Ive been going to Certified Collision Center for years. They have always provided the best customer service possible. Their work done on all of my vehicles from my old 2000 Nissan Sentra GXE to my current 2019 Toyota Camry; Certified Collision Center provided outstanding customer service on my vehicles. I recommend Certified Collision Center to all of my friends that need work on their vehicles.
They offered to pick me up and They had assisted w/car rental conveniently in the same building. I am very independent and hate going without a car so they made sure I was taken care of The staff was helpful and my car looks and feels brand new!

This place was amazing. The wait to drop off and pick up a rental was supper fast. They worked closely to with my insurance, they kept me updated and made me feel at ease. The repairs were kinda pricey, but the work they did was outstanding. If I ever need repair work in the future, Id definitely go to them with out a doubt!

The people here are wonderful! I had an emergency repair done I my way to visit my kids. They werent able to complete the repair that day. My daughter was going to have to pick me up. The service writer was getting ready to go come for the day and offered to take me closer to my daughter. She went above and beyond to make sure I was safe before she left. What a great ending to what could have been a tragic day.

Had some work done on our 2007 Chevy Malibu after a hit and run accident.After the work was done, and we got home, we noticed the grill and bumper were not holding together due to many damaged/briken clips that should have been addressed. If it was a cost issue, beings we were paying for the repairs ourselves, we should have at least been given the option to pay for the repair parts or not.We were told if we brought the car back, they would do whatever they needed to in order to tighten things up. Either with screws or some type of glue to keep the grill and bumper from rattling as we went down the road.I took it in and after two days they called and said there was nothing they could do and to come pick up the car.
This place took care of my 1st car when I was in an accident. And did a great job. In my new car I got side swiped and had the repairs for that here and they did a great job again. I got rear ended and plan on taking my car here once insurance is sorted out. (I commute to bay area) They call you with updates, dont sound short or annoyed if youre like me and call everyday wanting status. And are good about communicating if something comes up or changes. Only thing that does suck is I wish they were open for a couple hours on weekends for drop offs and pick ups so I dont have to miss work. But all in all a good honest place!
I was very happy about the service I had this year in Jan2018. then after 2 months, I realized my front car license plate was never installed back after that service! Isnt that horrible? I could be caught by cop for this missing license plate! I called back this morning, their first response is: oh, your license plate was damaged a lot and we could not install it back. Come on! I have a picture to show that my license plate was perfectly ok! no damage at all. my car damage was at the right corner of the headlamp. never touched the license plate! see, how bad they are! they are trying to escape from their responsibilities!!! Then the guy who was the main person for my repair said he will go check with their technician to see whether they could find it. hey! no matter they could find it or not, they are responsible for my missing license plate! I have to have it back from them no matter what!!! crazy! so far, I have not heard back from them yet. I am going to claim to my insurance company for this bad service.
Made me wait for 2H to pick up my truck. Repair was done in one day but it took them a whole week to get it through detailing and the interior was a real mess when I pick it up.
My dad took our Rv there because it was starting to look old and JOSH had the guts guys polish it for days and when we brought it home and found that there was still a couple spots that needed work JOSH came to our house and spent his whole Saturday making sure that it looked perfect my dad said that you dont find customer service like that very often
Beccuz they never specified they were Morgan & Associates as well as certified collisions so you going to pay two people at one time very big deal not happy with the service.
Reasonable prices for repairs. Quality work.
