Delivery driver pulled up to a roadway 250 feet away waited for few minutes and then drove away. Driver didn’t even bother to step out of the truck and knock on the door, especially after he was told 15 minutes earlier on the phone that someone is at the location waiting to accept and sign for the delivery. Called back customer service and was reassured that the driver would return later that evening. Spent nearly two hours waiting outside but they never showed up. Would absolutely NOT recommend SAIA FREIGHT for any sort of shipping. Zero professionalism, zero courtesy, zero accountability.

I schedule many different LTL companies daily. Saia is the ONLY one that consistently fails to show up on the scheduled day. I would recommend any of the following before Saia: R&L, Fedex Freight, Dayton, ABF, YRC, XPO, USF Holland, Estes, Old Dominion, and UPS Freight. They all at least show up during the correct day!

They delivered my drywall mud frozen and I discovered while the truck driver was still here but he said it wasnt his problem...wont use them again
