Had a dilemma. The two ladies that helped me were great. Suggested. Few ways to ship my iitem the best and cheats way. My local didnt help me like that. Drove 4.5 hours for their advise

Had a pick up they never showed hus.had to take it and it was a colon package.but ok they were busy.

I really cant complain too much, when I show up here I get assistance reasonably quick. Even if the associate is visibly doing 50 things at once. They could use more parking spaces though.

Easy to get to. Fast service was in and out in under a minute.

Better than usps. Dont have alot of shipping supplies to choose from, but will get your items shipped safely and on time. I shipped 3 bottles of hot sauce and they werent broken.

The guy that works in the morning is ehhhh but the lady that works in evenings is always so helpful go in the evenings after 3 u will get way better service.

The person that I dealt with was friendly and courteous. They got what I needed done in minimal time. Very appreciative

Slightly weird hours - closed from 12 to 3:30? But they do great customer service, unlike the retail store across from Johnny Appleseed.

Its a package delivery business. Not too much to expect. They do their job well. Three stars seems pretty good.

We have a long driveway with a small bridge. Neither UPS or USPS drivers will deliver our packages the 100 yards or so to the house. I have to pick my stuff up from the Customer Center if its too big for our mailbox. Not a fan of either service atm.

I like UPS. I felt like I was given the run around. Mailings from UPS would have helped if some procedures were explained. I spent about four hours on what should have been 45 minutes at the most.

Multiple times now I have had a package get scanned in to this facility on the package tracker, and then my expected delivery date gets another 3 days added on because it never leaves this facility. Overall, love ups as a company, but I just don’t understand why this facility always delays my delivery dates.

I had to go there to retrieve a package as I was not home when their driver tried to deliver it. The staff that I interacted with as I waited for the driver to return from his route were all very courteous and friendly. The manager personally apologized to me for any delay and was very kind - they made me feel very valued as a customer and as a person. Thank you to everyone who helped me - that was very nice of all of you!!

Called with a Delivery problem, business being closed during the COVID 19. Collin (sp) and Jen were very helpful with handling the problem! Highly recommend!

They had my stuff when they said they would have it. Sadly, it was an overnight, live animal package that drove around The entire previous day.! Sadly they did not make it.

A great UPS location. the staff are very helpful. One even saved me money. This office isnt really big or anything, But gets the job done quickly.

No effort to assist or to even attempt.. doesnt even ask the tracking number to tell you something is unavailable.

A driver just ran a 4 way stop sign and was doing a good 40 on a 25mph. There’s kids that live on this street!! Crestline Ohio

Not much to say. Was in and out in under 5 minutes. Very convenient. Just wish the trucks could find my residence so I wouldnt have to always stop in to pick up my parcels.

I am absolutely fed up with this delivery company. 3 different orders and every time they come to deliver our packages they say they missed us however they never even knocked. I don’t know what their problem is but the drivers must be lazy.

The 2 employees (male and women) I met are very nice and helped me send out my fish.

I cannot even give a 1 star! I have had 2 consecutive deliveries from UPS delivered to the wrong address! My address is very clear on my mailbox! The first one was delivered to the folks across the street from me and they received mine. We had both opened each others packages (because we were expecting them) to find out they were the wrong ones! Then last night, this happened again! But this time, went to a different neighbor! I have not been able to make contact with these folks to retrieve my packages that UPS once again messed up on! I have allot of money invested in those packages and I am one unahppy lady at the moment!

Make sure you call before you go. They close for an hour for lunch. Why a conglomerate like UPS cant have someone man the front desk for an hour is not acceptable, especially since this is the only location in the area. You make a 30 minute drive only to wait for an hour.
