They are very bad they bleached my hair and then only colored the front of my hair and the rest of the hair on the back of my head was not colored and later my hair turned orange not black they also don’t wear gloves and they charged me a 40$ Tip and they did not even ask me to give a tip the robed me and the did not even clean my face afterwards so now my forehead is black very bad service would never return

Got a great cut, just what I wanted.

The costumer service was great, I loved it, but it was the hair cut. Ive been there 2 times. The first time I got a trim and layered and WAY too much hair got cut off. The second time all I did was get a trim (only like 4 inches off, same for my twin) and it was 38 bucks? what? and even worse she did a horrible job, very sloppy. Total rip off.

I had a great time as Jocelyns client. I knew coming in my hair would be difficult as I color it so much but with a lot of patience we got some beautiful highlights we both like!

I like the way they take notes on what services they do for each client. They make a profile and document what they do and then when you come back they remember what they did for you and it makes you feel special

Excellent place. Still looks and feels like new. Friendly staff. Best if all they have haircuts male or female for just $10 on Wednesdays! I dont know the prices for Perms, dyes or shampoos etc.

I found out about them through a recommendation and i was very pleased.

Took my Fiancee here to do something special for her and have her hair done how she wanted. Went in at 10am and Joslynn was the one who did her hair and it involved bleaching and then dying her hair a silver gray with dark purple highlights. I heard Joslynn ask another woman how long she was supposed to leave the dye in for and yet she claimed she had been doing hair for 10 years. I watched person after person get turned away and told the waiting time was long. All the workers seemed burnt out and very indifferent. My first thought was they use drugs. While the dye was finishing up Joslynn came over to the counter and looked at her phone and got excited and then instantly told my Fiancee, Okay so Im not going to wash your hair, Im going to rinse it and style it. Total time for hair process and me waiting was from 10am to about 3pm (4 HOURS!) It looked great when she was done and I paid $160 for my girls hair and two hair care products as well as a $10 tip. My fiancee was told not to wash her hair with anything containing paraffins and to wash and rinse with cool water. Thats it. No time span, no other info. So that night my fiancee washes her hair like told and all the silver and most of the purple dye came right out. Also the purple highlights are like chunked bars. It looks like an inexperienced punk teen tried to do their hair, NOT GOOD. Now her hair is a weird pinkish purple/bleached brown-orange. We called today and all they said was, Well you were happy when you left right? You shouldnt wash your hair for 48 hours and that they will have to talk to their manager. We are not hair stylists so it would have been nice to know all the information before leaving. I wish I saw these reviews before we went in but now at least I know. Only other thing unprofessional was the amount of hair scattered all over the waiting area floor. We went as soon as they opened so I know for a fact they left it a mess the night before. If you go in look down at the ground in front of the desk and where you sit to wait. $160 to know I wont be back. Good luck and happy new years!

STAY AWAY!!!!! Came in here on 4th of May to get a TRIM. Walked out thinking I had gotten a decent haircut because my hair was soaked I shouldnt check. Got home, styled my hair only to find out that I have about 3-4 inches missing in the back of my head. Im a hairstylist and I try not to judge peoples quality of work by the places that they work at but this takes the cake!!!! I have been trying to speak to a manager for 2 days and no one picks up the phone, there. I called left VMs and also wrote corporate. Still no answer. Whatever you do, stay away from this place. The people who work here are not properly trained. Their hair cuts dont even get sectioned so who knows what kind of guide they even have to make sure they dont cut too much. Total disaster. Never again. I will keep trying to find a manager to address this issue because this is ridiculous. Cant even get a hold of a manager let alone the store owner, very poorly managed. Also the female who cut my hair did not have a name and she was a transfer from their Tracy location. Didnt even have a consultation and just got to cutting right away without saying a word. She claimed to have been doing hair for 11 years but that cannot be possible with the kind of haircut she gave me. Now I need to go get extensions done. Yes, it is that bad.

I took my teenage girls here for just a trim. The cut looked terrible and uneven and the $38 price made it worse

First two times I got great haircuts and loved the place. For the past three months I cant even get a haircut. With 10 chairs in the place, only one is working at a time and they tell me to come back another day! Unbelievable! Supercuts, Im coming back!!!

It was ok. Most hair tylists dont know how to do boys hair cut eSpecially toddler. but it was ok. Long wait not worth the 10 dollar

I arrived here at 1:38 pm, signed in and sat down. There were 3 women working, one of whom was finishing with a customer. That customer was done by about 1:45, now there were 3 employees chatting with each other and I waited. At 2:00 there was a shift change, the girl who was clocking out was cursing and acting unprofessionally. The woman who clocked in at 2:00 ended up being the one who cut my hair, and she did a nice job.Ill take my business elsewhere next time I need a haircut

Unless its a trim or color touch up, dont. Its a grab bag for the skill of the hairstylist, so chaning hair styles can turn out one way or another.Maybe being over-critical because I kept giving them a chance.

Cuts are great, girls are great, just tired of constantly having to wait, not because of long lines but because the owner doesnt know a thing about staffing. Starting going to supercuts where my longest wait at anytime was 5 mins, because they always have 3 stylists at almost any given time.
