Each time we have taken our PCs or IPads to Short Circuit, they quickly determined and corrected the problems. They are very knowledgeable, professional and extremely fair in their pricing. We highly recommend their services. I will no longer call Apple Tech support as Short Circuit corrected our issues in 10 minutes and I spent over 2 hours on the phone with Apple Support and they referred me to the Geek Squad who also did not resolve our problems. I appreciate everyone’s help, but Short Circuit was the only one who fixed our problem. They are great!

Larry of Short Circuit Electronics Repair is the kind of person I want to do business with in every area of my life I need a service. I called him for a quote on replacing my phone screen. He laid out the cost of all the the ways I could get my problem fixed and was very upfront about the potential for it to be less expensive if I go somewhere else besides him. He even gave me instructions for how to navigate the different options and was patient with all my questions. After exploring the options, the cost of working with him was actually a little cheaper than going through my phone insurance plan. I did take his advice and purchase my own part instead of going through him for ordering the piece but used him for the servicing. Larry was kind, patient, and most importantly, honest. I will be wholeheartedly recommending Short Circuit Electronics Repair to anyone who needs electronic work done in the area. I wish he worked on cars too.

Took my iPhone 8 plus in to have a shattered screen replaced. They had a new screen installed in 20 minutes while I waited. Phone works flawlessly and since I bought an OEM screen -- the phone looks brand new. Very professional. Would highly recommend them.

They fixed my Grandsons iphone quickly. It only took the tech about 30 minutes. They gave me an accurate estimate right up front. The very friendly tech recommended the less expensive screen option and it works like brand new now.

WOW great job BEN! I had my 2010 I Mac updated and Ben did a great job in stalling a new solid state hard drive, updating the IOS to the latest it could be updated to and getting my Photos to work as they should. I took him the I Mac and two Lacie hard drives that I use and he made it all work as I wanted gave me training on how all the new stuff works and did this in just 2 days. I have it at home for two days and am very impresses with the updates and how fast it now functions. I cant be happier plus the price to do all this was very reasonable. I highly recommend these guys!!!

I called them to ask how much it would cost to have a new battery put in my Motorola phone. They quoted me the price. I had my friend take it to them and they called me back and explained my options for fixing the phone. They explained that what they needed to do and wanted to see if I still wanted it repaired. I told them yes. One week later my phone was fixed with a new battery and good to go. Only reason it took so long because phone batteries can not be air mailed. They have to be ground shipped. Very professional and courteous

Ben and Larry are very personable and honest. Theyre professional - rubber gloves, uber organized (take a glance at their backroom where EVERYTHING has its place. One thing I think they should consider is an advice tip jar for those who come in with a device, computer, etc.. that wasnt either bought there or its out of their warranty coverage period.

I needed an iPhone screen replaced. I was a bit hesitant to visit at first but it turned out to be great. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They presented all the options then recommended one, which wasn’t the most expensive. The repair was so quick, 15 minutes and now it’s like new!! Highly recommend them!

Ben has had my phone for over a month trying to fix the damage another company did to it. Hes called and searched, and researched, and googled how he could possibly replace the broken parts. Hes currently unable to fix the damage that was caused. But he did everything he could do to try and get replacement parts. Im heartbroken as this phone was my life, but from now on I know I will take all of my repairs to these guys! They have the proper equipment to handle all phone types and they are dead honest as to whether or not they truly can fix your phone. The prices are worth knowing youll get true, honest service from these guys!

First time customer. They did not think I needed a new iphone battery at this time. They turned off a bunch of background running applications I was not aware of. Said to monitor battery for a week and if needed come back and they would install a new battery for a cost of $50 for battery and installation.After waiting in Verizon store on Lex Springmill for one hour I was told I needed to buy a new phone because they don’t sell batteries for the phones they sell and I needed a battery.What a blessing to find Short Circuit Electronics! There was no charge for the help they provided me today. I most certainly will use them in the future for all electronic repairs.

These 2 guys are great. They seem to know about alot of different electronic devices from phones, computers, tvs etc. They worked on my sons kindle for quite a while and when they couldnt get the broken headphone jack completely out there was no charge.
