Not only was this company fast, affordable and friendly! They were highly cooperative with my weird schedule, they showed up on time, and both men were so knowledgeable about the whole process! To make it even better they were in and out in about 45 minutes! the new house we had moved into had pee smell soaked so deeply in the carpet from previous owners it was stinking up our whole house, and thanks to them we have a lovely smelling house again!Great company and even better people. I am a very happy customer and will be returning when needed.

The technician was very accommodating when our power went out right before they arrived! Worked with us to come on their day off because of our graduation event. Tile and grout cleaning made these old floors look new, carpet dried quickly, smelled and looked better than expected. Will definitely recommend and use again.

The guy who came out was real nice and did a great job in short amount of time. The company is family owned and has great service. Will definetly be referring them and calling them next time I need service.

I used Apex Cleaning Concepts to clean my AC ducts! My entire experience with them was very personable and professional. They fit me in a timely manner and I am excited to see the benefits of better air quality in the coming days. Pricing is reasonable. I felt that Brent answered any questions or concerns that I had and he helped me feel at peace about those concerns. They were an answer to my prayers!

Michael was our technician and he texted to let me know he was on his way. He arrived within the window they stated he would arrive in. Our carpets were pretty awful from pet stains and he worked tirelessly to get them looking so much better. He used an enzyme cleanser that helped SO much! Thank you! Having clean flooring is such a huge relief and a real load off our minds.

Yes, there was a problem with the cleaning. Can you not see the red stains and marker stains in the carpet? Your employee wanted to upsell on some scotchgard protection. Why would I want to pay for that if its not going to take the stain out the carpet. When I first saw the company on Groupon I emailed and got a quick response from Ms. Susan about not needing a voucher and they would honor the Groupon rate. The employee came early which was great, but the reason I chose this company was because I read the reviews and saw that you used enzymes to remove stains out of carpet. That was not the case here. Your employee had an attitude about the price of the hallway, because he charged $10 and I was told in the email that hallways were $5 for 5 feet, etc, up to $10 for 10 feet and that it would never be more than $10. Your employee tried to tell my sister that she was misquoted and then stated he was not going to argue over $5. You dont have to argue over what is in black and white from an email. His attitude was unprofessional and if he felt that Ms. Susan misquoted something, he should have just taken off the $5 and addressed that back at the office.

Michael was right and time; we discussed other options without pressure and he did an awesome job.

I will give 10 stars. Excellent. Professional, great communication and friendly. The price is just right. My carpet is nice and clean and it didnt take them long. I will highly suggest to anyone. I will definitely be using in the future and recommend to all my friends and family. Apex is a diamond in the rough.

Had a great experience with the business and Brent, co-owner. Was very thorough in cleaning and explained cleaning process. Our carpets look and feel great and they were in pretty bad shape. We would highly recommend Apex.

Based on Groupon reviews, called and setup a time. The lady on the phone took all the details about the place, including staircase. The guy comes over and says he needs to charge for 2nd staircase and 3rd floor fee, effectively doubling the price. Had to send him packing...bait and switch tactic.

They did an amazing job and the price was more than fair. Now my rugs are Dog smell free! Going to have to do this more often! I highly recommend their service.

If you want someone to come in your home and spray water all over your carpet then go on a texting spree for most of the 30 minutes they are there then pack up and come back as an afterthought and say it’s done and wait 2 hours then vacuum and leaves then you inspect and see that nothing was done .

Terrible terrible service. The first time I used this company the technician did a fantastic job. This time around they did an absolutely terrible job. Carpet was the same way before they cleaned and after other than it was wet. I would never recommend this company to anyone especially when there are very many options out there.

Debra was the kindest person and was flexible. She was the most helpful and provided me a refund. The owner showed up to the appt and was incredibly disrespectful. I stated I was on the 3rd floor but there were only 2 staircases instead of 4. He called me once he was at my apt to say he was going to charge extra. He was not wearing a face mask & made me feel threatened as a black woman. He dismissed my boyfriend because he is white and treated me less than a person. He didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I had to ask him leave. I didn’t get my carpets cleaned and I was moving out of state that day. Never again.

Apex came to our home today and cleaned our game room, stairs and bedroom carpets. It looks amazing like new! They got all the pet stains out and the carpets smell great. I highly reccomend this company as they do an excellent job for a reasonable price. We will be a customer for life!

I absolutely love them! I have my carpets cleaned about every 3-4 months and my carpets always look absolutely fantastic! They are so nice and professional. They always take care of me. I will never, ever use anyone else!

Ive used Apex since 2014 or 2015. First off, you cant beat their prices. These are people that really care about the quality of their work. They are prompt and reliable. Scheduling an appointment is always easy as Deborah makes sure theres a time available that fits the customers schedule. I will continue using their business for a long time.

