Id give a zero if I could! I called for appointments for my 2 kids. The guy on phone told me they had no appointments available after school hours. I said ok thats fine! Just tell me whats available! He said nothing is available and couldnt help me! The worst customer service Ive had! Dont waste your time calling since they have NO appointments open

After a horrible experience elsewhere, we found this place for our teen. Rachel was so understanding with our concerns after the recent experience. She is engaging and my child has found her easy to talk to. Rachel has also been great about providing information for other resources when we need them.

I have been seeing Linette since June of 2017 and I wouldnt trade her for any other counselor! Ive worked with other counselors and she is by far the best that Ive spoken to. She has this way of making you feel perfectly comfortable and normal while still maintaining her professionalism. She is very responsive and prompt as far as responses or contacting other parties in order to better your treatment. On top of all of this she is very knowledgeable in many aspects. I speak to her about college plans, organizational strategies and basically anything I could use a second opinion or help on, beyond the typical counseling parameters. Im so thankful for Linette and Mansfield counseling!

We have seen Jeff as our family counselor for 5 years now!! Hes awesome, thus the 5 star review! Jeff is attentive, can work around our schedule for appointments and will even squeeze us in last minute if my kids have had a rough week and need to see him ASAP. I couldnt ask for more in a counselor. Hes helped our family so much with learning how to cope with Autism & behavioral issues. Thank you, Jeff!

Poor performance at best by Jeff with my daughter. 30 minute appointment, pretty sure he billed insurance for a full hour. He was very disinterested in what she was trying to work through. He offered no suggestions to help her in the short term. I would not refer anyone to this practice or Jeff.

Attending counseling can be a challenging experience. It can be tough to open up to someone with whom you are unfamiliar. But familiar is exactly how you will feel when you walk through the doors of Mansfield Counseling. The staff is truly knowledgeable, genuine, and unique in their approach.

This place turned their back on a youth, who possibly needed help- for lack of documentation (documentation that didnt exist). In my opinion it was not professional or ethical to do so. When I pointed this out to the guy who returned my call- he said: oh please, dont guilt trip me! If a loved one is needing therapy, Id go anywhere but here- thats coming from a fellow healthcare professional

Unbelievably poor communication.Judgmental yuppies who can’t relate to real world trauma. No help or recovery efforts.
