Warren HVAC is a good company to work with. The tech (Frankie) came out and fix the heating unit as per their standards and made sure it was working properly. The work was to replace the blower motor and censors.

We called Warrens for our air conditioning unit this summer. We are very pleased with there customer service and how punctual they are to an set appointment. The prices at Warrens were the lowest over anyone. We will call them again. Use Warrens and the job gets done.

We always use them for stuff always reliable

We had a new heating and air conditioning system installed by Warrens Heating & Air Conditioning in February of 2018. We have been very pleased with what they did, and can strongly recommend them. Some of our reasons are listed below.1) Of the four contractors we contacted, Warrens was the only one that mentioned a PG&E rebate that we were eligible to receive.2) They were the only ones to say we really should have our 40+ year old duct work replaced. The others either did not mention it, or thought it not worth the trouble. When the independent tester did the mandatory pre-job duct test, he found that we were leaking almost half of our air. After the job was done, the post-job test showed that the leakage was less than 5%.3) The workers were professional, polite, qualified, neat, and ready to explain what was being done.4) The quality of the work was excellent. The Stockton inspector found no problems. We were one of those randomly selected for an inspection by a PG&E representative. She was also impressed with the workmanship. Her duct testing confirmed the previous post-job leakage.5) The heating in our home is now a lot more uniform. We have not had a chance to test the air conditioning yet.

Super happy with our experience with Brandon at Warrens. Our a/c went out, called them on a Saturday afternoon, he arrived within a couple hours, made the repair and we were good to go! Pricing was great and Brandon was extremely friendly and polite, which doesnt happen much these days! I will definitely recommend them to my friends & family!

Horrible and unreliable!!! Worst service I have ever been given!! THE RECEPTIONIST told memwhen iIcalled she was going to call me back in one hr with a time and date for a tech to come out. She never did and when i finally called back she didnt remember me. The tech was rude, didnt wear boots covers, overcharged my ac unit and my wallet. To top it off he intentionally broke my ac relay and told me before I found what was wrong another company, that my thermostat needed to be replaced... Any one reading this thats new the City. DO NOT USE WARRENS.

These people are rediculous they turn there phone off when they miss their appointment to try and avoid you. They never showed or called to say they werent coming.
