Looks can be deceiving. Their shop is bright, clean, organized with a friendly staff and thats were it ends. I brought in my Kolher engine in for repairs: bent push rod and to replace the stator.1. Lifters, push rods and stator replaced whoever the internal wiring harness was damaged by them and repaired.2. When i got the engine home their wasnt any compression on the repaired cylinder and i took it back for the cylinder head to be placed and was told the stator was not charging the mower wiring harness needs to be replaced. AT THIS POINT IT WAS IMPLIED NOT RETURN.Returning home and tested both cylinder 156psi new side and 60psi on the old side.3, I took the engine to a more knowledgeable shop. They found the root cause for low compression was a failed fuel pump leaking gas in to the crank case compression now 156psi and 130psi. The charging problem was the ground wire for the stator wasnt installed now charging at 14.7 v.MY OPINION THEY CAN NOT DIGANOSE AND MAKE CORRECT REPAIRSTHIS WILL COST YOU EXCESSICE DOWN TIME AND MONEY AND NOT RETURNING TO THE SHOP WAS A GOOD THING

This place used to be great when Bill ran it. Customer service was on point and you would get your equipment fixed in a timely manner or at the very least if it couldn’t be fixed he would tell you quickly. Now it’s completely different they don’t care about the customer and their service is subpar they just lost a long time customer today.

I had a lawn mower that didn’t start. Got a referral from a friend to take it here. I spoke with one of the worker name Aaron and decided to leave it with him to get it fixed. I gotta call later that day saying my carburetor needed to be cleaned so I told him to do it. Within a hour gotta call back saying he was finished. Got there picked it up and went home and it started right up on first pull. My lawn looks great and I don’t have to pay someone to do it anymore! Thanks bills mower and saws @aaron

I purchased a mower somewhere else and did not like it and these guys gave me credit for that mower and I bought the Huskvarna and love it. It needs a new switch that failed and and they are on it to take care of me and I really appreciate the fast and complete customer service.

I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone. I dropped off a generator almost a month ago to Bills Mower and was told it would take 2 weeks before they could get to it. Which was fine, I figured theyre busy and thats the best they could do. 4 weeks later I get a voice message saying theyve been trying to call me and that they want it picked up. First off I can search their number in my phones call log and that is the first time that number has called me and 2nd they didnt mention that it was fixed or anything. Just that they want it picked up. I call them back and give them my name and the lady says the owner wants you come come get your generator. So I asked what was wrong with it and how much was the repair. She says they didnt fix it because they couldnt find parts for it and they want it gone. So I asked her what was wrong with it so I can at least try and get parts myself. She says the owner just wants it gone and wont tell me what is wrong with it. I cant believe this is how this business treats its customers. Ill never do business with this place ever again. They wanted 4 weeks of my time by not fixing or even diagnosing my generator.

The manager is SUPER RUDE!!!! Please dont waste your time. I made a phone call regarding a Wacker product. I needed to buy a specific tool but I didnt know the name of it. I made a phone call, I spoke to the Manager (the incompetent short fat dude) and the manager in a condescending tone asked, where did you buy the machine? I responded in eBay. He automatically said, That is your problem. I went off on him! Please go somewhere else. They are NOT interested in helping their customers. They are only interested in you bringing the machines and for them to fix them without any guidance to their customers.

Needed new blades for lawn mower. Technician very, very helpful identifying right blades. Replaced old blade with new in minutes at no charge. Very knowledgeable and friendly even though super busy. They have our business.All Gump people stay away!!!

Quick Service even though they told me it would take over a week and actually took them a few days and they did a great job and my hedgers starts right up now

The mower came back knocking and shaking/vibrating because of this locations’ bad service. Around $400 Of repairs were done to it too. Had to take it back to them for a carburetor issue, (that they caused, by the way) and still had to pay.. (i received it in a no start condition) I’d recommend Tracy’s mower repair instead.(a Bill’s Mower & Saw).

I needed some parts for a weed eater and they had them cheap and fast.
