Very unprofessional, they do not show up on time, nor do they call to let you know they wont be on time, you have to chase them down. Asked for a dumpster to be emptied and brought back, was told they would do it, I show up 4 days after that and its still full and sitting here. I would never use this company again nor recommend them to anyone. If I could give less than one star I surely would.

This is a great company to consider if your in the market to rent a dumpster. They have great prices but not only that, they are very friendly and very helpful during the whole process. I would highly recommend them!!

We recently had the opportunity to get a dumpster for some clean out work, and would like to recommend this service if you enjoy working with a VERY laid back outfit. The price was the absolute cheapest of all that I checked for the time we needed it, and was very compatible with the service rendered. The dumpster was ordered for Friday evening, I was asked to call back on the day of delivery to confirm it, we did exactly that at about noon. The number I called had a full voice mail, but just a few minutes later, the guy called back from a different number. The dumpster was delivered on the following Monday, understandable, as the delivery guy stated he had to fix an oil leak. I get that, having been in a few situations where an oil leak could be quite dangerous, and entirely ecologically sensitive. We paid $240.00 for 12 days, with the understanding that we should call on the 12th day to arrange pickup, which we did, and we were informed that a check would be acceptable. We set the expectation that the check would be made out to T and E Trucking, put in an envelope and taped to the dumpster swing gate, and they would be by to haul it away. 9 days later, 21 days after delivery, after multiple calls to both phones involved, with both numbers having full mailboxes, the dumpster was finally gone from our driveway. As I said, VERY laid back, and worth every penny. I would highly recommend this service if you are NOT in a hurry, DONT have workers on hand to help load the dumpster, AND dont mind having your property used to store the dumpster until its needed elsewhere .... My wife told me to be kind in this review, I believe that I have been, as I gave the service 5 stars, and set the expectation that service was compatible with the price charged and paid. Will we ever use them again? Absolutely, on the day that career politicians tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth (-;

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I called and asked to see if they had a dumpster available for the week. He said he would have one next day for me. I called about 3 pm the next day he said well do you still want it. I said yes. He stated he would be on the way and have it to me within the hour. 90 mins later I called him and said he went back to Mansfield because he could find me. No phone call to ask where I lived in conjunction the the major road 1 mile from my house. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. He wasted my entire day of vacation. And when I told him that this was horrible service he told me to use somebody else in the future. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I called almost one week in advance for a dumpster and I was told that if I didnt hear anything from them to call back on Tuesday morning. At 1000 am I had not heard from them and I called and when I got a call back it was.like they had no idea what I was talking about. He said that he could have a dumpster delivered to me in the afternoon around 3pm. At 4pm I called and finally got a call back and I told them at this point to forget the dumpster that I would call someone else. He sounded like he didnt have any idea of what I was talking about. In my opinion this is bad for business. I personally would not recommend that anyone call this place.

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Took 4 days off of work to have the dumpster delivered and it never showed up. No phone call NOTHING. They are a complete joke. Go elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation from this poorly ran company. Btw, this is the 2nd time they did this to me. Shame on me for giving them another chance. They definitely are the trash of the dumpster business.

I was very very pleased. Not only were they the cheapest ones around (I called around), but they were very laid back and easy going. They kept my faith alive in small businesses. Would definitely recommend

DO NOT USE!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Im a contractor and use different roll off companies all over Ohio, this was by far my worst experience yet. We always schedule our dumpsters to be there before the job starts or as they are working so we can make it most efficient for our customers. We spoke with Kurtz son I believe (Sean) first thing in the morning and he promised same day delivery this day (only reason we went with them because of time crunch with home owner) At first he promised a couple hours, after 4 hours went by it was 1 and decided to call... no answer and mailbox was full. Ended up calling me an hour later and said they were running behind and said 3 oclock maybe 4 at the latest. Paid my guys to wait so they could finish job... 4 went by, called no answer. 5 went by, called no answer. 6 went by and finally decided to send my workers home. The father I think it was called at 7:13 pm and asked Whatcha wanna do? Like really? So I told him I was very insulted by the way they did business and costs me money. Father proceeds to say Well ya could go somewhere else, dont matta to us. Guys like this give small businesses a bad name and show no respect for others and their schedules.

They are very unprofessional they never seem to know whats going on in their business. The last 2(figured the first time was a fluke) times we ordered dumpsters they didnt show up and I had to call to get it delivered.

They are very easy to work with and they are very reliable. Thank you !!!!
