmed by all of the resort options - Pam worked extensively to figure out which one was best suited to our tastes. We ended up choosing the Iberostar Grand based on her personal recommendation, and it seriously could not have been any better. Every aspect of the trip went off flawlessly, and we had a wonderful time! I hope to return sometime in the future, and will definitely reach out to Pam when that time comes.

I had the same experience as Myles. I had a great first meeting with Tricia and then she totally disappeared on me. I only heard from her when final payment was due. She says she sent emails that never appeared. I left voicemails that went unanswered. One of the only other times I heard back from her was when she got upset she wouldn’t get her commission when I had resorted to booking things without her. Now I’m a few weeks out from my trip and forced to scramble to put the rest of the details together. Very disappointedEdit: The manager, Nora, called me to follow up on this review and was wonderful. Within 24 hours the rest of my trip was booked. If you’re having trouble communicating with your agent, don’t be afraid to call and speak with a manager. I now have everything set up and I’m very pleased with how it turned out, in spite of the stress in trying to communicate.

I used Amber, from Travel Leaders, as my travel coordinator for our destination wedding in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. She was super knowledgeable and helpful with reserving our large room block at our hotel (The Now Onyx Punta Cana, also highly recommend that resort).She helped us choose which rooms we wanted to initially reserve for our group, spoke with the hotel to get it squared away and got great rates which made it easy for all of our friends and family to come. They got to choose which rooms and the payment plans were simple! All we had to do was send the room booking link and Ambers information to our party and they could take it from there!Amber was great at getting us exactly what we needed, working to ensure everyone booked in time, and set up our transport from airport to resort! Overall she made the most difficult part of a destination wedding a breeze. I was definitely worried going in thinking of the logistics of organizing a group booking but she took care of it all!

I had met with Tricia about a month ago to setup my honeymoon and she was great, passionate, quick about setting up our honeymoon. Then after the first two weeks of meeting and talking with her she became non existent. I would email her and try to contact her, and she would respond to my emails saying that she is waiting on one more thing, and that she would get back to me tomorrow. well tomorrow came and never heard from her. I gave her a week, and she never responded so I emailed her again, and she said yep i will get back to you tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and went and it has now been a month and she has never gotten back to me. We needed to setup this honeymoon in dec/jan because we were going to Europe and it is there busy time of the year, so we needed to get our airfare and hotels booked. I ended up having to go to another company which the have been FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend ALCA travel in Cambridge, MN.

This is my go-to travel agency and I dont even live in Minnesota. Every travel agent is not only professional, but a specialist in specific parts of the world. I always get the help that I need regardless of where I am traveling.

I had a terrible experience with Kari. I strongly advise that you use a different travel agency.
