*Update* We were clients dealing with the personal credit side. We transferred over to the business credit services and it has not been a good experience. Weve paid $2500 down and pay a monthly fee. It takes days for emails to be returned if they are, and no one ever answers the phones. We have actually closed on our business loan ourselves without any help from this company that we hired. When I read the other review on here about the business services I knew it was true because we were going through the same thing. I will leave 2 stars because the personal credit side was handled correctly.We have been working with Dario for over a year and he is great at what he does. Superior Customer Service!!Josh and Vicki really went above and beyond to help us prior to being a client.Our initial visit I was in the process of almost taking a $148,000.00 loss. Josh and Vicki began to inquire about this to good to be true deal.Josh and Vicki began to call their network of friends, associates and network to inquire about the company. Within 3-5 minutes they discovered it was fraud.Josh and Vickis due diligence asking the right questions, their experience kicked in and stopped me from sending the transaction through Fedex.Again, we were not even clients!!
