After having seen a friends renovated kitchen that they had done, we decided to hire them instead of the other estimates we had gotten from other companies. We are so glad we did, even though their estimate was a bit higher, having seen their work, we knew it was worth the higher estimate. Working with all of the crew was very pleasant.....they were on time, courteous and cleaned up each day before they left. Mitch was our project manager and he went above and beyond doing things for us. Working with him was beyond a pleasure. We are looking at doing some small adjustments to our upstairs bathroom and when we do, we will be calling them.

Wonderful family business! We met with J Brothers, owner Chuck, designer Carrie and Project manager Mitch before we started our project. We knew right away they would be a good fit for us. They remodeled our whole upstairs, Kitchen, Master Bath, Laundry room etc. Our project was completed on time and within budget. They were all wonderful to work with. Their communications was great through out the project and there were no surprises at the end. They clearly took pride in their work and the attention to detail was fabulous! We were absolutely thrilled with the finished product and they will be renovating our lower level as soon as possible.

The entire team with J Brothers were wonderful to work with from the initial consultation with Chuck and Carrie to the earlier scheduled finish with Mitch. This is a family owned business and they really know how to do things right and earned our trust. Our 30 year old kitchen needed a remodel and a main floor refresh. Carries guidance through the selection process elevated the updates within our home. The vendors had great quality of products and contractors associated with J Brothers were excellent to work with. Chuck and Carrie came to our home the spring of 2020 to help us plan our remodeling project. They set expectations for the lead time in providing an estimate. Carrie was so patient with us as we made our design choices and questions! The install team led by Mitch was outstanding. We knew each day the planned work and estimated finish. Adam was precise with the finishing work. The whole Reno was well orchestrated and fast. JBrothersHI worked around a new window replacement we had scheduled with another contractor. We are so happy with our new swanky, spa-like 3/4 bath in our old 1978 home. Its the best room in our house. We will definitely contact JBrothers for our next project.

We used J Brothers to do a pretty major addition on our home. We started out with a vision of what we wanted and they were able to take that vision and make it 10 times better! From beginning to end, we were super impressed with the work they do! We have 3 littles running around and they made living through an addition pretty seamless - they do a great job of keeping the work space clean which was a game changer with kids and house work being done! Not only is J Brothers a great company, but they are great people as well! We couldn’t be happier with the work they did for us!

Remodeled two bathrooms and a master bedroom, and then just as they began I threw in a lower level reno because WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO DURING A PANDEMIC. Completed on time and within budget (because it’s best to be flexible). Amazing communication from start to finish, and cleaned up each day to the extent that my OCD never got triggered. And oh yea I’m going to become BFF’s with designer Carrie because she never told me I was crazy.

They did such a phenomenal job on our basement bar build out. From start to finish they were on top of communication. We got a timeline at the beginning of the project letting us know who would be in each day and they come to check the work after each sub contractor leaves. Carrie was also extremely helpful in the design process, if you don’t have the eye that can see what would look good she will run multiple options to help you find your perfect fit! Can not rave enough about the integrity and quality of this company we will be using them for all remodels going forward!

We had never done a remodel or any project of this size and scale, so we were definitely nervous when we signed on the dotted line with J Brothers to completely gut and redo our dated 1970s kitchen.The team was excellent every step of the way. From helping us pick out our materials and finishes, to beautiful design, and impeccable work - we are thrilled with our new kitchen. The care taken by the subcontractors and the builder team was evident, as each day we were visited by or lead on the project, and we were able to keep the mess to a minimum. Not only that, but they were done early! I feel like thats unheard of in these situations.We are J Brothers clients for life and cant wait to connect with them for more work in our home. Highly recommend them for a reasonable, professional, and friendly service. Theyre great!

J Brothers is amazing. Who takes on a project of redoing three bathrooms at one time? We did and with their expertise it worked out great! We were expecting a HGTV style demo, but the demo was thoughtfully and neatly done. They gave us a timeline of the project and what would happen when and to which bathroom and they were spot on! They covered our carpeted areas while working and even took it up so we could continue to live comfortably in our home while construction on multiple levels took place. Their pricing was fair and right on target. The vendors they use were also super helpful in picking out tiles, flooring, plumbing fixture, light fixtures, cabinetry and counter areas. We loved the way all three bathrooms turned out! Only wish we would have done it sooner. Everyone was professional and helpful and we highly recommend their great service!

JBrothers have done several projects for us. From a full Master bed and bed remodel to a full first floor remodel where we fitted down to the studs the kitchen, living room, dining room and family area. The work they do is exceptional and they have the highest integrity. We found them to be fair and honest and we would recommend them to anyone.

They did a fantastic job with our project!Highly recommend and will use again. Chuck and the whole staff was great to work with.

Called about home improvement, was told that they only do kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Well the. Why is your name J Brothers Home Improvement. If you do not do home improvement projects and only do kitchen and Beth remodeling why are you commercializing your self as a home improvement company and lying to your costumers.

We had the owner to our house on June 26th to look at our basement that we were hoping to finish. They made it clear that we wouldnt receive the official quote and potential plans for a week or 2 but we were we would absolutely hear from them by August 1st. Needless to say, its been 8 weeks since they were over and still NOTHING! When we contacted them 2 weeks ago, we were told they were busy and would certainly send us something by the end of the next week...well now its been a week since that deadline. Apparently our project wasnt cool enough or expensive enough to be worth their time. They obviously didnt take us or our money seriously - just because we dont live in a million dollar house doesnt mean we dont have money to finish our basement. I cant even really give it 1 star because they never even gave us anything to work with.