Very disappointed. The guy was ready to leave as soon as he arrived at our residence. My wife and I were standing no less than 15 feet away when he decided to move a rack of copper pots that were just sitting on shelves. Gravity took over and we watched them tumble to the floor. Do accidents happen? Of course. Thats not the issue. They asked more information about the cookware to replace it. Makes sense. You would think okay a solid company., but after finding out the price they turned radio silent. Then weeks later their response is we didnt do all the damage. We talked about it. We arent going to pay what theyre worth. From there the conversation went straight down. The issue is their lack of responsibility. Makes sense why theyre arent a member of the BBB. Now we are pursuing other avenues.

Wasted a week finding the right folks to shampoo my carpets before moving into a new house.Spoke to Deborah who went above and beyond to accommodate a cleaning the very next day! The guys were courteous and professional. Awesome job! The price was also right! I highly recommend them!

They were very quick to email me back about services. On time! And they called to let them know they would be to my house within 20 minutes. My carpets look great, and they were even able to get stains out of the carpet that were left by the previous tenant of the house. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had Apex clean my carpet and will be calling them to clean it again soon. First they were punctual, appointment was at... and they were there. Courteous employees called me when they were in route to my house, wore covers over their shoes, moved the furniture back in place before they left. The and most importantly my carpet had a couple very obvious old stains in areas I could not cover them up. Apex removed these stains I was over the moon happy with their service. I highly recommend Apex.

They were prompt, in fact called earlier. The cleaner arrived and very personable and friendly. The carpet was not cleaner when he left. Also there was an additional fee when using credit card that was not stated when booking.

Susan is a very customer service oriented person willing to put in the time and effort to make sure her work supercedes her commitment. Ive safely and confidently referred her to friends and family and heard nothing but positivity. If it can be cleaned, theyll clean it!

PRIOR to purchasing an $89 Groupon for one area rug cleaning I contacted Apex to ask about the service, rug location and pick-up and delivery. I was assured by Deborah that my rug being located halfway underneath my bed was not an issue and the return delivery would also not be an issue. AFTER Deborah confirmed all of these specific questions for me I purchased the Groupon for payment and then received a phone call the same morning of my rug pick-up from Deborah informing me that “I wasn’t supposed to purchase the Groupon because now we only get paid $40 from Groupon when you should have paid us directly the $89+tax.” After feeling completely reprimanded I apologized to Deborah as I explained I purchased the Groupon as I thought that was what I was supposed to do in order for them to be paid. In hindsight after speaking with Groupon, I now realize this is a scam Apex does to lure customers in and then they attempt to collect payment directly avoiding the fee to Groupon and having to actually issue the Groupon discount. This must be why Deborah then told me “she shouldn’t have brought up not to pay Groupon.” Proceeding to the rug pick-up, Brandon was very nice and when he arrived he had not been informed by Deborah that half of my rug was underneath my bed as she was aware prior to my purchasing the service so I offered to help him and we were both able to easily roll the rug up and he took it away for cleaning. A few days later Deborah called for say my rug was ready for delivery and I advised her that Brandon informed me that he would need help returning the rug back halfway underneath my bed. Deborah replied, “No problem, Brandon and Brent will both be returning your rug.” The same day that the rug was returned by Brandon and Brent I left for work and returned approximately six hours later and immediately contacted Deborah as the rug was odorous again and clearly had not been cleaned as promised. I raised the corner of the rug and the odor was still strongly present to the point that the entire room smelled strongly. Deborah called me back and said that the owner Brent was at a family party and the office would be closed the next day but he would contact me on Monday. I replied, “No problem, I wanted to bring this to your attention today so that you would not ask me why I delayed if the rug had a problem upon delivery.” On Monday evening Brent, the owner called me to say “he would bring me a chemical spray to apply onto the rug over my bamboo flooring but he was not picking up the rug again.” I explained to Brent that I spoke with Deborah in detail about this service purchase and pick-up and where the rug was located, etc. PRIOR to purchasing the service and did not want my flooring damaged as bamboo flooring is quite sensitive and cannot have a chemical applied to it as he would not be responsible if my floors were to become damaged. Brent then stated I could remove the rug and leave it outside for him but that would be the only way he would attempt to clean the rug again. I explained to Brent that having had a broken neck injury I’m unable to move a rug and a bed alone and that would not be possible so if he was unwilling to honor the service I had paid for them he was welcome to refund my money. After raising his voice at me repeatedly, Brent told me he would not honor the service that I paid for and would not refund my money and hung up on me. Terribly disappointing service when I took the time to ask all of the appropriate questions that I needed to ask and thought I received clarification PRIOR to purchasing this service for this to be the result. Groupon has also been informed and was not pleased to learn of their tactic of luring in customers and then avoiding the actual Groupon to avoid their fee. Buyer beware, you will not receive what you pay for from Apex Carpet Cleaning.

After they were 30 minutes late I had to call to check was told 30 minutes. After 45 more minutes I had to call again. I had to micromanage a young kid that didn’t want to do his job. Never use this company again!

I have used these guys for almost 20 years on all my properties. I have nothing but good to say about them!
