This business is now closed in Mansfield. If you dial the local number you are immediately transferred to a customer service menu and they are not in Ohio. No signs on the old building indicate how to get in touch with them for servicing or supplies.

Im not sure if they are still in business. The sign is down and it looks like the building is vacant.

Be very cautious if you enter a lease agreement with this company. They will make it seem like you are getting a good deal. In the end, you will pay more than two to three times the value of the machine. At the end of the lease, they will use smoke and mirrors to get you to renew for another five years so you will continue to overpay for outdated equipment that is depreciated to almost nothing. The only reason I give them two stars instead of one is because their service on the machines is acceptable. Beware, read the fine print, and do the math.

I would agree with the last comment be very careful doing business with this group they are not a stand up company

Absolutely the worse company to deal with after the company buyout by Xerox. We received a new salesman, Patrick Shriver, because our older salesman left the company because of the poor quality of Xerox. We were lied too, telling us that our new copy machine a Xerox would out perform our Ricoh. The quality was so bad, a long time repairman left the company. Now we are stuck with a copy machine that does not print. I guess I am one of those crazy people who expects when you click print on your computer screen for the printer to actually produce a printed document. I would tell anyone to NEVER use this company for your printer needs.
